    We were having issues with our well pump. We called three or four other companies and had no luck. We called Titan and they sent Jamie and Billy out to help the very same day. They had our water up and running in no time. They were very professional, and the bill was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company.

    I was without water for four days. I called around and couldnt get anyone to come. I found Titan, called them and they came the very same day. They worked for two hours non-stop to replace my well pump. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. They did a great job !

    ABOVE & BEYOND!I was afraid to shower. I was afraid to poop. When water barely drains, reality hits: I needed help ASAP. I called Titan the next morning, and Orville and Kess arrived within hours.The rest of the reviews give evidence of the details of their skills: Orville knew what he was doing, even with my very old plumbing and septic. It took him one day and Saturday morning to address an old house complicated problem.(The other local company that called me back said they wouldnt be able to get to me until maybe next week.)Let me just say: BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. These folks care and were not going to leave me desparate and without working utilities. Moreover, Orville DID MORE THAN ADDRESS my septic. He helped with a few issues beyond the scope of the job, one I didnt even discover until he had gone.If you expect a company to take advantage of a single woman living alone, forget it. This is not that company. These two explained everything in great detail, every step of the way, even beyond the scope of the septic I hired them to fix. Their expertise extended to my driveway gravel repair and to a downed limb nearby. Im going to get a filter from Titan for my spring box next.Ultimately, they care. Thats the most underrated aspect of these reviews: Orville, Kess and Ted (the man who took my initial call) actually care.And as someone else has stated, the bill was well within the range of reasonable, especially given the hard work they did and the kind of work it was. I can poop and shower again !Im so grateful and will be calling Titan again for all of my plumbing, well and spring box / water issues in the future. It was a true pleasure to be the benefactor of Orvilles and Kess help and expertise! Thank you!

    I had mud water when I moved into my new property. It was a nightmare and no other water company was able to find a sustainable solution other than titan. It’s a horrible feeling moving into a new property with mud water and not knowing what to do. Titan made it feel easy and seamless. Casey was super professional and put me at ease during a very stressful situation. He was able to educate me on the entire process so I understood what was happening each step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about Cody and Casey! It’s been a few months and my water is clear and I’ve had no issues. Titan is the big leagues…don’t waste your time or energy on anyone other water company in the area.

    This company is excellent to do business with. Very honest and forthcoming right from the start dealing with Ted the owner Ralph the general manager, Teds son and his crew, and also a pleasure dealing the office personal.     Billy and Dan just left... all is fixed! Thank you Titan! They arrived earlier than expected, were very thorough; I feared I would need a new pump, but it was a short in some wiring which took a little time and effort on their part to figure out. Super nice and courteous guys! I will call this company when I DO need a new well pump!

    Well stopped producing. Called titan wells on a Sunday am, they called back in about 1 hour. Monday at 8am they were here and had pump out of well at 10am. Replaced new pump, wire and pipe. This pump has been in ground since 1988. Crew was great fast workers and explained everything. Thank you Titan.

    My well pump went, and we had no idea where it could be. We had a plumber come, and they tried finding my well for hours. The next morning, we called Titan, and within a couple of hours, they arrived and found my well in 15 minutes in our side driveway. They had everything they needed to replace my pump and line. They are returning to extend our well pipe so it wont be below grade. Thank you for your well trained,polite crew, and well stocked trucks. We appreciate you.

    It’s hard to keep this short and sweet but I 100% recommend Titan if you need a new well or to troubleshoot your current one. They drilled our new well and hooked the pump up.Kind, thoughtful, honest, reliable, personal, treated property with care (it was a tight squeeze and a lot could be ruined in the process).From the estimate to final was a week and water flowing through the house. I’ve never had someone so patient with the questions we asked about this and that (Thanks, Orville!)Ted, the owner gave me multiple options to get water flowing and made everything happen like clockwork.Thank you, Titan!

    Titan replaced my fuel tank today. From the initial consultation with Ralph. My quote and service was excellent. Titan: TJ as one of the employees represented the organization in an efficient, timely manner. An added shout out goes to Bender fuel for pumping our the fuel from the old tank and filling the new tank.

    I found out the pump in my well was dead at 7 a.m.. Not much help from other plumbers but Titan had my pump replaced and my water back before noon.Incredibly quick response, competent and reasonably priced. Totally professional. Everybody else was talking an extra thousand and a few weeks without water. I highly recommend Titan.

    I am a livein caregiver for 2 elderly patients. I woke up early in the morning just to discover that we have no water coming into the house. I panicked and called to Titan Drilling.     I had my well water pump installed today. Our water stopped working late last night, so we left them a voicemail. They called us at 6:30 a.m. and showed up around 7 a.m. They diagnosed the problem right away, and surprisingly installed our well water pump the same day. The workers were really professional and helpful. I believe they missed their lunch break just to make sure our water was working the same day. I will definitely recommend them!

    I called Titan at 10am to tell them I needed service. I was a new customer, They had a crew to my house in a few hours later and the problem correctly diagnosed and fixed soon after. I cant tell you what a relief it was having professional contractors show up and fix your problem so quickly with no bull$hit. Happy to recommend these guys to all who are looking for help. I had lost water to the house. I was afraid it was the well pump but it was just the switch at the pressure tank that needed replacing.

    Titan Drilling Corp. went to my daughters house to re-drill her well because her well went dry. They set up over her existing well and drilled another 30+/- feet to hit 40 gallons a minute. They could have went 120 feet or more but didn’t. I had Titan drill a well for me in Saugerties after this experience. In an area where everyone has a 300+/- foot deep well with 200 to 300 feet of casing, Titan only went down 120 feet and hit a gravel bed full of water with 20 gallons per minute. They could have kept drilling but they didn’t. I recommend and trust Titan drilling to everyone. Thank you Titan, from the Paton family

    We had clay coming out of our pipes and Titan drilling were not only responsive (they called us back on a Sunday, were in on Monday when we called back in the morning that the issue was ongoing, and had installed a new filteration system by Wednesday morning) but also well versed in solutions.     I needed to have my well redrilled and new 20 steel casing installed. The water feed from the casing had to be dug below the frost line into the basement. I called 3 well drillers 2 quoted me crazy prices, and 1 said it was to big a job for him to handle. I called Titan and spoke to the owner Troy Johnson, he came to my house and we both went over what needed to be done and what I was concerned with. Troy is a professional that took his time in assessing the job and in a couple of days sent me a quote, which I went over and approved the work and price quote. (which was a good price for what had to be done). Troy and his crew spent most of the day and did a great job.     Our well is not even drilled yet, but I am already impressed. We purchased a property and found out a few months later that the old existing well is not as we understood it to be, and absolutely needs to be replaced, as its running out. I emailed them in a panic, truly, because of the challenges of our plot of land and location of the septic. Nothing keeps you up at night quite like the threat of having no solution to a major problem like this. Titan wrote back very quickly, and Ralph came out soon thereafter. Our challenges were addressed and everything was explained clearly. I also got a quote from a competing company, and these guys are 25% cheaper for the casing, and 10% cheaper for the drilling itself. With these incredible reviews, solid (and compassionate!) customer service, and the pricing, I have full faith in Titan and even though this is a completely unexpected and sizable expense, I am looking forward to getting some sleep by not worrying about what we will do come July/August.

    Excellent, had issues with no water, i check the obvious, but forgot to check the whole house filter. Replaced as per Frank, got me up and running again. Before he had to send out someone to troubleshoot. But a few hours later it happened again, and I will be calling him back for a service call. Hoping all it is pressure switch

    Titan installed a UV filter in our home and did testing to check our water afterwards. They were super professional - they came when scheduled, delivered results on time, billed as expected and were so nice to deal with. Ralph in the main office is a pleasure to do business.
