Scheduling with Mark was a breeze. He was able to accommodate a strange timeframe I had for a one day install of a few lights - He got back to me quickly to confirm times, arrived exactly when he said he would, pivoted when there was some extra install needed and was helpful, friendly, and efficient along the way. Id recommend him all the time - we were in Lincoln area, so if you need a team there - hes your guy.

I called Mark and he was able to come out that day and look at the problem I was having and gave me a quote with in a few days and when he showed up to do the work his team was very professional working very hard to get the power back on. All his guys had an excellent attitude towards their work and cleaned up as they went along with the work. They did a great job and I would recommend them for any work you need done . This was the first time I ever hired anyone to work on my house and they left a lasting impression on me. Great reliable contractors are hard to come by . So if you want a good one call Mark at Innovation you wont be disappointed.

Mark and his team are amazing! We upgraded our 100 amp service to a 200 amp service, installed an EV charger, and had some new GFI outlets installed. He was great at keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Their work is top notch and very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend Innovation Electric for any of your electrical needs, be it new work or repairs. We will definitely call on them again for any future electrical needs.

Had this company up to our Holderness NH home. They evaluated and ran a tracer test on what ended up being a faulty plug behind our TV explaining everything along the way. They even put down drop clothes before they entered! Very professional. I’ve now added them to my “go to” list. Family owned and operated in NH and MA. Thank you Innovation Electric! Mark and his team were fantastic! The tasks we had asked them to tackle had seemed to be straight forward, however the wiring they encountered was 45+ years old and posed some unexpected challenges. They were professional, creative, and effective in finding ways to complete the tasks while keeping lower cost in mind whenever possible. We will definitely hire them again should our future home need any electrical work, and we highly recommend Innovation Electric Service!

He fixed the wiring to the baseboard heaters and replaced an old thermostat with a wifi-controlled one. He was polite, friendly, and responsive. We were so grateful for his quick response!

I have this odd furnace heater that no one else seems to be able to figure out what the problem was, and they got it fixed and working on the first visit! Overall, had a positive experience. Requested a bunch of outlets (around 20) replaced and grounded and a couple other items. They showed up quickly, were friendly and professional, and when leaving told me all the outlets were checked, working, and safe.Unfortunately, the next day when going to use one of the outlets (just plugging in an empty power strip), it wasnt working at all. All the others worked. They came back in just a couple days to fix the one outlet that turned out not to be wired up correctly, but it was an easy fix. My recommendation to anyone having any contractor work on a large job is to double check every line item with them before they leave, as it can save a callback and frustration! Everyone makes mistakes from time to time but what matters in the end is how the mistakes get handled.Update: Initially had frustration with the callback fee but the company reached back out since then and resolved the issue. Good work.
