    Charter Electric: A Cut Above the RestI can’t say enough positive things about Charter Electric and their technician, Estevan. They recently completed a complex electrical project for me, which involved hardwiring my hot tub from the backyard to the main electrical panel in the front.Estevans work was nothing short of exceptional. His attention to detail was impressive, and the final job was incredibly neat and clean. Given the extreme Florida heat, the fact that he was able to work efficiently in my attic is a testament to his professionalism.The entire process, from start to finish, was smooth and stress-free. The communication was excellent, and the pricing was very reasonable.     Prompt and professional. We just finished our kitchen renovation, Charter handled all the electrical work from demo to final inspection. They were priced very fair when compared to two other contractors. Communication was excellent. I will use them again for any electrical work in the future.

    Joe was fabulous. I had 2 other service people try correct a problem left by the general contractor. One was from a different electric service company. Neither completed all that needed to be done. Scott, the manager made the right call to reschedule the appointment so Joe could do the work. Joe kept running into issues which of course each took time we didn’t expect. I finally feel that the vented stove exhaust is installed and working correctly thanks to Joe and his manager Scott

    Fortunately, Charter could commit to a scheduled appointment on the same day. From making the appointment, I received confirmation via text and email. When the technician, Estevan, was assigned the job, I received a text from him introducing himself and giving me his ETA. Estevan is personable and knowledgeable for his young age. His work is nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend Charter and Estevan.

Joe did a great job and I cannot say how much I appreciate their willingness to get the job done quickly. They have given me a renewed sense of security and their prices are very reasonable.     After calling a couple other places, and was looking at a two week wait just for someone to come out and give me an estimate, I called Charter. An electrician (Kenny) arrived the next day and gave me a price, which I thought was very reasonable. Kenny returned the following Tuesday and completed the work, which looks fantastic. Kenny was very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth. I know I will be using Charter for any electrical needs in the future.

    I am not big on writing reviews but this one deserves one. First let me say Kenny was the reason I did business with this company, he earned the job on the first visit. I looked at 3 other companies to do the job but all three of them where either $1000, $1500 and one was even $5000 (Mr. $£~rky) and they said I would still see where the wires go up. But they came in did the job left the place clean and it looks great. You can’t even tell it was done with the exception of you no longer see all the cords going up the wall. Thanks so much for a great job. I highly recommend this company and especially this tech.

    I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They were on time, curtious, respectful and took their time explaining in detail about my project. I had several LED lights installed, a ceiling fan and a panel upgrade. They are very reasonable in their prices and I like the fact that they are a small family owned company with a lot of experience in the field. Scott the service manager is amazing!!! I cant say enough about this company.

    Electrician Joe came out to my home today and actually really made me and my home feel safe. He took time out to survey the property and shared with me all his findings of electrical issues. Im a elderly senior and just knowing that when I go to bed at night, Im safe and will get a good nights sleep.He even saw issues with the garage and proceeded to repair them. Like most Companies in the heat of the Day, no one wants to be outside BUT Electrician Joe repaired the problem and maintained a soft spoken voice.If ever I need an electrician I will definitely call Charter Electric again..

    There might have been a bit less expensive average per hour electricians out there, but Charter got us in the next day on our time, since we had Drs appointments that day and we called the night before when issue arised.
