Frankie and his team was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous, quick efficient and honest. Frankie went over everything and he made sure it all worked as it should when he was done. Thank you guys for helping us with our outdoor leak and back house faucet. You are greatly appreciated. We will definitely use you for future jobs.I have include 3 old pictured prior to them coming out. And an after of their cleaned up work.

Amazing customer service, quality work at a fair price. Frankie was able to fix my main water shutoff valve that had corroded over time and had broken off. Other plumbers told me they had to break my concrete to get to it. Frankie said he could fix it no problem. It wasn’t an easy job but he was done in less than 2 hours and my concrete is still intact. Everything looks good and works great. He replaced the handle as well as the pressure regulator on my 30 year old house. His price was fair and he has earned all my future business.

1000% recommend Frankies!! I had an emergency and no water for over 24hrs. By luck I made a post on FB and he happened to comment and got him to the house in less than 2 hours (I live close). Fixed my issue and I couldnt be more grateful! Super nice and knowledgeable! Go to Frankies!! Pictures show what needed done. Re-thread and cap 👍 (propane tank wasnt used. That was from my own idea prior to him showing up).

This will be my go-to plumber from now on. I posted looking for urgent help with a dishwasher leak on FB in public community group. He responded in about 2 minutes and said hed be here in 30 min. He showed up on time, did a quick diagnostic and found the leak. Repaired it. No parts needed. Tested it. Confirmed. Didnt even charge me as he said this was just part of the diagnostic. I insisted I pay for his time, and he just waved it and said no problem, it was part of the diagnostic. No charge.Give these guys a call and support their business if you have any plumbing needs in the High Desert!!!!

I had water leak at 2 in the morning, I called another company that offered 24hr service and got no answer. I called Frankie’s plumbing and they answered right away and were at my house within 20 minutes. They shut my water off and fixed the leak right then and there. He’s super friendly and very professional, I will be keeping them as my go too plumbers.

Frankie completely understood the problem with my gas line and made time in his busy schedule to fix the issue during a holiday week. He enabled me to get my red tag cleared with the gas company so I could have my gas service restored. He went above and beyond, by scheduling me in the early morning before his other work, so that I would have the gas restored before Thanksgiving. Great service!

After finding out we had pipes that were likely to break without notice we called different plumbing companies to get bids to repipe the entire house and install some new faucets and shower fixtures. Frankie was prompt in coming out and was honest. He provided a reasonable estimate and was able to complete the job in one day. The day of our scheduled repipe he showed up on time with his crew. Everyone was respectful and they worked diligently to complete the job. Frankie was on site the entire time and communicated well with us. If we need more work done he will be the first person we call because he’ll do the job right and charge a reasonable price.

I bought a new shower head and couldn’t get the old one off. Multiple calls/texts to handyman and all wanted $150 or more per hour. I called Frankie and he set an appointment for the next day. Showed up on time got the head off and even put the new one on. NO CHARGE. Unbelievable a licensed plumber took time out on Saturday and didn’t make a dime. I know who I will call in the future since he cared about helping and not dollar signs.

One word… daunting!!!I’ve been trying to get my restroom fixed for the past two years now and finally I gave up. So I called Frankie’s plumbing and Repipe on Friday and Frankie himself came out Sunday morning. When he introduced himself to me, I just knew this guy wasn’t messing around. Demo took about two hours and then he put the restroom back together in the same day! With new faucets, new showerhead, and walls. Just so impressed with Frankie’s plumbing.THANK YOU Frank!P.S.
