    Called Clements Electric to get an estimate on replacing a bathroom light fixture and an issue with our kitchen island. The company was quick to respond and walked me through steps to fix issues. They worked with me to schedule a date and time to come out.The technician was professional and courteous. All issues correct as originally discussed.Great experience and I will definitely use them for any future electrical issues.

    Quality service every time Ive used them. Joey was the technician sent the first time I used Clements and Ive asked for him each time since. He is a skilled professional who is also personable! Great company!!4/4/23 Clements is still my go to company for anything electrical. This time Fred and Josh came out an replaced our breaker box. Under 4 hours and the were done, cleaned up and departed. They are simply outstanding in the work they do and customer service!!

    Electricity went out at 6Pm! Called Clements Electric hoping that even tho it was after hours they’d take care of me. They had someone on the way within 30 minutes!! Fred Bailey and his associates were amazing they were right on time did the entire job in one day! same day that I called them to come out.     Great service! Thanks, Mike for the quick response and great recommendation. House A/C system shutdown (no cooling for five days). My home warranty company sent two A/C service contractors and one electrical service contractor who could not diagnose the problem. After a direct call to Clements, Mike came out early morning and figured out the electrical issue and corrected it in about 15 minutes. He recommended an A/C expert (Ted at Arlington Heating and AC) who came out quickly and figured out the A/C system problem in about 10 minutes. After a day to get parts, Teds tech came out on Memorial Day Saturday and had the system working in a bit more than an hour.

    Im very happy with quality of work Clements Electric performed. I had recessed lights installed along with some ceiling fans replaced and light switches & electrical outlets replaced. I was really impressed with their initial visit when I described what I wanted and their tech (Joey) was extremely helpful in making recommendations on certain light switches that would do what I needed and not have a huge footprint. The switches he recommended fitted perfectly with what we needed and the end results is great. I will definitely use them again. I cannot say enough good things about how well everything came out.     The ultimate test of any great company is how well they respond when things happen beyond there control, because, let’s face it, sometime things happen. Most company’s only pay lip service (if that!) but I was pleasantly surprised by how Clements responded to my issue. They went above and beyond and even engaged their ownership. I believe this company truly cares about quality service and satisfying the customer. If something unforeseen should happen… you can have confidence they WILL make it right.     I wanted to let everyone know what a pleasure it was to be working with a professional company such as Clements Electric. I usually do not list items in a post unless they are the explain a negative experience. This is the complete opposite and I want to share the items that were important to me.1. The set up of an appointment to discuss my needs with a Master Electrician and receive a quote the next day was terrific.2. Having email and text notifications of the upcoming appointment was something I was not expecting.3. Having the electricians call 30 minutes prior to arrival was very comforting.4. The professionalism of Anthony and Luke was a pleasure. And we had a few laughs too.5. The selection of payment options was fantastic.6. The accommodations of last minute requests was what I was impressed the most. I added two outlets, a circuit breaker and a home surge protection all at the last minute and the job was completed as requested.I would absolutely use this company again.

    I found Clements on Angi, formally Angi’s list. Of the the four contractors to be contacted, they were the only ones to come out the same day I contacted them, for an estimate. I live between 18 and 26 miles from any populated areas, so that says a lot. We scheduled the job for the following week, and they were willing to adapt to situations that popped up. I ama disabled veteran, and part of the work I was going to complete before the job began, was too much for me. So they took care of it at the last moment. They did a great job, and I appreciate the effort they took to get my job done.

    Joey was extremely professional, honest and performed an excellent job. He kept me informed throughout the job. Clements Electric was recommended to me by my plumber and I am so glad I took the recommendation. I now recommend Clements and especially Joey to do any electrical job. So pleased with the replacement of the original outdoor meter base and main wiring serving my 1964 house, which was deteriorating and was a safety issue.

    Hunter, Steven & Kyle were the best!! They tackled my 1960 home with ease. My electrical system is officially up to date and I feel much safer. In Denton, there are strict rules for passing an inspection but that didn’t stop them from doing a fantastic job!As a woman, inviting strangers into my home can be scary. Especially when I’m home alone. The guys were so kind and respectful. I felt safe throughout the entire experience.

    We abruptly found out that our power had to be turned off due to some of the lugs on our side of the meter that were sparking. Clements was able to get out that day to assess the issue. They were out bright & early the next morning to do what they could. Now we are waiting on the City Inspector. Fred & the guys were awesome? They were all very professional and knew their job.     EXCELLENT customer service! Before, the Electrician, Guillermo, arrived the company sent me a picture and personal information about him so I would know who I was accepting in my home.     Let me start with how impressed I am with this company.First off, the Technitian was prompt and the customer service was the best that I have had in over two years. Guillermo Rosas was professional, safe, polite and seemed very experienced. He went out of his way to explain the problem of the utility issues that we were having and taught us how to correctly reset out breakers correctly and explained when to call for issues related to our electric. I truely am impressed with the level of service that we recieved today and it did not cost an arm and a leg. Thank you, Clements Electric and their technician, Guillermo.     One of the wires were short out and we had a fuse changed out from the breaker box . This is our first experience with Clement Electric today and they got the job done and advising us to add a surge protector for our breaker box. Although nothing crazy has happened in the last 16 years living at my house but it was probably the best decision to add the surge protector for the breaker box to cover the entire house just in case a storm comes by. I have been lucky nothing happened and now a peace of mind everything electrical will be protected.This companys advice today was well worth the protection needed.     I have worked with Fred, Lance, Joey and Mike (the owner) from Clements Electric on and off over the past year for several odd jobs at both my mother’s house as well as my own. Each person I have dealt with has been professional and courteous during every visit.
