    We finally found a plumbing company that we are 100% satisfied with! Rich and Mike came by today and fixed our plumbing issue super fast. They were friendly, professional and easy to talk to! We have had so many challenges with previous plumbers either charging too much or doing jobs incorrectly. This company has very reasonable prices and their plumbers are all wonderful! We also had Kyle do a job for us and he was so good with our wild 3 year old who kept chasing him to play. Super great company. We are so happy we found them! Look no further for your plumbing needs!

    Okay. It has taken me MONTHS to write this review. I dont like to do stuff like this online via my email...ANYhow, I decided to do it because I have rarely experienced such professional, quick, neat, pleasant service. Just once before, years ago, with a company I still use. Granted, this problem was not huge but I didnt know if it was or not. The source of the leaking required troubleshooting, etc. Fantastic service call. Great guy. Five Stars. Thank you!

    Suffolk Plumbing was an excellent choice in all aspects of the situation. They scheduled promptly, arrived timely & performed with competence & professionalism.Noticed a leak from the 2nd floor main drain pipe through to the basement. Plumber arrived & from the first floor garage level needed to open the wall to expose the hole in the pipe. However, there was significant mold in the sheet rock & insulation. This mold needed to be addressed before further work could be done. They plugged the pipe as an interim fix, which allowed us to use in the interim the upstairs facilities.They recommended a mold restoration company who in turn recommended an air quality test company. Both turned out to be excellent recommendations.When the mold work was completed & testing done Suffolk was called. Again immediate scheduling & timely arrival. Leaking pipe was fixed. They knew what to do & competently completed the work.Again, excellent choice. I would use Suffolk Plumbing again & recommend them in a heartbeat.

    I was having a pool heater installed and Suffolk Plumbing helped make that happen. As it turns out, not all plumbing companies are certified for this installation but they are. Rob explained everything and made sure we had the proper permits for our gas fireplace, barbecue, generator, and of course the pool heater. Everything was tested to make sure there were no leaks. Suffolk Plumbing was very professional and office staff (Linda) called the morning of each appointment to let me know what time they were coming that day. I would definitely recommend Suffolk Plumbing.

    Suffolk Plumbing converted my house from oil to natural gas back in December. They removed and disposed of the old oil tank, hot water heater and boiler and replaced it with a Navien NFC-200. I couldn’t be happier. They also ran gas pipping for my stove, dryer and barbecue. They did an awesome job on the install, everything is super neat and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    After hours in teeming rain, I made a call to Suffolk Plumbing and the boss mercifully sent an on-call plumber to take care of my leak/flood. Both their attitudes were sunshine!     Had the unfortunate experience of a slab leak, thankfully I contacted homeserve and they dispatched Suffolk plumbing. When the plumber arrived, he wasnt entirely sure what to do so called his boss to talk him through everything to diagnose the situation.The water needed to be turned off in order to prevent further damage and allow the pipes to cool down enough so he and another plumber could come back the next day. When they arrived the next day, the partner knew exactly what to do, bother were very professional and efficient; problem was mitigated and everything back to normal.About 2-3 days later, the kitchen sink wouldnt drain, I cleaned out the PVC drain under the sink, then poured industrial drain cleaner, still no relief. Notified homeserve again who dispatched suffolk plumbing again, the gentleman arrived the same day, troubleshooted and snaked the kitchen sink, cleaned the drains again and concluded that was the problem and left (the sink drained at that time). Later, the sink began backing up again and this time we had water coming up from underneath the toilet on the main level of the house and we have sewers so couldnt be a full cesspool. Notified homeserve again, suffolk plumbing came back and concluded the main drain line must be clogged, used an industrial powered snake machine to clear the line, and after several passes he finally cleared the issue, which were the roots from a very old tree in front of the house which made there way into the drain but he cleared them with the snake and now the sink and everything else drain as expected.were about 1 week out now from the drain issue and everything is working fine, would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ken followed-up and called me to provide a better understanding of the video footage. Fortunately, everything appears good to proceed with planned home renovations.     We are very pleased with the oil to gas conversion Suffolk Plumbing performed. The conversion was completed earlier than expected, and they did a great job coordinating the project with the oil tank removal company, Town of Oyster Bay, and National Grid.     Prompt service, friendly staff, and fair price.I had an emergency on a Saturday when the only shower in the house got clogged up and nothing I did helped. Since it was the weekend, I was told theres an extra charge and asked if Id rather wait for Monday. I decided to wait until Monday.The plumber arrived promptly and had called 20 minutes ahead of his arrival. He was courteous, professional, and quickly got to work. About an hour later, he was done and I had a functional shower.Would definitely recommend.

    We used Suffolk Plumbing yesterday to replace a hot water tank heater in our basement, along with our baseboard heaters in our bedrooms. Prior to them doing the job, they came out to our house and gave us a free quote (everyone else was charging $50 for a quote), Daniel was so patient with my husband and answered all of his questions regarding our heating and hot water system, they truly made us feel comfortable with using them. Not to mention, their prices literally could not be beat. Their team was extremely prompt and professional, we had a team of three men at our house by 8am ready to work. By about 4pm we finally had efficient and sufficient hot water and heat running through the house, and we couldn’t be happier! Would definitely recommend this company!

Our second service required a hot water pipe spray leak and again they were able to do quick service to repair pipe.     Needed kitchen sink drain cleaned as water was running down really slow. Also, it was backing up when running dishwasher since the drain pipe is the same.     I’ve used Suffolk Plumbing several times through my Homeserve service plan. Each time I had an outstanding experience. The technicians arrive on time, as scheduled and they always call before they arrive to let you know they are en route.The work is completed by true professionals who are polite and accommodating. My wife loves them because they take the time to put down drop cloths, where needed, and clean up before they leave.I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work. We used them to unclog and very badly clogged kitchen sink but also used them to repair a ruptured supply line and noisy toilet on previous occasions.

    First of all I’m not family!! 😃 we had a leak in our basement of our home in Nassau County and called for a plumber. We have a contract and called for the second time ever. My wife tells me they said they’ll be here in 40 minutes. If I said I believed that I’d be lying. Guess what as I come home there’s a white van in front of the house. I wanted to meet the plumber so I rushed home. He beat me!! Josh our new favorite plumber was great. Professional, respectful and explained everything he was doing and why. He fixed the leak from the upstairs bathroom and as he was leaving he discovered a gas leak that we never had a clue about. I asked what he needs to do and he got a part out of his van and came back and fixed this potentially dangerous situation. I started this off by saying I’m not family and I’m not.     My experience with Suffolk Plumbing was overall a good one. We started getting estimates and scope of what had to be done to remodel a bathroom. Kenny started the process and gave his recommendation to correct a problem caused by a previous plumber 25 years ago with the last re-do. His team of workers are respectful, hard working and dedicated to the job. The one who stood out above the others is Rafael (Raffie). He goes over everything and lightens the mood with humor. Each time water had to be shut off, he made sure that all my faucet screens were cleaned when water was turned back on. He pays such attention to detail. By the last day of the job, I found myself asking them to send only Rafael!
