I had to make arrangements for some plumbing work to be done for my in-laws in Lily. Brians lovely wife, was a joy to work with in helping to get everything arranged. Brian did an exceptional job and my father-in-law was extremely pleased. I would highly recommend Simmons plumbing to anyone and everyone in North Central Wisconsin for their plumbing needs.

We contacted several local businesses for a quote on a new furnace.*Simmons contacted us the next day, a weekend, and set up an appointment for Monday.Brian was on time. He made suggestions and within a few days we had a thorough and reasonable quote. We set up an appointment to have the work done right away.This morning the hvac technician showed up, not only on time, but a few minutes early. He introduced himself, explained what he would be doing and got going straightaway.Each time he needed to leave to pick up additional materials or come into the house he knocked.The work was completed quickly and tested thouroughly before he cleaned up.We were given a walk through of the new furnace, handed the manuals and thanked for our business. They even explained what we might expect the first time we run the heat in fall so that there would be no surprises.Next time we need plumbing or hvac work we will call Simmons, and only Simmons.We highly recommend.*To date no other contractor has bothered to contact us. Sadly this has been our experience locally, so we are extra impressed with Simmons.

We needed our faucet replaced, and was having trouble getting in touch with the manufacturer. We called Simmons Plumbing and Brian was able to get us a new faucet, he came and replaced it. Brian was very professional, on time, and very reasonable in price. I highly recommend Simmons Plumbing.

Coming home to a cold house winter is never a good feeling. Worse yet when its 10pm on a Saturday. Everyone I tried wouldnt answer, but not Brian.He picked up immediately and was not bothered by what time it was. He arrived inside the time frame given and had my furnace going in no time at all.He even gave me tips on how to maintain my furnace to make it more efficient and less prone to breaking down.Thank you Brian!Adam Campbell
