    Benchmark Roofers did an absolutely amazing job on my home! They re-roofed the house, safely removed and disposed of old asbestos siding, and replaced it with beautiful new siding using CertaPlank reinforced siding. The team was incredibly professional, quick, and clearly experienced—they knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish.What really stood out was their pricing.     I called around to different local roofing contractors back in the summer or spring of 2020, so about 4 1/2 years ago or so. Later, Benchmark Roofers just did my roof (November 2024) for just about the same price as the estimates that were given to myself back in 2020. With the rampant inflation weve seen the past 4 years, and with various contracting companies jacking up fees left and right, I feel like I was given more than a fair deal here with Benchmark Roofers. Definitely no complaints here.Not to mention the fantastic work done on my new roof, which was pushing 20 years of age. It looks fantastic. Overall, the process was quick, painless, no surprise fees, and the workers were very courteous and highly professional, especially as regards also cleaning up old roof debris from the area.That being said. Id highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a new roof for their home or business. Better get it done sooner rather than later. They truly care about their customers and their circumstances, and giving a personable and friendly experience.

    Benchmark completed a full roof replacement on our home. We worked directly with Michael. Customer service and communication were great and the new roof looks fantastic.     We had just experienced a bad storm which caused a leak in our living room. Since we had never experienced this type of situation, and didnt really know what to do, we were recommended to reach out to Benchmark. We were so glad we did! Justin specifically came out and assessed the problem and confirmed it would be considered an insurance claim. Justin made the process very simple and stress free. He worked with us and the insurance company throughout the entire process and was even there during the roof installation.     I highly recommend Benchmark Roofers. When a tree branch pierced our roof after a storm we called several roofers, but Benchmark was the only one that returned our call immediately. Within an hour the owner, Justin, was at our house to remove the branch and repair our roof. Justin also guided us through the insurance claim process and made himself available to meet with our insurance representative when they inspected our roof damage. Once our claim was approved, Justin did his best to fit us into their schedule to install our new roof as soon as possible. His crew arrived on time, did the job in one morning, and completely cleaned up the work site. Our new roof looks fantastic, and with all the storms weve had this summer, we were very relieved to have it installed so quickly.

When I finally got around to calling him, he actually remembered who I was. He not only made time to meet me the next day while having plenty of others to get to he went out of his way to help make our home beautiful. Not only did him and his crew do a great job on our beautiful roof, he also installed gutters and replaced a board and painted on the front of our home himself.     After getting an initial quote from a roofing contractor. I didn’t feel so comfortable with them. I did some research on local roofing companies and found Benchmark Roofers. Reached out to Justin and he called me back quickly. Filled him in on the situation with my roof. He came out. Inspected my roof verified what was going on and filled me in on some things that the prior roofer did not make me aware of. They came out and replaced my roof.     Justin was very honest, not at all pushy. Gave me an estimate which was lower than several others I got, and did not say “you must sign by such-and-such date.” Gave me an honest evaluation of my old roof and what he recommended for a new roof.     This was a very good experience from start to finish. We met by chance in 5 guys and a week and one half later the roof was done. The team that installed the roof was top notch and completed the tear down to the joists and relaying the decking then putting on GAF HDZ shingles and tremendous clean up by sun down the same day. Only problem now is I won’t need a new roof for a while, if Mother Nature doesn’t step in, so I can’t use Benchmark Roofers again and again.

    The best roofers weve encountered! After consulting three other roofers, Justin and his team at Benchmark were the most responsive, and had among the most competitive prices and fastest turnaround. We have a fairly unique deck house roof (cedar, no attic, unventilated) - and they managed to do tear-off, insulation, decking, skylights, shingles, and clean-up in a single day.     Hands down the best experience I have ever had with contractors! Exceptionally helpful from the moment I reached out after half my ridge cap blew off in a wind storm.     It was time to replace the roof on our home so we began the search for the right person with the expertise to do the job. We have a relatively large home with a mansard flat roof. The first person who showed up spent a lot of time with us, told us we probably wouldnt want to spend what it would cost to do the job and then left promising to work up an estimate and get back to us. One month later, we still hadnt heard from him. We called another roofer who came and spent considerable time, talked about how the replacement would be done and promised to call with an estimate. That call never came either. Then we found Benchmark Roofers. Justin came to the house, spent time on the roof, talked to us about what he felt should be done and told us he would call us back with an estimate. Not only did he call back when he said he would, he gave us a timeline for when the work would be done and he gave us an honest and fair estimate of the total cost.     5 star experience from start to finish. Submitted a quote online and within 1 hour, the owner, Justin, was at the house discussing everything etc. Less then 48 hours a quote was issued. Justin was very thorough in explaining the entire process. He called on Memorial Day to let us know he had an opening the next day, which we gladly accepted. Got a knock on the door at 7:00am and by 11:00am we have a brand new roof! Justin helped prep the yard for the work and came back after it was completed to double check that all nails and debris were picked up.     Benchmark Roofers was out recently for a complete roof tear off and new install. It was fairly complex roof with 8 separate sections. I was amazed at the team work and efficiency to old roof was removed and the precision the new roof was installed. Yard, deck, driveway were spotless when they left. They were also 25% less than the big high overheads companies and best of all, the roof is GAF certified, and comes with a the GAF warranty. The owner Justin is easy to deal with and went over the step by step process in explaining what a GFA certified installed roof is.

    Justin was the only contractor that took his time went up the attic to check out the leaks. He was transparent about everything. I received a quote from other company, the price was lower but thank to Justin that I found out the shingles that the other contractor used were HD not Ultra HD. I signed the contract with Benchmark on Christmas Eve and the roof, gutter were installed on January 4th, 2019. The crew did a very nice cleaning job too. The roof and gutter looks great and my husband and I are very please with the job that Benchmark did.

    My home has been suffering from leaks during high wind rain storms on and off again for 12 years. I have had many roofing contractors out to attempt repairs, all failed. Jason spent about 2 hours going over my roof, gutters, and windows. He went into the attic and inspected the inside of the roof from some very difficult to reach positions, with photos. He flew a drone over my roof for close-up photos of potential problem areas. By the time he was done, he identified the builders workmanship issues that have plagued us for 12 years.     When the legacy oak tree in our front yard succumbed to gravitational forces, we were quite dismayed. First call was to the insurance company, then the tree removal folks. After that, I started calling around to roofers.A bunch of roofing companies advertise that they work six or seven day a week, but that just means that someone answers phones. Not at Benchmark. I left a message with them, and Mike was at my place on a Saturday within 4 hours of my call. He even pulled out a ladder and tarped the roof where the tree has broken through.Benchmark worked with my insurance company, and Mike was sure to be on site when the insurance inspectors came to check out the damage.The roofing work itself was done in a day (quite a long day, actually) and the crew left everything clean and tidy.We are very pleased with the work done by Benchmark Roofers.

    I cannot say enough good things about Justin and Benchmark Roofers. Justin answered my call immediately, and set up an appointment that same day. After inspecting the extent of damage, Justin answered my many questions completely and candidly. Justin then provided expert guidance through the insurance claim process, and personally was onsite to meet with the insurance claims adjuster when he came to inspect the roof. Justin then scheduled the new roof installation within days. The Benchmark roofing crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job from removing the old shingles to cleaning up the work site -- completing the work in one day. The new roof looks great!     This is hands down the BEST roofing company in the area! I talked to a couple of companies for quotes on a full roof installation, and Michael at Benchmark was the most honest and professional person. He did not try to sell me more than I needed and had the best price. He was able to get my new roof on within about a week. His crew was fantastic and got everything installed quickly before some rain was coming that day, I couldn’t believe how fast everything came together! Seriously don’t waste your time calling multiple companies, go straight to Benchmark. You won’t be disappointed!

    Justin was wonderful to work with -- he cared about the outcome and the qualify as much as I did. He was always very responsive, even when he was out of town. Our new siding looks beautiful, the gutters work the way he promised, and the kitchen is everything I wanted. Even when suppliers for the kitchen cabinets were delayed, he kept on their case to make sure the cabinets were as promised. Plus he is just a really nice, good person.

    Justin did a great job taking care of our new roof installation. From our unique requirements that included sourcing a specific color of Grand Manor shingles required to match our existing detached garage, to a custom sized Velux skylight, to a flat roof section that had to be tied in appropriately to the rest of the roof, to new copper flashing everywhere; he was responsive, timely, attentive to the details, honest, price competitive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the Annapolis area looking to have their roof replaced.

    The owner and crew for my roof and gutter installation did a great job.Justin and myself had a meeting where he helped a lot by listening to what I wanted -- style and color. Two days later they were here ready to work. It took one-and-a-half days to install both the roof and gutters.     Like many others, I submitted a claim to my insurance company to request my roof to be replaced due to wind and hail damage. Initially my insurance company indicated they would only replace about 50 shingles. But, they told me I could appeal the decision if I had my contractor to submit the appropriate document/evidence to support the need for an entire new roof. That’s when I engaged Michael Orona from Benchmark Roofers. From the moment he was engaged, Michael worked directly with my insurance company’s claim representatives, inspectors, and adjusters and, because of that, I was later approved for an entire roof replacement.
