    We searched for 2 years before going with Hanson. We were blown away by the quality of the homes Hanson built and they did not disappoint while building ours. Jeremy was amazing to work with from the very beginning.Julie was always there to answer all our questions. Erica helped us with the designs and also sent us all the options available and made sure that we got everything that we asked for. They were very flexible, knowledgeable and easy to work with.It was great to see the work for each day completed as planned on the app. We were warned about the horrible building process by friends but it was a piece of cake building with Hanson. At the end of the day, there would be imperfections or unfinished areas in every build but Hanson made sure that they addressed everything and fixed everything for us. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts!

The house itself is fantastic. However, the best part was the customer service from the Hanson team.     We were blown away by our experience building with Hanson. We came in with a very specific vision that was a bit out of the ordinary - very modern, European-style frameless cabinets, clean lines everywhere. Not only did they deliver it, but they also gave us new ideas to make it even better, like an LED ceiling!Working with everyone on the team was a pleasure. Communication was always efficient, and if someone couldnt solve our problem, theyd put us in touch with the person who could. Our sometimes unusual requests were met with a lets see how we can make this work mentality, rather than a no.Our six-month build timeline was communicated to us in advance and it was accurate to the day!     We were SO impressed with Hanson Builders various models on the Parade of Homes tour, that we went and found the perfect lot in one of their new developments and built our dream home. We can honestly say every single detail from start to finish with Hanson has been spot-on wonderful. From working with Andy in the Sales Office, to Erica at the Design Center, to all the workers/contractors building our home and Jake, an amazing Supervisor, it was a fantastic building experience. We are 1.5 years into our new home and extremely happy. There isnt one thing we would change.     Hanson Builders is wonderful! They built us a beautiful, high quality home. They made the home building process as painless and stress free as possible. All of the staff are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Their response times to questions and inquiries were timely and their responses were thorough and detailed. We had minimal issues throughout the building process; but when we did, the issues were addressed immediately and corrected. We were expecting a child two weeks after our closing date. Hanson was extremely accommodating and worked hard to have our home completed on time. We were able to close and move in as expected. Since moving in, Hanson staff has checked in with us frequently and addressed any items that needed attention. We are extremely happy with the finished product of our home. As we were exploring neighborhoods and builders, Hanson was the only builder that really listened to what we were looking for and worked with us to find the right plan for us. Jeremy at Arbor Ridge was so personable and responsive with every question we had during the buying process, and consistently kept us up to date with photos of the progress of our house.     We searched for an existing home for about a year and after an unsuccessful search we considered building. The process seemed intimidating. After meeting with a couple different builders we chose Hanson and we are sure glad we did! They made the process so easy and fun. During the building process we found out we were due with our second child the same week we were due to move into the home. We let them know and they ended up finishing our home a whole month early so we could get settled. This was invaluable to our family! If you’re considering Hanson go for it.     My wife and I spent two years looking at new home construction in the Twin Cities. During this time, we looked all the different builders - full custom, small niche builders to large national builders. We selected Hanson Builders for these primary reasons – overall value/quality, floor plan and process/people of Hanson Builders. Hanson had the quality at the price point we wanted to be in. I was impressed by the quality of work and materials they used on each Hanson house we looked at. The floor plan met the needs of our active family – it had the right mix of space, but still felt cozy/warm. While the process of building and selecting all the different components of a new home can be overwhelming, the personalized touch the Customer Experience Manager, Construction Management, Design Team and the On Site Building manager all made a big difference in the process. Also, the Buildertrend app is nice to have to follow the complete build process and keep you informed. Hanson Builders is “top notch” in the Twin Cities new home construction market.

    We have been absolutely THRILLED with Hanson Builders from starting to the proposal and picking our lot and plan, to closing and moving in. First and foremost, they are great people! They truly care about you and your home and ensuring that you have a smooth process and fun time along the way! We had a couple small bumps (VERY small), and they were all resolved immediately.     We loved every step of this journey. From the start, Katie really listened to what we were looking for and we never felt pressured to spend outside our budget. Julie and Emily were also great to work with during the paperwork, electrical and design phases. Emily went above and beyond and never made me feel bad during my front door color crisis or my I no longer like anything I selected for the bathroom phase. {facepalm} As soon as the weather would allow the foundation to get poured, everything stayed on schedule and only one item had trouble with supply (which Hanson replaced with an almost identical/more expensive replacement and ate the cost difference themselves). The scheduling accuracy, supply acquisition and not having any surprise cost increases seems like a unique experience compared to what Ive been hearing from people who have gone with other builders (especially during this time of supply/demand challenges). During and post build, Ryan was fantastic to work with. He really takes his time to make sure everything during the building process is going well and makes sense. Ryan also was very thorough post build to make sure any last items were addressed and that we knew how to work/keep our new house looking great. He took even our silliest new homeowner questions seriously. Long story short, Hanson Builders is excellent and we love everything about our new home.

    We purchased a Hanson model home in Plymouth and couldnt be happier! When we first saw the house we were so impressed with the custom design. We learned that it was the first model built with this design and we could tell that everything was done with great detail, planning, and care. There are countless features we love about the house and the quality craftsmanship. The colors, lighting, hardware, and design features compliment the house incredibly well. Although we didnt build with Hanson, our interactions with their team before and after the sale of the home were all very positive. We would definitely recommend Hanson as a builder based on our great experience with their team and having now lived in their house for over a month. Big thanks to Hanson builders for our dream forever home!! :)

    Excellent quality! You can tell it is built by people who care. The customer service throughout has been excellent, and they throw in some nice touches to make each customer feel valued. Would recommend to anyone!

    We had a wonderful experience building with Hanson. They responded to and addressed any questions that we had during the process and we found Buildertrend to be very helpful. The quality of the house is superb and the value compared to other national builders seemed excellent by the time you add in a three car garage, finished basement, wood flooring, quartz countertops, appliances, etc which all came standard in our Hanson home. We had very few and no major warranty issues. Any warranty claims we did have (e.g. nail pops, caulking) were addressed very quickly. We would highly recommend Hanson.
