    Plumber on the Way provided excellent customer service! Upon learning of the potential of lead in our incoming water pipe to our home, we called our reliable provider, Plumber on the Way. They quickly shared additional information about the city program underway to reduce lead in drinking water by checking homeowners water pipes. They were able to make a visit the very next day (tacked on to an existing service call nearby) and quickly determined we are lead free! They left an invoice to complete and email that validated their service with no cost to the homeowner. Thanks Plumber on the Way- you are dependable, trustworthy and transparent in your service!

    We have cycled through so many plumbing companies over the years until finding Plumber on the Way. We have been loyal customers for several years now and have always found that they are professional, courteous and honest. Recently, we found LEAD water lines on our property as well as on the public side of the water meter. We called Plumber on the Way and Ed immediately jumped on the problem. He handled reporting it to the City of Richmond and facilitated a prompt replacement that required a coordinated effort between the company and the city. I cant imagine that we would have had such a smooth experience with the citys department of public utilities without his assistance in navigating the issue. Thank you for going the extra mile, Ed!

    Marty was so helpful and thorough! He initially hadnt been informed that it wasnt just a clogged pipe, but that we needed a pipe replaced, so he wasnt sure if he was going to have enough time to do the work order, but he moved some things around, grabbed the proper tools, and made it work! He was done in about an hour and now we have a working sink after not having one for 2 weeks!

    Fabulous service...our tankless water heater stopped working and Christi had Travis out the same afternoon to check it out. Travis took time troubleshooting, even standing outside on a super hot day to call the company to see what they suggested. He presented us with our options and helped us decide the best way forward. Travis and Allen returned to install our new hot water heater. Travis and Allen were very friendly and professional and worked efficiently to get everything up and running.

    Carl and Philip were absolutely fantastic! They showed up on time and they had the excavator here 12 hours early. They got straight to work and they replaced the sewer main and installed two clean out valves in six hours. Let me tell you that was quite a feat because they had to go down 10 feet. They left the yard clean they didn’t damage any shrubbery and they leveled out The entire area that they excavated. I have already recommended them to somebody who drove by and saw the work that they did. Do not hesitate to hire this companyIt’s now a couple months later, and everything is running perfectly! We did have a little trouble that was not related to the first repair, and Marty came by early which was fantastic. He fixed our trouble in the upstairs bathroom, he gave us a recommendation on how to avoid this happening again, he was respectful of our home by wearing booties and a mask, and he worked efficiently and got everything completed. This company is wonderful

    My hot water tank needed repair and Plumber On the Way provided convenient same day service. The repair was a bit more expensive than Id planned to spend but I have know idea how much it cost to replace a burner unit and I trust that the charge was fair. Anyway, I have hot water and didnt spend my entire day waiting for someone to show up at the final hour or no show! I will definitely recommend Plumber On the Way to friends and neighbors! I was given advice on whether to repair or replace the tank before agreeing to the repair work. Also I was given great advice on replacing the tank for a tankless heater in the future. Not a sales pitch just good honest advice, as my tank is in the attic!

    After telling Travis what I thought the problem was. Travis not only checked my theory but proceeded to check the entire line and pump. It took him probably 10 to 20 minutes to determine what the problem was. Travis explain the problem to me what he would do to resolve it and then after the repairs were made he showed me what he did at the early explained what had caused the damage. He was very professional and cleaned up everything he had used in the repair process. Human assistant were very professional.

First job was to install new water supply line from street to house, last job involved replacing two outdoor bibs with frost proof bibs, remove 55 year old copper pipes and shutoff valves in basement and replace with Pex lines and ball valve shutoffs, replace kitchen sink drain pipe, install garbage disposal and run dehumidifier drain line through exterior basement wall.
