What a wonderful plumbing experience!!!! Davis was great to work with. He explained what we needed and gave us tips to purchase what we told him we wanted. He and his helper Little Nick were on time and went right to work. They had a plan that best suited what all they had to do. They cleaned up after themselves as they went from task to task. They were so friendly. The job cost what they estimated. Our new shower heads, toilets, and kitchen faucet are working perfectly!!!!!

Woke up this morning to a dead water heater. Googled plumbers near me and Pride Plumbing came up with good ratings. Due to a schedule cancellation, they were able to get to me within an hour. JT was the plumbing technician. He was very friendly, courteous, and did a superb job. Explained costs and everything up front. After a couple hours of installation, there is hot water again. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Pride Plumbing!

Nick,who was very very friendly and explained what cost was up front before the work began. He had a younger guy (also Nick) who was the assistant. Super clean up after upstairs bathtub galvanized drain line was cleaned out, comode fixed, and stopper repaired in bathroom sink. Furthermore, the kitchen sink(galvanized line) was unclogged and all work like new.Great people skills, business skills, you instantly feel a connection to Pride Plumbing through these two guys. Credible,reliable, and verifiable describes your interaction with them and the professional work that was accomplished. Highly recommend the company for plumbing needs!!!!!

Pride Plumbing, . Mr Phillips came to fix my water pressure and leaky faucet outside today after the news of the cost was to fix it could cost me as much as $2800. He replaced my outdoor faucet(no leaks) and did some adjustments to my kitchen faucet, perfect for a fraction of the estimate I had been given! He was polite and courteous and explained everything. Pride is wonderful to me!

Cody and Pride Plumming were a breath of fresh air to deal with. We had an emergency on Friday after hours, a technician talked us through mitigating the problem. Monday morning Cody showed up, evaluated, and then got to replacing our hot water heater. They were in and out in about 3 hours (had to call a 2nd tech due to attic access). He was courteous to the home and my wife, and explained everything in great detail. This company is the best. Way to go!

He was able to determine that its time for a new toilet given its current condition but, not only that, he recognized that it is a rare 10 inch rough in toilet rather than the usual 12, probably due to the age of the house (built in 1915). Im very glad he noticed that as it saves me the trouble of a return and a reorder. Im very pleased that he came today and, as well, looking forward to seeing him again to install the new toilet. Called Pride out to help with a well situation and Cody came out. He’d been out before and helped replace a pump, which I thought was the case this time. It was not, and he helped me diagnose the problem and figure out a solution to fix the issue in a timeframe and at a cost that worked best for me. He was very transparent and honest about what he was able to do, not able to do, and what my options were to fix things. When I called the shop first thing this morning, I expected it to be late in the day or next day before someone could come out. They had someone there within 2 hours from my call. I’m sure that will not always be the case, but this is my second time working with them and each time they have been available quickly. That is consistence! 10/10 recommend and will call again if I ever need plumbing help.
