My experience with Alpha was A++. The salesperson Dennis was thorough and straightforward. All costs and procedures were well explained. Everything then proceeded to perfection. The timeline for permits, start of work and completion were all on time. We had two crews working here, the first installing helical piers to support the foundation. Dillon was right on time, explained every step, took care with the property, and after a long day working with Isaiah and Ricky, the 9 piers were placed and the area looked back to normal. Actually, better. The second crew injected the poly under the pool deck, which went very fast, and when completed, you wouldn’t have known they were there. Garrett explained the procedures and showed me as the work progressed. The holes drilled into the deck by Hector were very small and after they filled and patched them, I can’t find them. You can see where the deck lifted and was leveled, the deck cracks now are evened out and ready for patchwork. All crew members were highly courteous, respectful of the property and were true professionals. I personally observed everything and there was a great care and pride in their workmanship. I would recommend Alpha to anyone in need of these services. They made this project as smooth as could be accomplished.

The professionalism of Felipe and his crew was outstanding. All work was completed as promised, in time and without and hidden additional fee.

WOW! Impressed at every turn. It was a pleasure to interact with Dillon and Jordan and their crews. Polite, responsive, friendly, respectful, dedicated to their participation in every step of this process. I appreciate Alpha Foundations honest and transparent business model. I am so fortunate to have found and hired Alpha. ALL employees worked non stop until every detail of this project was complete. Dillion and crew installed 5 piers unless than 4 hours I expected their part to last 1 - 1-1/2 day. Jordan and his crew raised and stabilized entire driveway, apron and sidewalk. They also raised and stabilized sidewalk between driveway and front porch as well as the a/c pad in rear of house. Totally impressed by this process. Money well spent and preservers the value of this property. Call Alpha and ask questions. I believe youll discover what I did. Knowledgeable, friendly, honest hard working people. I would hire them again!

After years of searching for a replacement for the decaying wood/dirt retaining wall of a 40ft slab that was added in my backyard by the previous owners, I found Alpha. Ashton, who gave me the quote, was the first professional who actually knew what he was talking about, and it was a no brainer to sign with them on the spot as I could finally get rid of that huge and ugly decaying ´planter’.Josh, David and Anthony, who did the work, are all exceptional young professionals, knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful of my property, and fun to have around! It took the crew one full Florida high sun / high humidity day and a morning to reinforce the 2ft deep foundations into a 20 ft deep system and now that slab is going nowhere! They cleaned up after themselves and left the place ready for my new backyard improvements!I’m mega happy with their work and recommend them and the company even in preventative situations like mine. Money well spent! All Floridians should have this system under their house!

Cameron, David and Miguel worked their tails off today. I’m very thankful for their hard work. They installed the AquaStop gutter in my basement and sealed all the walls. Having a basement in Florida and being on the water comes with a lot of anxiety. Alpha Foundations has a group of guys from the North who have experience with basement work, Cameron was one of them. I felt my project was in good hands with him.

We are beyond pleased with our experience with Alpha Foundations! Our salesman, Ezekiel, was incredibly thorough in his inspection and so wonderfully patient with us as we asked him 1000+ questions about the products, process, and pricing. We especially appreciate how flexible and creative he was while helping us to create a solution that satisfied our needs and our budget - something that other companies wed spoken with hadnt even tried to do.Our work permit was processed faster than expected, so we were given the option to move our install date up by 3 weeks! The work was completed just before Christmas, and what a gift it was. Steven, Chris, and Brandon did an absolutely phenomenal job and we are so grateful to have had such dedicated, attentive, and hard-working professionals for our job. They arrived right on time bright and early and got to work straight away installing 19 helical piers to support the lower half of our home. In order to access the foundation in some places they had to cut several holes in my concrete patio and remove a panel of my vinyl fence. After all of that plus a trip to the hardware store for a new hose they were still done by 4pm- and that includes an unparalleled cleanup job! The fence panel was back in place, all debris was removed, new concrete was poured and leveled, and all dirt was tamped back down. Honestly, my yard looked better after they left than it did when they arrived.HUGE thank you to everyone at Alpha Foundations! We are so happy that we chose this company and we recommend them for any foundation needs.

We had a very positive experience with Alpha Foundations. No one likes spending the amount of money that it cost to repair or fix a faulty foundation, especially if the home is only a few years new. That was my feeling when I called Alpha foundations out to give me an estimate. Ezekiel came out and did a review of Alpha‘s procedures and methods and explained everything in great detail to us, including showing videos and allowing us to ask plenty of questions. After he did the evaluation, he walked us through his findings and showed us where the problem areas were, as evidenced by the equipment’s measurements he was using. He was very professional, courteous, and understanding of our reluctance to want to spend a lot of money. However, his explanations and consequences for not doing the work convinced us that It needed to be done. We scheduled the work and it happened sooner than we expected. The work crew headed by Stephen the foreman and Chris and David arrived promptly on the day that the work was to begin. Steven told me approximately how long they’d be here and exactly what they were doing. He encouraged me to watch what they were doing to come out and ask questions and kept me informed of the process throughout the day. When they were done, they completely cleaned up every area that they worked in and left it just as they found it. Stephen was very professional, and his knowledge of the business end of things was much more than I expected. The other crew members were also courteous and polite to myself and my family as they came and exited the areas where the work was being done. I highly recommend Alpha Foundations for doing your repairs.

Alpha Foundations was really great to work with and it started with Sheldon who was very thorough and patient with my endless questions. I had 4 different companies come out (some that appear at the top of any local Google search). Sheldon was the ONLY ONE who wanted to inspect the entire exterior and interior walls and flooring of my home to ensure my settlement problems were isolated to the problem area I pointed out. His patience and thoroughness is what won them my business. Scheduling and financing the repairs was easy. I had Cameron and Ben this morning. Come out to do my vapor wrap underneath my home and they did an amazing job. The crew just finished fixing my driveway and pool deck (this was from hurricane damage). Yesterday they put in some pilings to lift/support a slab on the corner of my pool deck. They did an excellent job. Both crews were very nice, friendly, and professional. I will gladly hire them again. In fact, Ill likely ask them to come back in a few months and check my foundation. I would gladly recommend them to friends, family, and neighbors.

I recently moved into an older home that had some signs of foundation distress. Upon some research we gathered some quotes but Alpha went above and beyond. Mr Byrd came out to do the Initial inspection and quote and was incredibly personable, and full of knowledge. As first time home buyers we didn’t know exactly what we were getting into with foundation issues and Mike made us feel incredibly comfortable. Most importantly he was honest about what he would do in our situation.Our project included 4 helical piers as well as poly jacking of the concrete slab in our soon to be living room. The pricing was great compared to others and they offer a great financing option that didn’t put us in over our heads.After waiting about a month for permits to clear Alpha was out to assist (moving our project date up sooner at our discretion). The pier crew came out and walked me through exactly what they would be doing each step of the way, showing me each step as well so I knew exactly what was going on. The entire project was complete within 2 hours with minimal debris and they were able to save some of my landscaping as well!A few days later the poly team came out and was quick and efficient with their work. As someone who works from him near the project area it was surprisingly manageable throughout this portion of the project.Overall. Jordan, Josh, and their crews were extremely knowledgeable and able to keep me at ease during this tumultuous project. I would recommend Alpha to anyone in our scenario.

Cameron and Ben did an encapsulation for my crawl space. I could not believe how quickly they did it, and to top it all, it was outstanding work! I find more often than not that Id rather do projects like this myself because most people take no pride in their work and do a poor job. But that was certainly not the case with these guys. They were also very communicative and cordial. They did a fantastic job, and I feel like that is such a rare thing. If I ever need any other foundation work done, I will definitely be using alpha foundations again.

I was very pleased with the quality of work Felipe, Miguel, and Ben completed at my home. I had some sagging floor joists and major rotten wood under my bathroom floor. They arrived on time and started work right away tearing out the bathroom floor and tub. Using that as an access point they repaired the sagging joists and beams under the house. As they were working, I walked through the house and noticed stability had been restored under the floors. They completed the repair by sistering the joists under the bathroom floor and replaced the subfloor. They worked so hard and were so polite the entire time they were here and took the time to answer my questions during the process. I can’t thank you enough for restoring my house and my peace of mind! You guys are amazing! Thank you!

Wow what a team! This adventure started off with an interview and inspection of our home with Micah Nyborg. We determined that we needed some hydraulic lift on the pool deck and our home needed to be jacked up and leveled. Alpha Foundation sent Jonah, Antoine and Chris and two days of intense work the job was completed. We are extremely happy with the work that was done and the professional way it was handled. Not only was the house leveled but they also installed a sump pump and humidifier to prevent any damage from mold!Thank you Alpha Foundation now we have peace of mind knowing that our home is protected for years to come!

I am so happy I went with alpha. They are the kindest most understanding teams ever. Not to mention they do amazing work. I did not expect my foundation to only take half a day and everything cooperated from the ground to the weather that it did. Steven explained everything they did and any surprises he went over with me to make the most informed/best decision for the house. While it isn’t ideal to have your house start to settle unevenly, the Team at Alpha was professional, great communication, explained the process thoroughly, trustworthy and easy peasy to work with. Ezekiel was the sales team that came to my home, measured my corner that was lower and made me feel very comfortable with the process and their company. The install crew was fabulous as well! Steven, Phil and Brandon were on time, also walked me through the work that they would be doing and cleaned up everything afterwards! Truly, you can’t even tell they were here despite the fact they worked around plants, irrigation and an Ac unit. I would definitely recommend them if you find yourself needing to stabilize your home as well.

Once we learn what our options are after consulting a couple other companies on water intrusion we will likely utilize Alphas foam injection as part of our solution to help stabilize our foundation as well as help provide a barrier against the water. Alpha identified an area in my home with an 1.5 inch dip (this area was not found by another foundations company). Tyler explained the process of adding IntelliJacks and a metal beam to run perpendicular to my joists in an effort to both raise my affected area and prohibit further sinkage.The installation process was phenomenal as well. Ethan and his team Bennett & Bryan arrived on time, thoroughly explained the process, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire lifting process. They were able to lift my affected area over 1 inch (from 1.5 to .2 inch). I had a few doors that wouldnt properly open and close and this procedure provided an immediate solution to that problem. If you have an older home with sagging floors or noticeable dips, dont hesitate to reach out to Alpha foundations. They were also HALF the price (for twice the amount of jacks/beams) of the other foundation company that I spoke with.

Alpha Foundations offers a superior product called an ENCAPSULATION.The Tampa rep. (Will) came out quickly to assess our needs. We had rodent issues but also alot of dampness causing fungus and allergy problems.The encapsulation was the right fit for us.The installation team (Tyler, Ryan, Drew, and Trent) came out quickly and tore out all the nasty under trailer components.What a pleasure it was to deal with friendly, respectful people.Then came the encapsulation!!!What a breath of fresh air...literally.The air in my home is now fresh and healthy!Months later I had a small rodent issue because I didnt have the skirting completely sealed off. Tyler and Ryan came out at No Cost. They fixed the problem and gave me recommendations on how to prevent further issues.Thank You so much Alpha Foundations!!!5 stars from me

When Collin came on for my initial consultation I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. I felt the quote he provided was a good value. Once signing up he provided excellent communication regarding the installation. Right on time my installers Jordan and John showed up and quickly and efficiently completed the job. Alpha just completed foundation work, installing piers and supports on the east and west sides of our house. They were able to lift a portion of the house so that the extensive crack from a window to the roof life is almost invisible now. They worked very carefully around our shrubs and irrigation systems and did a good job replacing sod in the one area where it had to be removed. Stevens team of Brandon, John, and Andrew worked very carefully - but quickly, too, They completed the job in two days. In the early stages, Mike in Sales was excellent at explaining the contract and warranties, and working with me to ensure that all my concerns were addressed. They set expectations well - and I was pleased when permits came through early (our area in Florida had gone through hurricanes Ian and Nicole, so permitting authorities were very busy) and Alpha was able to move the job date up a month.
