    I am not sure about the bad reviews but our experience with Dellwood Plumbing has been nothing but good. The guy came and spent almost 3 hours to fix our heating problem. He charged us around $400 for the service. Now it is working. We appreciate the help and the business. Thank you!

    Dellwood Plumbing & Heating, and HVAC are my go-to specialists. Theyre quick to respond to my calls and needs. Theyve repaired & replaced leaky faucets & non-stop running toilets for me. They put in a new hot water heater a few years ago & recently cleaned the sensors when it went out. Theyve performed annual furnace checks, and repairs. Last Summer , they replaced my Central Air Conditioning. They charged a reasonable service call fee & their labor costs are to be expected for the area. Im grateful to have them in our local community.

    Dellwood came out to install a new furnace and central air unit today. They are wonderful to work with, fair priced, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to label everything which I appreciated very much. The left everything looking great. I would definitely recommend this company if you’re in the market for a furnace or central air unit.

    Dellwood came out today to fix our A/C that quit working after this past heat wave. With another heat wave on the way and having a household member that is medically challenged, Dellwood fit us in their already busy schedule. We have used them for years for plumbing and heating needs and their service is always top notch. Highly recommend.

    Wisconsin Weather ☁️ warning ⚠️ 2 feet of snow on the way tonight, low temperature 🌡️ and my old furnace started blowing cold air.I called at 7:30a spoke about one of their 4 Technicians at my house to diagnose and repair my system if they could. 2 hours later, I have a House call in Friendship, and he systematically checked each part. Air flows, gas, electricity, suction and part quality were all double checked quickly and correctly 🙂.My ignition was burned out and my motor was sticking. He checked from the Basement to the exhaust pipes in the vard... In the snow ❄️.We went from low room temps in the house to a responsive house thermostat in under 40 minutes.He even had the replacement part for my heater on his route truck 🚛.2022 days from Christmas 🎄 and were not homeless because my wife made me call Professionals.Cant be wrong forever She was due ... Thanks guys

    Had a great experience with Don (the son of the owner). We ran into a problem installing a garbage disposal and air switch late on a Friday. Don came right out Sat morning. He fixed it, charged very little and then we had a nice long neighborly talk. His son played with our dog. We will definitely call Dellwood again!

    Don and his crew installed AC in my home. They were on time very knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. They fixed couple of problems and mistake that the previous handyman did. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs heating, AC or plumbing job done very well. Thank you Dan.This happen in the middle of the night January 20, 2019. It was -4 Fahrenheit in the middle of the night. My furnace stopped firing up. I called Dan at 1:30 am on Sunday. Explain problem. Brian was in my house at 2:35. Worked for an hour and fixed the problem. The water that the combustion produces froze in exit pipe. I have been working with Dan’s company for two years now. (installing AC, changing furnace) You can not find more honest, hardworking, fast, courteous and cost-effective service and people. Thank you, Dan.,

    Don arrived when expected, spent quite a bit of time looking at the job(s) we needed done. Asked for a minimal amount of lead time to schedule this job (between other contractors). The guys showed up when expected. They were very courteous by introducing themselves an got on the job right away. It was a dirty job going under the house w/ minimal body clearance. They maintained a good attitude; were pleasant in answering questions an making suggestions. I recommend this company.

    Dellwood Plumbing was recommended to me by Property Works.1. They came to rectify some errors from Kohler, Inc.s shower and tub temperature cartridges for all 6 faucets. They identified that Kohler had not sent enough of the proper materials and returned when those arrived. The workmanship by Brian was professional, quick and cost effective. All 3 showers and 3 tubs are now safe and working. They also re-set a toilet, and replaced a faulty toilet fill line which should never have burst to begin with. The house is only 5 years old.2. They performed a major re-route in our basement of the overflow valve for the softener which involved 2 men, Brian and apprentice Seth. Again really difficult work and done in a timely, professional way - worth every cent to get it done and done right!3. They also had to fix a burst sprinkler pipe and figure out why it occurred in the first place. If they hadnt found the source of the problem (much testing, running upstairs, outside and back in, the same issue would have happened this coming winter). Kudos for the fix and making it permanent.We have moved many times, and owned many homes with plumbing problems. I would hire Dellwood again and have recommended them to a friend who has plumbing issues. They gave fast, courteous and cost effective service.

    I AM SO HAPPY I CALLED DELLWOOD PLUMBING & HEATING~I SHOPPED AROUND FOR HOT WATER HEATERS SO I KNEW THE PRICE RANGE I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE OWNER DAN CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE 1ST AND GAVE ME A QUOTE, LOOKED AT EVERYTHING. HE PUT IN THE ORDER & THE NEXT DAY HIS CREW SHOWED UP AND INSTALLED THE UNIT.     A little late but a very honest business. Several years ago Don helped me with a boiler system. A switch was bad but didnt have a part. He had to order but made to my system work temporarily so we could have heat until the part came in. Reasonable price and good professional service. The best around. Poor guy works his butt off.

    It was a very warm day when the central air went out. When I called Dellwood for a service call they asked me if I was in position of having a heat related health problem because she would put me on the schedule for today. Ill never forget how wonderful that made me feel. I wasnt that uncomfortable so we agreed the next morning would be fine. Tech fixed problem and gave me much needed info on the new freon laws for 2020.

    Don and his amazing staff have been great to have service my cabin for the last 4 years. Don is trustworthy, priced reasonable and does excellent work. He has shown up to assist me regardless of hour, weather or weekday. He and his staff are professional and knowledgeable! As I leave Wi I will miss having a honest guy to call. Can’t say enough about Dellwood Plumbing. So glad that 4 years ago when I bought my cabin and couldn’t light my furnace (ran out of propane. Lol) that I called the phone number on the system. Best decision ever! Thank you for everything!
