    It finally became time to replace our 20yr old American Standard Unit with a new one! I made sure to get (3) quotes and by far Gilmore was the best! Tyson came out and explained everything in not a huge technical language I couldnā€™t understand but went over our old unit, ducts and options. He listened to all my questions and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Then when the installers showed up they went over the whole process and did an amazing job! Today it is 104 degrees out and 78 in our 1929 Home! Now thatā€™s a WIN and we highly recommend Gilmore!

    5 years ago, Gilmore installed a completely new HVAC system for us. Their bid (for top-of-the-line equipment) came in at the best price. The installation process was great; so professional and thorough!We signed up for their maintenance program, where they come in Spring and Fall to keep things tuned up. Their technicians are always polite, efficient and attentive. Great Company!

    Justin was very professional and informative. We experienced a leak on our outside faucet and Justin was able to give us a detailed explanation on the quote and how the job was going to be performed. Gilmore was our second quote for this issue and because Justin was able to provide us a detailed explanation on how he was going to do the job (same day too!) we chose Gilmore. Justin was so friendly and he did a great job. Happy to say we are new members on Gilmoreā€™s membership and beyond happy with how Justin gave us the confidence to choose Gilmore.     The technician came out to service yearly maintenance on the heating unit. He was very informative on the procedures he was doing. He was also very kind and very professional. He answered all my questions and provided helpful hints. I also appreciate the courtesy phone call prior to appointment. Gilmore seems to care about their customers!

    Gerry Holcomb was our service technician and he responded to our call within 20 min of us calling on a sat morning to wake up to water all over garage floor. We needed a new hot water heater that day and he worked all day to get one our size and then install it. He was prompt, efficient, very kind and pleasant to work with, answered all my questions and concerns, and made our experience a lot less stressful. I was very thankful for his professionalism and I highly recommend!

    Mark examined my toilets and told me my options. He reassured me it wasnt an emergency and told me the cost ofa repair when I decided to go ahead with it. He checked my water filter system and talked with me about my water heater. He put no pressure on me to purchase repairs or upgrades. He left me information about Gilmores membership and explained the advantages of membership. I appreciate Gilmores communication with the customer. I was phoned when Mark left his last client and told when to expect him.I would feel comfortable requesting Mark and Gilmore Plumbing to do any plumbing repairs in the future.

    My heater went out right after the Christmas holiday, and I called Gilmore Heating, Air, and Plumbing. They sent someone out within a day to inspect the unit. Our AC/heater was over 20 years old and clearly worn downā€”it seemed like the previous owners hadnt kept up with maintenance.What impressed me most was the technicians honesty. He wasnā€™t trying to sell me a new unit; instead, he gave me a straightforward assessment of what it would cost to repair the old one. After doing my own research, it became clear that investing in a new, more efficient unit made better long-term sense.The next day, someone came out to give me an estimate, and within three days, my new unit was delivered and installedā€”just in time for New Years Eve! They removed the old unit, handled everything seamlessly, and left my home warm and comfortable again.I also signed up for their monthly service program, which is very affordable.     Joe and Luis are total pros! They worked very efficiently tackling my complete HVAC job from both ends. My new system was thoroughly tested, I was given a run through on my new thermostats and they even replaced and installed carbon and smoke detectors. They left the workspace cleaner than what they found and were really knowledgeable and very nice guys. Excellent job!

    Tyson, the customer care rep was great, explained the job and answered all my questions in a straightforward way. The installers were on time and VERY PROFESSIONAL, as was Tyson. The installers timely completed installation of a new air conditioner and an air purifier. I might have more to add when the weather warms up and we need the air conditioning. But great service on this job so far.

    Our water heater started leaking before Christmas. I called Gilmore on Christmas Eve morning. Within the hour a technician was here to access our problem. Justin began immediately to replace our water heater (the old one was 20 years old). By noon the work was done. Justin was so courteous, considerate and helpful.     Everyone at Gilmore has been so helpful and easy to work with. Our A/C wasnā€™t keeping up with the summer heat and Natano came out, did a thorough inspection and broke down for us what the issue was and explained what it would take to repair or replace the unit. Because of the age of our system we decided to replace it and the next day George came out and gave us all the options and helped us figure out what made the most sense for us. He also worked some magic to get the crew out the very next day to install the new system! From sweltering to comfortable in just three days! Would highly recommend Gilmore to anyone else in need.

But itā€™s a shame that the company charges $475 to $700 to install a simple cartridge in our bathroom sink hot water faucet. That seems absolutely outrageous and we had to decline the service. Instead we paid $105 for the visit and no service.

    Jonathan did an amazing job for me. He allowed me to participate in troubleshooting the Phantom flush problem I was having with a 2015 American standard Vortex toilet. We tried replacing a complete flush valve and gasket system. We still could not get the tank to properly flush and fill even after priming. We even had American Standard on the phone while Johnathan was troubleshooting. Since I save all receipts for home improvement projects, American standard is reimbursing me for the original toilet, and the replacement. I bought today at Home Depot. Now that is very unusual customer service, and commitment.Today, Jonathan installed the brand new American Standard Champion. It flushes like a boss!     First of.. I had plumbing and heating serviced same day. Front desk accommodated my request with no questions..Mark B, the plumber told me everything what hes going to do, and he did it with precision. You can really tell that he is an expert in his field, when he measures the pipes, cut it and it fit perfectly. He installed Moen Leak Detector with auto shutoff, i am fully satisfied with his job.Gabriel and Elijah came in after Mark was finished to diagnose my heating issues. Just 10 minutes of Elijah after he went to the attic, he found the issue and fix it right away. Since my HVAC heating system is getting older Gabriel gave me a tip not to let the propane tank gets below 40% and the system uses more gas because of the age. I am satisfied of what they did.These men demonstrated expertise, transparency and professionalism particularly Mark.

He even crawled underneath the house to make sure all the duct work was connected properly since it hadnt been done in years.     What an outstanding job you did for us Chase. You went over and beyond what most employees do. You were diligent in accomplishing and fixing the issue. We have had this drain issue with our toilet since 1986. Never heard of a test plug stuck in the main. Gilmore has some bad reviews but I was so impressed with the service we got. Chase is an asset to Gilmore plumbing. He is knowledgeable, friendly, pleasant and respectful. Need more employees like that young man. We would do business with them again. They say in reviews how expensive it is but for as long as they were here and what they went thru to find the problem it was reasonable.

    We had what I thought was a simple cracked connection in our water pipe going into our meter that was leaking. Gerrid from Gilmore examined the pipe after digging around it and pointed out that, although we had PVC pipe from about 5 feet of the meter to our house, the pipe from the connection to the meter was galvanized and corroded. We agreed for him to replace the galvanized pipe with PVC. To make a long story short, he was very thorough explaining everything and took a lot of pictures. The job turned out to be an all day affair because there was also a leaking connection in the county water pipe that they had to come and replace as well. Gerrid stayed to finish his part when the county finished and was very professional through it all. We are very satisfied.

    What I valued most about my experience is Kyle Koenig. He is exceptional. He arrived on time, went over my options for water main repair or replacement in words I could understand. He truly listened, was patient, professional and followed through as he described in the scope of work. Thats another thing about Gilmore. They actually provide you with a written description of what the job is. I received three quotes and although Gilmore was expensive, it was the quality of work and follow through that made it worth ever penny. Im not sure who Kyles manager is, but he deserves a great salary. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about his job. Hes got mad skills!!!

    Jessie , Chad and Ed were awesome! Chad diagnosed the problem Jessie and Ed fixed the problem. They were professional, timely and hard working (especially in this heat)! I only use Gilmore Heating, Air and Plumbing because they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

    I have yet to be disappointed with Gilmore for any phase of service. I appreciate them keeping me on track with maintenance schedule(s). I have a pretty new HVAC so havent had to trouble call except maybe once and response was quite satisfactory. All phone staff are helpful and courteous. Every tech visiting has contacted ahead, arrived promptly and professionally friendly. I personally enjoy friendly/kind service peeps. Gilmore seems to employ quality staff that exhibit excellent customer service posture.I do not know if they are the best pricing in industry but I have never felt oversold or unhappy with money spent. Worth EVERY cent for my household!Thank you Gilmore ~ you make my life more comfortable.

    Contact people at Gilmore were helpful and friendly. They were very good at keeping me posted on the status for getting the repair done. Jon Boyd, the plumbing technician who handled my repair, impressed me with his willingness to jump in, get his hands (and lots of other stuff) dirty to rapidly fix the problem. His experience allowed him to quickly complete the repair, which I thought was going to be a real nightmare. Thanks Jon!
