I cannot say enough how excellent my experience with suburban electric was the gentleman that came out was I had a schedule. He was very courteous. He knew what the problem was had it fixed within a half an hour I really appreciate the courtesy and the professionalism and a job well done. I will absolutely be using suburban enterprises again for any future electrical needs. Thank you so much if anybodys looking for somebody to fix anything electrical I high recommend them.

The main breaker on my panel went out on a Friday night, and first thing Saturday morning, Suburban was able to get an electrician out to get it repaired for me. The electrician (Eric) was super helpful, personable, and it was easy to tell he knew what he was doing. He did a really nice job explaining what went wrong and explaining what his plan was for repairing everything. I really appreciate how quick they were able to get this taken care of for me, and will be coming back to them for some updates I am planning in the future.

We had Suburban Electric install a transfer switch in our home, so we could easily convert to emergency generator power. Everyone we worked with were prompt, friendly and professional. Pete came out initially, scoped the work, and did an excellent job of explaining what the job consisted of and took the time necessary to answer our questions. Eric, the main electrician who did the work, explained exactly whay he did and took the time to show us how to safely transfer power, connect our generator and made sure we were comfortable with that process. A truly excellent example of start-to-finish superb customer focus and commitment to service excellence.
