Short answer: Professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The service we received from Clint was top notch. Easy recommendation for septic needs.Our aerobic septic system was installed and maintained by the same company (HI). Knowing very little about aerobic systems, I naturally continued it when I purchased the house. I physically observed each service to learn and after doing so - I wasnt quite sure why I was paying them. I also work from home and have very large dogs so when the prior company faked a maintenance report for service they never provided - I was done.My entire family is using Jackey Lackey so it was an obvious choice to look into. After calling, the annual maintenance fee is more costly than others but what I can tell you is that the additional cost is worth it! Clint checked and cleaned more things than Ive ever witnessed with the prior company. He explained everything and answered any questions I had. I have a better understanding of how my systems works, what I need to do and who to call for service.

The repair technician, Clint, came out after hours and several days before my scheduled appointment to get my system working again. He was AMAZING and ensured my system was operating even though additional repairs were needed. This is the first time I have used Jackey Lackey and the service was GREAT, very impressed with this company.

We had a blockage in our line due to tree roots. Clint showed up on time and got to work on the problem. What a guy! He told me what the exact problem was and worked hard to get things going again. The price I thought was very fair. They even worked with us to make things a bit easier on our budget. Keep up the good work jackey lackey! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner himself came to do the job and went above and beyond on each piece he worked on. Found things that other companies never bothered to service and didn’t charge extra beyond the original job expectation. I highly recommend them and will use them every time moving forward.

I needed a new system in a bad way. Dwain came as the most recommended company in the area. They were right. Dwain is very nice and professional. His whole crew was great. They worked quickly and made sure every detail was correct. They ended up working in the pouring rain and still took time to ensure everything was right.I couldnt be happier with my decision to go with Lackey Septic and Plumbing.

My brother and sister in law have a large rv that is permenantly parked and were in desperate need of getting their black tank on the rv emptied or pumped and the very polite and professional lady that returned his call in a very timely manner was able to schedule him an appointment for the very same day...thank yall for taking care of my family i know that they will use yall for future services and i will as well.
