I was called to a job for my painting services and to change a door. Person prior that changed the door, put in a wrong door and charged 10 grand to do the door. Door was wrong swing door and not plum. Customer was very upset reasonably. I told Branded Group that customer was very dissatisfied and I wanted to help rectify the issue at hand. I found a good door company and they came in and fixed it and I resumed my painting services. Customer was very happy and wants me going forward. Thank you Branded Group for the honesty and integrity. 5 star company.

I’m a local contractor to the St Louis area. Have been working with branded group for quite some time now. We were approached by Andra Bereznay to work on Sephora projects and that started our relationship. Since then we have done thousands of dollars worth of work orders all over the US on various projects (St. Louis, Denver, Boston, Raleigh), for branded group. Andra is always there to help with any problems that arise and payments have always been made on time. Very smooth transactions, easy to work with. Would recommend to any contractor looking for work. And any company that needs facilities maintenance.

Outstanding professionalism.We had a contract for interior paint for one of the commercials space (store) with Facilities1. Never knew about existence of BG. Finished the job on time and having outstanding balance $16K including other small projects for almost 2mo. While Facilities1 ghosted us, we’ve contacted store management to double check if they really delayed payment to Facility1, guess what? Was paid. Get redirected to BG. Explained everything and necessaries to put a lean on their client because we never received the payments for performed job at that location. BG stood up for the client to avoiding harmful processes for them and processing that payment to us, even that they already paid Facilities1 from the beginning.Just an awesome team, already signed up for being their vendor directly.

In the FM industry it can be hard to find companies that actually put the customer first and are truly dedicated to finding solutions and taking care of their customers facilities. Branded Group has a phenomenal group of employees who all stand behind this culture of being better. Communication, response and setting strong expectations for their customers is 1st and foremost.
