    Hired Crawl Space Brothers to do a complete encapsulation of our new home to protect the crawlspace from all the problems in the future we have heard of. Jeremy, Kyle and Kyle G. were here when promised and worked quickly and efficiently to get the encapsulation done in just one day. It looks like a super clean operating room down there now. We are pleased with their performance and the guarantee of their services. We heartily recommend them to anyone requiring this type of home improvement.     Our home inspector found standing water in the crawl space. We called out the crawl space brothers and they installed a trench, sump pump, and drain lines to remove the water. They were extremely professional, have a strong work ethic, and were respectful. The owner checked up on the work, came by and did a final review upon full completion, and ensured we were satisfied with our experience with his company. Highly recommend to anyone needing water removal from a crawl space!

    Crawlspace brothers provided our family a free consultation. Our aim was to identify if our crawlspace was in order after completing a number of plumbing improvements to ensure everything was in perfect order. Marcus came by within a day of my phone call. His inspection was top to bottom. He was able to confirm our space was in good order and no addition work was needed. The sign of a company with integrity is when they dont propose work that is not needed. We will trust CrawlSpace brothers if we run into problems down the road and I highly recommend them due to the trust they have earned with us.

    I hired Crawl Space Brothers to encapsulate my crawl space to control moisture and improve the effectiveness of my radon system. There estimate was straight forward, they arrived when they said they would, the installers were professional and courteous. They completed the work in a timely manner.     In a day when the quality of service you receive is poor at best, this company is a find!Jordan came out to do a check up on my encapsulation and to service my dehumidifier. He explained to me in detail the condition of my crawlspace and dehumidifier .He took the time to provide me with all the information I needed, as well as a hygrometer to make sure I was able to monitor the level of humidity in my crawlspace!Crawlspace Brothers really wants to make certain you are satisfied.     We needed a total encapsulation of our crawlspace. Remy was thorough in his inspection, and Jordan was efficient in his installation and was flexible with our time in scheduling a walkthrough of the work and the functionality of the dehumidifier.Work was prompt and professionally done.     Marcus did a great job explaining the process and the details of the quote.Jeremy & Matthew did the actual work of fully encapsulating our home. They were friendly, hard-working, and careful. Jeremy took extra care to be sure to route the dehumidifier drain line as I asked and was ready to answer any questions I had about the process. Super-great guys all around.My wife and I have been pleased with the results, and the plumbers I had out recently to replace an old pressure valve commented that theyve seen a lot of crawl space work done and ours was done right. So its nice to hear that from people who get a lot of chances to see that sort of thing.Highly recommended.

    We had our crawlspace encapsulated and a dehumidifier installed last year by Crawlspace Bros. I think it was done by the Greenville team, and they did a wonderful job! But I was excited to hear they recently opened an Asheville branch too. So when it was time for our yearly maintenance, Jordan came out to take a look and clean the dehumidifier filter. He was responsive, flexible on day/time, and very respectful of our request to mask inside the house. I couldnt say enough positive things about him and the company in general. You know you chose wisely when they still treat you really well even after theyve already won your business.

    Marcus and the crew were really responsive when I called in. We had water get in our crawl space and needed my vapor barrier replaced, and a humidifier installed. The time of inspection to installation was less than a week.The crew was very professional and courteous. They did an amazing job, and I’m very pleased with the outcome.     Great experience. Very educational during quote process and easy to work with. I actually called them as a second quote after receiving a quote from another company that was trying to convince me I needed every possible new system setup they had. Markus was extremely professional and discussed all options until we found the appropriate balance for my needs and budget. Jeremy and Finn were professional, polite, and courteous at service day. They went above and beyond. The room they had to go through to get to the access was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Absolutely recommend this group. Crawl space is pristine now!

    I had a serious water problem in the crawlspace. I contacted 3 companies and recieved estimates and scope of work. CrawlSpace Brothers was BY FAR the best offer with the equipment and materials. Alex and Travis completed the work in less then the expected time with an outstanding final inspection.. They were very professional. They notified me on arrival and departure every day. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend them and if I ever move and need this work again I will be calling CrawlSpace Brothers.

    Around June 2022, Crawlspace Brothers did a cleaning, encapsulation, sealing and put in a dehumidifier at my home. Everyone was super nice from Marcus who did the estimate..to all the others I had contact with..Alex, Chris, & Kevin. Great communication, reliable, professional and excellent work…on my project. Fast forward to January 16th 2023…I go down to the crawlspace/cellar (I have to force myself because I find it dark and creepy) to change my HVAC filter (I’m about 3 months late …cause I hate that place) but…I was impressed how much better it smalls. I have a 103 year old house and cats had gotten into that place and it smelled horrible pre-Crawlspace Bros. It has zero smell now. So I go to change the filter AND …I can’t take the old one out. The workers had ran the pvc pipe drainage from the dehumidifier down in front of the filter slot. Frustrated (did I mention I hate going down there?) …I come back into the house and text Marcus. I put my phone down and expect I’d hear from him the next day because Monday was a holiday (MLK)…and it was late afternoon. However, my phone dings within two mins with Marcus apologizing and promising to contact someone to get with me immediately. About 30 mins later, I get a call and set a time for Wednesday afternoon to fix the issue. Enter Jordan …on time… so nice and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the drainage line, he improved it…humidifier drainage 2.0 (the other worked fine, but he also hooked up a pump). Best part…he changed my filter 😂!!!Awesome people with an extremely high work ethic. To me…the way they responded to an issue/mistake makes them even more deserving of the 5 stars. We are all human and we all make mistakes…accepting responsibility and working immediately to fix it…that’s professionalism in Spades. Thank you guys! Jordan ROCKS!

    Id recommend Crawl Space Brothers without reservation to any homeowner. We had three separate space to be encapsulated, two of which were small so other companies wouldnt touch them. Crawl Space Brothers took on the job without complaint and they did a great job, working harder than anyone in America to finish the job on time. Marcus inspected the job and even cleaned up the site before the job was called done.

    Marcus and Finn did a great job and were such nice guys! I live in a 100+ year old house that had an extreme amount of water underneath, pretty much a pool. There was terrible mold caused by this inside the home. After at least 2 hours of pumping out water so they could reach the concrete floor, they still couldnt see it. None the less they powered through and installed a heavy duty sump-pump underneath the concrete floor (and the water!). Their work was clean and fast, and needless to say I was very impressed! Marcus took the time to explain everything they did and even showed me pictures of the work they had done. My puppy Gus also enjoyed their company, and Finn loved chasing him around! Thanks again Marcus and Finn and CSB!!

    We hired Crawl Space Bros to seal our very wet crawl space at a vacation home in the NC mountains. The location is about an hour away from their office in Asheville. Despite the distance they had a rep there prior to job to look at the space, not just quote it sight unseen. The work was timely and very neatly done, and was consistent with their proposal. We asked for a follow up revision and Manager Dylan Foote inspected the property again while we were present. Dylan is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced with the conditions and the service provided by CSB. Dylan recommended a solution specific to our situation, and came back and made the revision personally. Again the work was timely, very well done, and according to his proposal. We are very pleased with Dylans work and with the final product and condition of the crawl space. We can already tell a difference in the air quality inside the house. We would use Crawl Space Brothers again and highly recommend them to others looking for this service. Ask for Dylan Foote!

    HELENE UPDATE: So glad I had the sump pump/french drain installed. I could hear it working all night as Helene came through. No sump pump and I would have no finished basement.Tropical storm Fred revealed a few drainage issues. One was flooding in the crawl space. Marcus was very through in his assessment of my needs(an in ground sump pump) and didnt up sell me on what I didnt. Love that! The gentleman who did the installation (Alex) could not have been more friendly, helpful and HARD WORKING!...seriously hard working dude with a great attitude and mind for customer service. He was considerate and patient. The communications with your company was excellent. The installation crew arrived on time and were very polite.     I had been struggling with what to do about the moisture and water in my crawl space. I had gotten several quotes and all had different theories, solutions, and pricing. CSB was not the cheapest or the most expensive quote but after a referral from a friend/co-worker and reading the reviews they became my first and only choice. They put in a french drain with a sump pump, and then fully encapsulated the crawlspace. Marcus and Finn were professional, respectful, courteous, and very knowledgeable.     We had a big mold problem in our basement and got an estimate from multiple people, but these guys’ rate was times cheaper than some, even though ours is literally a narrow crawl space in places. They were very professional and friendly and stayed up late the last day until they got the job done because we told them we were limited with time. They even hooked up our dryer pipe since it was out of order and notified us of a leak that our house inspector missed! I would recommend them 100%!
