We would highly recommend Iowa Legends Roofing & Remodeling. We had 5 different quotes on re-shingling our house. They came in below their competitors. In 2 weeks time, we had an estimate, picked out our shingles and yesterday the job was completed. Josh is very knowledgeable, timely and answered all our questions. Their crew worked hard, arrived at 6:30 AM and the job was done by 6:00 PM. They did an excellent job with their clean-up as well. So pleased with the job from start to finish. Iowa Legends Roofing & Remodeling was very easy to work with. Josh and Carson listened to our concerns and provided us with a beautiful new roof. We love it! Josh worked closely with our insurance, alleviating a lot of our stress. From beginning to end, starting early in the morning and working until after dark, the crew made sure they left the job site picked up at the end of each day. When the roof was completed, they took great care cleaning the entire area. Thanks to the entire team!

Iowa Legends has been the best contractor to work with. They are extremely responsive. Josh helped us decide which shingles were best for our home and got everything lined up perfectly. Their crew showed up today and replaced the roof. You cant even tell anyone was here, well except for the amazing new shingles. Even our neighbor said it looks great!

I will legends is an amazing company. Josh the owner offers exceptional customer service. We hired him to do our roof, and he went above and beyond and helped us with our siding. He did things other companies would never offer to do. If you are looking for a genuine, honest company to work with that bends over backwards for you, pick this company. We are so grateful to Josh. He answers his phone and text messages after hours and on weekends. He’s very down to earth and extremely easy to work with. He also has integrity and that’s not always easy to find these days. I reached out to Josh for a quote on a new roof for our 100 year old house with a steep pitch. He put together a great quote and warranty. Very nice to deal with as there was no salesman horse and pony show. He advised what I needed and what he recommended with no pressure.Then came the actual work... the crew showed up early and worked HARD all day. What I expected to be AT LEAST a two day job was completed in one. They cleaned up VERY well and the finished product looks AMAZING!I would HIGHLY recommend him to any family or friend.

We had to have some work done in our living room after a tree limb fell through our roof. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and quoted us exactly what it would be cost wise. There were no surprises and within a week we had it scheduled and done. After all was said and done you couldn’t even tell where the limb had gone through. I highly recommend!!!

After contacting multiple companies who kept trying to downplay the minor issue we wanted to get fixed in the now in favor of trying to force the total roof replacement when we couldnt make that happen, and then being ghosted when they couldnt secure the bigger job, we finally found our contractor for any and all future projects. Josh and his crew bid the small roof repair we needed, and a small siding repair, and not only came in at an affordable rate, but was extremely understanding and pleasant to work with. His work was done efficiently and with great quality. we will absolutely be using Josh and the Iowa Legends crew for all or repair and remodel needs, big or small!
