    Joe Scheanon, the owner of Advanced HVAC & Electrical, in Ashtabula, and his crew, Mike and Trent are experienced and professional HVAC techs. I called AHES yesterday morning and spoke with the owner about my gas furnace that died Sunday morning. He and his crew came over that morning and diagnosed the situation. Turns out my 30 year old furnace burnt out at the circuit board. We discussed pricing on a new furnace and within a few hours, AHES returned to installed a brand new gas furnace. Reasonably prices, professional workmanship and excellent customer service. What I did notice about their synergy was that they were all having fun doing their job! Joe explained everything and answered all my questions. I am hiring his crew to return for additional work that I need on my home: electrical outlet upgrades, new generator, and next spring, Im having AHE install an a/c system. I have worked with a number of other HVAC companies in the Conneaut area and as far as I am concerned, I can tell you that AHES is the most honest, most reliable and most professional HVAC/Electrical company in the Ashtabula area. I highly recommend them.

    I had a very old thermostat and needed my new one installed because it wasn’t compatible with the old wiring. They came out (to Conneaut) the next day, arrived right on time and got to work rewiring my furnace. They installed an Amazon smart thermostat for me, and when I was having technical difficulties even stuck around just to make sure that i could get it set up in the app so I wouldn’t be without heat. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for other wiring projects I need done. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area.

    Believe all of the 5-star reviews! Joe and his team at Advanced did an excellent job. They left everything extremely clean and were nothing but professional the entire time!We are finishing the lower level of a split-level home and the electric panel and service desperately needed an upgrade. I called Joe and he was there the very next day to give me an estimate. He was able to schedule me inside of a week and was here for only half a day to complete the job. They replaced the entire panel and upgraded my service to 200 amps. They even fixed a few outlets and switches in my kitchen that were driving my wife crazy.Joe spoke with me the entire time, being very open about the job and the process, and answered every question we could throw at him. He showed me areas where my old panel was becoming dangerous and you could tell that he takes great pride in his quality of work.Dont bother calling anyone else if youre truly looking for great quality electric or HVAC service!

    I honestly couldn’t be more happy with the care these guys provided to us. They were insanely responsive… like I put in a message on the website and Joe texted me within the hour. They were on time, super informative, and professional. They immediately fixed our heat, and without hesitation, looked for the problem with our electricity in the back room. We were not able to find the problem with a few outlets- due to US cutting them short of time (because they would have most definitely found the problem), and they literally taught my husband how to lead a new line of electricity to a main outlet we use.They provided us with more kindness and care than we could have asked for! I will forever recommend them to anyone!Thank you guys for such awesome care!

    A call for AC because of health problems needed assistance ASAP for AC ! Joe was so responsive and quickly knew how important it was for us!     This was the best experience I ever had with a contractor and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I called Joe with Advanced HVAC on a Thursday to have him come out and give me an estimate on installing a new AC unit, he came out the next day and, after quoting me an excellent price, they installed the unit the following Sunday (2 days later). They showed up on-time (even early) both times they came out, they did high quality work and cleaned up after themselves. In a time plagued by rising prices , supply issues and poor customer service, Advanced HVAC was a breath of fresh (and cool) air. I will never use anyone else for HVAC or Electrical services and I strongly suggest you use them too.

    Joe at Advanced HVAC and electrical solutions and his workers did a phenomenal job working on our electric in a older home we bought! They gave a quote that was where we were looking to spend and they did all the work with the quote price, as we went along we noticed that we forgot to do a new light in a closet or an outlet on a wall that didn’t have one, so they just put one in for us! They gave us ideas to help along the way and they will be coming back to do more work for us in the near future! I would definitely recommend Joe and his crew for any electric work!

    Contacted the owner and immediately got a response back. Did our due diligence and contacted three companies. He was the only one to immediately get back to us. Came over to do estimate and gave us a quote in minutes. We had questions over the following days and he was very quick in answering all of them. Had him redo our breaker box to accommodate a 220 for outside for a hot tub. He did a great, clean, professional job. Hot tub delivery was even late and he stuck around to make sure we would have it up and running the first day. I have already recommended him to others. Thank you for the great work!

My furnace crashed on me in the middle of the night, I called them first thing in the morning, and after they finished their job that was already in progress they came right over to replace my furnace, no hassles, no extra service call charge, just honest business.     This company is amazing!! I cant say enough positive things. Our AC that was very old finally died and Joe and his team came out the next day and installed a brand new unit. He was professional and took the time to answer any questions we had. Any additional costs that came up were explained immediately, there was no surprise at the end!     Advanced hvac and electrical was so helpful with our old house. We had flickering lights, non working light upstairs and needed a fan installed in the bathroom. I called and Joe was incredibly fast to get back to me with a quote and to schedule service. He let us know what he recommends next and we will absolutely be scheduling for further repairs.     I am new to the area and cold called Advanced HVAC/Electrical with a serious electrical issue. Joe came to my home within a few hours, diagnosed the issue and gave me different solutions to manage/fix it. Once I decided how much work I wanted performed he was out within 24 hours fitting me in after another job earlier in his day. He and his co-worker were respectful and did good work for the agreed upon price. When he was short one part he told me when he would be back to install it and he returned when he said he would. I would recommend him to anyone as I didnt feel pressured or taken advantage of as sometimes repairmen/women are known to do with people over 65... I will definitely utilize his services in the future.
