    My power went out late in the afternoon and Quality Electric was able to squeeze me in same day. Jerry resolved the issue very quickly despite needing to go on a bit of a scavenger hunt for the common electrical room and the keys to open it. Also fixed my failed attempt at installing a new ceiling light, which looked great despite the fact that I bought an incorrect size. Price was super reasonable as well, especially given the quick service, but most important, made a stressful situation a lot less so. Bonus points for being nice to my dog who is a psychopath

    They installed 2 new 20A circuits with GFI outlets in our large house, all at a very reasonable ~$2000 price. Jerry and Joe were friendly and communicated frequently about schedule changes, what time they would arrive and what choices/options we had. They showed up on time and seemed to really know what they were doing. Even the drywall work looked good. Id definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing small or large electrical work.

    Used quality electric for the first time today and had a fantastic experience. Jerry came on time, clearly explained all my options, had immediate simple fixes for the most pressing item (garage electric was out), and took care of my immediate emergency within 30 minutes of arriving. The price was fair and he gave me options for my larger bathroom issues. Overall great experience. Will be using again.

    Quality Electric Service was referred to me by a neighbor and I was very pleased with the recommendation. Jerry was very polite and knowledgeable when he came out to give an estimate for installing a level 2 EV charger and new 60 amp 240 volt circuit. Jerry also performed the work and was very professional and provided outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

    Ben and the team at Quality Electric did a fantastic job replacing recessed lights in our den and kitchen and adding new ones to replace an old fluorescent light in our kitchen. They also added a dimmer to the lights which has been really helpful. The change it made to the space was amazing. They checked the placement of the lights before installing the new ones, which was helpful. The cuts for the installation were so clean and spackled. The estimate was fast, the pricing was fair, and Richard and Jeff did an amazing job. Im scheduling more recessed lights for our living room because it was such an improvement.

    As usual, great service from Quality Electric. They were able to schedule a next-day visit. Jerry removed an old overhead lighting fixture and installed a new one, quick and clean. He also offered to help look for a replacement part for our under-cabinet lights. Very satisfied!

    I love Quality Electric! I started using them when I was looking for a whole-house generator; they were the only company I called that explained generators thoroughly so that it put me at ease to have it installed. They did a great job with the installation and they continue with yearly service. Quality has done other electrical jobs for me as well, and I have been very pleased with their work and friendliness.

    Great service at a reasonable price! We had several home “electrical casualties” that we’re resolved quickly/efficiently by QE’s superb electrical technicians. First, a broken light switch controlling an outside deck light; second, electrical conduit damage due to “hungry chipmunks” that cut electrical continuity to the front yard lamp post; third, replacement of 4 under cabinet lights in the kitchen. We will definitely keep QE on speed dial for future electrical work!

    We had two emergency repairs before selling our home, one was a 4 way switch malfunction in the switch hook-ups and the other was a mis-wired ceiling fan to the wall switches and a fan remote. First of all, the big companies couldnt see me for 6 weeks. Then I searched on Google and found this local company, called them and Ben answered. Very accommodating and got me on the schedule in 3 days. Prices were very reasonable for what had to be done and I was very satisfied. The technician was very professional and courteous and meticulous about getting it right, testing the lines, etc. I would highly recommend this company.

    I truly value this family run company. Over the years they have always been incredibly responsive and professional while providing high quality service. When we had a smoke alarm go off and a possible fire (and even the fire department could not find a source) Quality Electric responded to my email virtually immediately and came over to help us identify the source. They were equally helpful when downed tree ripped our electric box off of our house, depositing it in the front yard. I really cant say enough good things about them. I recommend them highly.

    I had new LED light installed under my kitchen cupboards. This was done by Oreste who arrived on time and did the work carefully and with cheerful courtesy.     We have used Quality Electric Service several times over the past few years and been very happy with their work. We regularly refer our friends and neihbors to them. Quality Electric is a small family owned business with a team of experienced and well qualified electricians. They anwser their phone, return calls and show up on time. Their electricians, in addition to being well qualified, are very courteous and will answer any questions you have. Unlike, some of the large regional and national firms, they do not try to sell you a new roof, replacement windows, an HVAC system or hot water tank when you simply want an electrical repair or service. No upselling at all, they just do what they come to do in a very friendly and professional manner. Most recently Quality Electric installed a 20W Generac generator at our home...now we still have heat and light when the neighborhood goes dark.     We wanted a backup generator installed. They explained all of the options, and gave us a comprehensive quote. The quote included the necessary permit. When we gave them the go ahead, work proceeded on time just as they laid out for us and they got the permit for us and worked with the electric and gas companies. In other words, they made it as painless as possible. I cant think of even a minor negative.

    My first time using Quality Electric Service in the residential real estate management component of my real estate brokerage. The electrician I had been using in the past ten years recently retired and recommended QES and he has passed me on to good hands. QES removed an existing, obsolete, ceiling fan in a great room of one of my property management homes in Falls Church having a 20’ ceiling and installed a new 54” fan and new 60” down rod. The task requires a tall ladder and is a two man job. Jeff and O were professional, efficient and easy to work with. Work was accurate, complete and timely. I was impressed and appreciated that QES disposed of the old fan and the packaging material for the new fan and down rod. I will be using QES from this point forward and happy to recommend them to others.

    Friendly and reliable service. I could not ask for more.Our house meter base was going bad, causing circuits to flicker or cut out entirely. Most electricians pointed me to Dominion, who in turn told me I needed an electrician. We were stuck between a rock and a hard place, powering our fridge with an extension cord moved between whatever outlet worked at the moment.Quality Electric stepped up and got to me the same day. They saved my appliances by putting them on reliable circuits, cut off things i didnt need in the short term, made sure my kids rooms had reliable power, and, most importantly, gave me the time/comfort to solve this right.

    We are entirely satisfied with the workmanship by Quality Electric when they installed a large generator capable of providing emergency power for our entire home five years ago. They continue to be reliable, congenial, knowledgeable, and are always come on time for routine inside the house maintenance when needed, including installing a long baseboard heater in our downstairs family room and new LED ceiling fixtures for our laundry room. We feel most comfortable with Quality Electric in comparison to service from several other much larger businesses that we had used in the past .

    They did great work in 2 days! They installed multiple overhead lights, switches, grounded the electric, rewiring work so kitchen appliances had their own dedicated circuits, and installed a bathroom fan that vents outside.
