    I called on a Friday morning Dana was super friendly, and Alex was out at my house later that afternoon. Alex was able to get my boiler up and running in no time. Very grateful for the quick service.

    Furnace stopped working recently during the most recent cold spell. Called Oehl and Alex was here that afternoon. Control panel and pilot assembly were replaced and the family is nice and toasty again. Alex did a splendid job and Dana was very helpful to work with back at the office. Couldn’t be more pleased.

    Had called a few other places and Oehl was the only one who could fit me in quickly. Kelly heating basically told me to pound sand since I didn’t have a service contract. Came out the next day, fixed my ac and had a new capacitor installed in about an hour. The skills required for the job are what you pay for and the value is good. They, unlike many, did not push for me to get an entire new unit when it wasn’t needed. A trustworthy bunch, I would use them again.

    I cannot thank Oehl enough for the hard work theyve done for me. They just replaced my OOOOOLD boiler and now my house is beyond comfortable. They know what theyre doing, they work efficiently, theyre on time, theyre not wasting time and they dont leave messes. Everyone should have a new boiler and have Oehl do the work.

    Oehl was really great to work with. Our furnace went out on a weekend and they were the only company that we called that returned the call, gave us suggestions to get through. They gave us choice as the customer and ended up assisting to put a new furnace and fix our furnace set-up so that it would be the most efficient for us. Happy to work with them.

    It was a hot July night.. I was alone at my house scared and slightly anxious. I went to use my garbage disposal and bam! She stopped working.. nervously I called around and finally settled on contacting Oehl. The next day I had a young gentle show up at my door. Late 20s, semi fit, brown hair, not very tall though. He asked what the problem was and I walked over and pointed at my dirty little garbage disposal. He took a look at it, and within 20-30 minutes had it fixed. Very professional, competitive pricing for sure. 10/10 would recommend. Not only did he fix it but he also went over proper maintenance.

    Had my A/C repaired for about 50% of what I would have paid if I had gone to another local company. Alex, the gentleman who was working on my A/C was very respectful and professional.Because this was a major repair, I informed them two visits were likely needed. (They were both done within about 24 hours of one another)They had completed the job on the second day before I finished my lunch.Will probably only go to Oehl in the future, very satisfied.

    Customer service was above and beyond Expectations. I contacted the owner on a Saturday Evening hoping for a quick fix over the phone. We were beyond the quick fix. I advised I would call and make an appointment for service Monday morning. I called Monday morning at 8AM. The person that answered phone asked for my name and advised me I was on the schedule already (awesome), she also advised that the Technician was in route to my house. Before I got off the phone The Tech was at my door. That is customer service. I would recommend their services to anyone. Thank you.

    My water heater was leaking and I contacted Mike and his team by 7 am. They were there and got it changed out by noon. There was fast, accurate and constant communication on their arrival time so I could plan around my schedule. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Oehl Plumbing and Heating!!

    This company was amazing! We called them in the morning and by noon they had the problems with our AC fixed! They have fast, friendly service, were very communicative, and the man who came in our home wore a mask and was kind to my toddler who kept following him around. I couldnt recommend them more!

    Customer service was great. Guy came out to the house to fix our ac. Had to get a new one, they suggested amana brand, came with the BEST warranty. Have had to call again, came out and fixed it again (filter needed replaced) i had no idea. Easy fix! We will def reccomended them to our friends

    Fast, prompt service during extremely cold temperatures! My technician went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was running smoothly. He taught me about my furnace as well going over the things to look for if I worry if there is a problem. Great experience.

    Literal life savers! AC went out on what felt like a 250 degree day yesterday, that made my house feel like a giant sauna. They had two guys out at my place within the hour and had her back up and running in no time. Cool guys, and fair priced! Highly recommend!

    Great service! Responsive and prompt when our AC stopped working! The tech treated us like we were his only customer of the day... But in 90s degree heat I knew he was swamped. He got us up and running in no time!! And we didnt need a new AC unit!

    Oehl has been quick to respond in a number of issues I have had. I had to have a water heater replaced in two different homes and each time they made it easy to schedule and the removal and installation went quickly. The techs are knowledgeable and friendly.Next I woke up to a 50 degree house when the thermostat was set at 68. Again, within a short time they were able to make an appointment, diagnose quickly that a nest was blocking my air intake, and do a check up on the furnace.I will always make Oehl my first call for plumbing and heating.

    We had an issue with our AC unit on a hot Friday night. By the morning it was 85 degrees in our apartment and we were worried no one would be able to fix it until Monday. Our landlord reached out to Oehl Plumbing, and Zach was able to help out immediately getting our AC running again. He was very professional and informative! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Zach!

    During the recent freeze, our furnace stopped giving heat, although the fan worked. They showed up, and diagnosed the problem which was NOT with the furnace, but with the way the townhouse is built, with the exhaust pipe on the roof allowing some moisture in, which froze up, causing the heat valve to stick. They climbed into the attic, and did what they needed to do to loosen what was frozen, It took several hours to work through all the things that it could have been inside the furnace. It takes a lot of experience to trace a problem so far from where the problem seems to be, and to then fix that. On top of it, the bill was incredibly reasonable. When youre up against it, as we were, with the temp in house plummeting, its good to know where to find these guys. We bought the furnace from them six years ago, and would do that again too.
