    Nicole in the office was so kind and patient with us and our warranty company as we all jumped through many hoops and debacles. The two men that installed our hot water heater were courteous, determined and explained a lot to us. I was later told one gentleman was the owner. He knows his stuff and conducts business with great protocol.

    Two days before Thanksgiving and my Kitchen sink was pouring out water. Ms. Nicole called me to schedule but unfortunately due to holiday next available appointment wasn’t until Tuesday after Thanksgiving. She expressed sincere concern and informed me if there was anything she could do before then she would call me.. Three hours later she called me back and had someone at my house by lunchtime! Thank you so very much Ms. Nicole and to the plumber, Khai for saving the day! Excellent customer service, professionalism and workmanship! Highly recommend!!!!

    I would definitely recommend Flowmaxx Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. They ran a water line and drain line to an ice machine I purchased. When I asked for a quote they came and took a look the same day! I was very happy with the price and got on their schedule quickly! They did the installation today and were on time, very friendly, clean work space, and explained every step of the work they completed. They were very accommodating with getting a small shelf built and setting up everything perfectly. Thank you!!!

    Jesse and Jonathan of Flowmaxx Plumbing were sent to my Moms house through a home warranty claim that we submitted. Her kitchen faucet broke and they were able to replace it with a new faucet in the same visit. They were very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for your excellent work!!

    We had an excellent experience with Flowmaxx Plumbing! The office manager answered the phone immediately and scheduled an appointment for the very next morning after I described the significant leak that we had under our kitchen sink (which had not been fixed by another plumber working with American Home Shield over the past 3 weeks). The plumber (also owner) arrived right on time and fixed the problems over the next few hours. The price was reasonable and the service was friendly and efficient. We would definitely recommend this service and will use Flowmaxx again.

    We had a great experience with Flomaxx plumbing! We had a leak under our shower drain, so I called late afternoon on a Monday. They were out the very next day and had it repaired within an hour. The owner and one of his guys who came out were so nice and professional! They were also very reasonably priced. They will now be our go to company for plumbing issues!

    FlowMaxx Plumbing was a lifesaver for us! They are highly responsive and fairky priced. The owner Tim was so peronable. Our hot water heater died on Friday just before Thanksgiving. I called FlowMaxx and they were on site that day. By that evening we had hot water again! I highly recommend FlowMaxx for all your plumbing needs.     We just had the best experience with this company! From the initial appointment, Nicole called to confirm and was extremely helpful and friendly. Today, 5/31, the 2 gentleman were also friendly, professional, on time (actually early), and resolved our issue (a significant clog which has caused other damages). This issue resulting in water damage (not from Flow Maxx) but they were thoughtful enough to even provide recommendation and cards for restoration service to help us move forward.     I noticed a steady dripping of water from our first floor ceiling while my husband was showering on our second floor in our recently purchased new home. Thankfully these guys not only got back to us within 24 hours to schedule a visit…the woman (can’t remember her name) that called me was so incredibly friendly and reassuring…but they also came earlier because of an opening in their schedule.John and Jessie were amazing. Super nice guys. Very knowledgeable. And didn’t leave until they knew we wouldn’t be experiencing anymore leaks. Thankfully it was a simple loosened shower drain, but they went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident in there being no more leaks.And guess what…the shower has been used multiple times since their visit and no more leak!!!Highly recommend!

    I will never use another plumbing company other than Flowmaxx! Being a woman companies tend to try to take advantage of us because they think we “just don’t know any better”. When I called the girl that I spoke with was so nice and helpful and she got me in the schedule within a day. Tim and his guys showed up on time, took time to explain my problem, and did not charge me an arm and a leg.( I know because I had several quotes). I strongly urge everyone to use Flowmaxx if they want the best deal, get treated like family, and know that the job is done right!

    I had an issue with a toilet overflow at my home. We had Brandon stop by from Flowmaxx Plumbing and I cannot praise him enough - He was extremely professional, able to answer all of my questions thoroughly and explain the issue in great detail. Ive had different plumbers stop by throughout the years and never had they notified the problems that he was able to identify. He is meticulous and very good at his job.     Highly recommend! They did a great job fixing my backed up kitchen sink and dishwasher. I had most of it pulled apart and had tried to snake it before I had to call for help, I just couldnt get it myself and when I called for help, they were able to come out same day! They explained everything they were doing, showed different parts they were going to have to replace, and when I called later that day to say there was part of the issue happening again (oversight on my part), they came back out as soon as they could and got the problem solved. Definitely give them a call for your plumbing needs!

    Brandon was absolutely amazing!! We’ve been having some water damage issues that he knew how to fix right away. He did the work thoroughly and was very friendly even though he spent more time at our home than I’m sure he had planned. He even fixed our door that had been broken for two years. He even gave us some tips on how to fix other issues that were outside of his line of work. 100% would recommend these guys, we will definitely be contacting them for any of our issues in the future!

    Great work from Flowmaxx Plumbing! Repaired our master bath sinks. Both were very slow to drain. Also looked at a few other issues and made recommendations. No pressure to have additional work done just provided information on what could make things better in the future.     Today Brandon and Scottie came out to find a leak that was causing water damage and find the leak in less than 15 minutes and was very respectful of my home and myself. Brandon is a Jewel and I would use him and his company for any and all issues I would have for water problems.     Great customer service and tech arrived on-time to repair my faulty garbage disposal. My tech Joby arrived and diagnosed the issue quickly and installed the new garbage disposal. He even walked me thru the things that were wrong from the previous installer that were missed and should have been done correctly.     Wonderful experience with Tim , Kitchen sink is as good as new, But CHOICE HOME WARRANTY IS NOT a company to do Business with. I have never seen a company not trust the Narrative of a licensed and experience contractor . There Contract with me is as good as cancelled. Because they just showed me that they want liars to create false narrative so they dont have pay for covered expenses. But kudos to a wonderful HONEST COMPANY.

    Tim re-piped our entire home. The experience and communication with Tim and his wife was great from start to finish. We were assigned to Flowmaxx Plumbing through our home warranty company. While the home warranty company can be very difficult to deal with, Tim made the process easy and hassle free for us. He did all the communicating with the warranty company and relayed the information back to us immediately. Tim made us a priority and came out to inspect our issues the very next day after we were assigned to his company. He was up front and honest about the repairs that needed to be done. Tim and his helper came to our home on a Saturday morning and worked until the job was completely done. The service we received was nothing short of exceptional and we will absolutely call him for any of our future plumbing needs.

    I have been having some issues with high water bill for the past 3 months. Collectively maybe over $1100 in usage. Brandon & Ben came out today 2/27 and performed a complete sweep of the house for me. There were 3 toilet issues in total and they even pumped the water that was sitting in the water meter compartment outside.     The guys called 45 mins in advance to let me know they were on the way. They came in and assessed the issue, immediately, and found the root causes. They cleaned the area where the water had made a mess under my sink. They done what they could to get me in a better place today.

    Tim and Chris are amazing! I had a toilet that had been running for a long time and was diagnosed as a cracked tank and I was told by another plumber that I needed to install a new toilet. Tim diagnosed the problem within minutes so I didnt need a new toilet and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg to get it fixed. Tim and Chris fixed 2 leaky toilets, a running toilet and pulled an old dishwasher and installed a new one. They were knowledgable, polite, answered all my many questions and done in no time. And best of all they left to mess for me to clean up. I highly recommend this company!

    We had a horrible experience with another plumber in the area, but Tim came to our home to replace our water heater and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. His wife promptly scheduled us to have Tim come out the same day to assess our water heater. When we figured out that we had to have it replaced, Tim stayed in contact with us while locating the new equipment and providing updates on when he would be at our home to replace it. Besides replacing the water heater, Tim shared some other things he noticed in the plumbing in our home.
