    Amazing experience. Called at 7pm on a Thursday night. Came out at 9:30pm to clean up a back up in my basement and clean out drain pipes. While everyone else sent me to a voicemail for call back Friday, Kevin came out and knocked out the job within hours. I’d give more than 5 stars if possible!

    Kevin Mahoney at River City Sewer & Drain did a GREAT job for me this morning. We have two toilets on the second floor that share a common wall and flow into the same pipe. We have had a variety of challenges with these toilets over the years with slow draining or backed-up toilets. A few years ago I called one of the big name companies to get them working. They came up with an enormous and very heavy tool on wheels that left marks on our carpet on each step of the staircase. They were not friendly at all. Today Kevin was extremely friendly, showed up 10 minutes early, came on less than one-day notice, and brought one tool in that he carried to my basement. He explained to me how the problem was occurring and was able to show me in the pipes where there was an issue. And he had the whole problem solved in less than 45 minutes. And he charged me less than half of what the big-name company charged. I will always go back to River City Sewer & Drain if we ever have problems again with our toilets.

    Our basement drain was backing up into the house every time we would shower, do laundry or use the dishwasher. I called at 8:30 am on Monday and by 11:30 am the same day we were diagnosed and cleaned with no water backing up into the basement. Highly recommend.

    I hired River City to give me a second opinion on a drain that another company determined had a break and required excavation. If youve ever had lateral line repairs, you know that this can cost thousands of dollars.Kevin came out and determined right away that the line was filled with roots, he was not seeing a break in the line. He worked extensively with the cable and could not get through the roots. Kevin returned the very next day with his jetter and cleared the roots, camerad the drain, and found the drain to be in fine shape.Kevin was courteous, timely, and communicated all findings/issues with both myself and my tenant. I have added him to my resource list and would highly recommend him to others!
