We were so happy to find Tom when our kitchen floors were damaged from a burst sink hose. He and his helper replaced our old flooring with new ceramic tile, and had to do some problem solving along the way. He kept us up to date with their progress and worked through the freezing temperatures without complaint. The end result was beautiful!We will continue to call on North Asheville Renovation and Repair whenever we have future issues with our house... Tom is very responsive, friendly, attentive, and does a great job!

We had a leak in our houses lower level, anytime it rained, so if it rained even in the middle of the night, I had to be up with the wet vac. We called this company, and its head, Tom, came over, and knowledgeably discussed possible solutions. Shortly after, he brought a couple of waterproofing experts, to pick their brains, and we settled on a course of action that included having his subcontractors 1) dig a deep hole around our foundation, patch a suspicious area, and add an extra waterproofing layer, and 2)Install guttering at the roofline above the area. We have not had a leak since. As important as the quality of the work was the fact that Tom listened to our concerns, followed through on what he said he would do, worked in a timely fashion, and kept in touch with us throughout the project. We would not hesitate to use his company again, high quality and no baloney.

We hired North Asheville Renovation and Repair to install a wall and door in our basement. Tom was a pleasure to work with - he helped us figure out a solution that was well within our budget and did the work quickly. It turned out great. Would hire them again in a heartbeat!
