I can’t possibly say enough about Creative Home Renovations. Lester is the owner and upon meeting him I knew immediately that he was the perfect contractor for the deck and covered porch we had in mind. Lester worked with us on the design options, got back to us very quickly with options and prices, and was very responsive.Lester is a fabulous to work with. He showed up on time every day, kept the work site immaculate, and delivered a finished product that far exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend him and his company enough.

Creative Home Renovations is fantastic! The company was recommended to me by a close friend. After seeing their work I contacted Lester and he came out to look at my porch project. I saw a negative review because they were not called back, that was not my experience. The company is extremely busy and last I heard they are booked until at least April 2021, for good reason. They do work all over Chesterfield County in high-end subdivisions. I thought my price was fair compared to other companies. I met with Lester the first time in late May and my project was started before Thanksgiving, they took off the holiday week and came back and in total it took about two weeks. My neighbors love it and and some expressed interest in having Creative Home Renovations come out for their future projects. In fact we have already discussed my future projects. If you need a project done immediately, then you should contact someone else. If you are not in a hurry and want high quality construction then give Creative Home Renovations a call.

We had Creative Home Renovations build us a new and larger deck area. There was a waiting period but it worked for us because we weren’t in a rush but they did get started actually a bit earlier than I expected. Quality of products were great (get what u pay for). The crew answered all our questions and had great ideas on the few unknowns while in the process. Lester was available if we had any questions and was here quite often. And he went out of his way to help me as much as possible for a few things that I needed help with once they were done. I definitely recommend them for deck remodels or repairs if you are in the market for any of those.
