    Highly recommend! I really appreciated the level of communication for the appointment. They sent text updates of precise etas and a photo of the technician before arriving.Myles and his co-worker were quick, effective and courteous. Price was reasonable and inline with other plumbing companies. Im writing this a few months after the repair and weve had no issues since so they do indeed fix it right! 2 thumbs up!

    I didnt have any water coming from my well into my house for two days. When I checked everything that I could, and could not correct the issue, I called Palm Springs Plumbing hoping they could come out and diagnose the problem. Not only did they come out, but immediately went to work fixing my well and replacing my pressure tank. Jerry and Brandon were exceptional. They told me they would have water for me before they left...and they did. Their work was outstanding. I will NEVER call anyone else for any plumbing issue. Trust me, if you have ANY problems with plumbing...give these guys a call. You will no be disappointed. EXCEPTIONAL staff and service !!

    I had a pump tank issue. Miles and Brandon came out the same day I called. They went and picked up a new replacement pump and installed it for a fair price. Now I have peace of mind, and a new plumber! I will be calling Palm Springs Plumbing for all my plumbing needs going forward. I highly recommend this company.

    Excellent service!!! I can’t recommend Palm Springs Plumbing & Septic enough. We called with an emergency, and April was able to have plumbers out to our home that evening.     I had an issue with my Friday afternoon new toilet installation.When I called early Saturday morning to report it I spoke to April. She took immediate action, and sent Jerry quickly.We all know that in life things dont always go perfectly. Its so refreshing to know that when there is a problem, Palm Springs Plumbing drops everything and addresses the issue immediately. Everyone I dealt with was kind, courteous and understanding. My husband passed a few weeks ago and to say its been overwhelming is an understatement. These days, when something breaks, I break a little more. This group was amazing.     Excellent plumbing experience. David identified the problem which had been causing the plumbing issues for a long time and corrected poor fixes plus the cause of the problem.Both men were extremely professional and pleasant men to have in my home. They left work area cleaner than before in basement.This problem affected my kitchen and 3 bathrooms. All are working well again.     Overall I’d say Robert & Brandon, are absolutely amazing! I received: Same day service, other plumber gave me an appointment 10 days out and told me I was lucky as last week they were three weeks out. They arrived on time and were totally professional!     Excellent plumber! They called me back on a Saturday when I put in an Angi request for an estimate when I was planning to buy a house. I did buy and 6 weeks later Jerry the owner came out to look at everything I needed done and he fixed me right up in a timely manner, excellent quality work and reasonable rate! Only plumber I will use for my needs!

    When we first met with Jerry and April we had only heard that they were beating out the others in price. What we found when they came out is a level of excellence that we were not expecting from our plumber! They had to add their plumbing plans to engineer plans without knowing the electrical plans. (That is very tough to work around someone else’s plans without seeing them…) Let me tell you, the amount of thought that went into their work is the reason we continue to go with them again and again. They have done big jobs like a whole commercial building to small jobs like fixing drain lines. They have done last minute jobs like adding hand sinks and sump pumps and even do backflow testing. No matter the size of the job they give it the same level of detail and quality that speaks for itself. We appreciate them and look forward to using them for years to come.

    Palm Springs Plumbing & Sewer is THE best! After 2 days of the city water department not responding to our daily service requests, I called April at Palm Springs Plumbing and she got someone out within 30 minutes. Now, no promises on such quick service all the time, I think we got lucky that a tech was in our area between stops. But we had barely a trickle of water coming to the house for 2 days, and it took some time to find the leak on the property. Long story short, we are back up and running in less than 4 hours after making the call. Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Myles and David came to the house and repaired water leaks we had inherited from the previous owners. Leaks were older and had not been readily apparent. They did a good job in determining the leak causes and locations, and then quickly and effectively repaired them. Their price was fair. The workmanship is sound. I would call them again.

    These guys are great they went above and beyond to make sure our gas lines were repaired and they came out twice on the same day and first thing in the morning the next day to do everything they could to get our gas fixed so we could have heat. Thank you guys

    All around a great experience! My hot water heater went out and I called Palm Springs Plumbing and April was super helpful with coordinating with me to get one of her techs out promptly to have my water heater replaced. Myles showed up the next day and changed out my water heater efficiently and left the whole work area very clean when they were done.10/10 experience!! Definitely give them a call if you need anything plumbing related and they will get you taken care of!

    We were in need of a new water heater and called Palm Springs plumbing to see about an estimate. They came promptly at the agreed time and were very kind and knowledgeable. Upon inspection they found a couple leaks we were not aware of that needed attention in addition to our 20 year old water heater. We received our estimate quickly and soon after scheduled work to be done The 2 (Davids) came on a Sunday at no extra charge to make needed repairs in time for temperatures to be going back in the 30’s so we wouldn’t be without hot water or having to worry about leaking pipes freezing. Thank you again for a fast response and repair.

    Myles was my plumber. He came out and patiently looked at all the different issues I wanted him to. I felt like the price was fair and he was able to start the job the same week. He finished a lot of work in a day and answered questions I had. He stayed until all the work was finished and we were up and running again. He was able to avoid tearing open a wall to get to the shower valves, which I was not looking forward to. What struck me the most was that he took time and care to wear covering on his shoes in the house, put down a floor covering at the door they entered in, and cleaned well when he finished. I plan to use him for any other plumbing issues in the future.

    We reached out to Palm Springs Plumbing after reading their wonderful reviews and seeing they went through the rigorous process of becoming a Google Guaranteed Service Provider.About 20 minutes before Jerry and Robert arrived, we received a phone call to let us know they were on their way. The truck was lettered, clean, and organized, and both gentlemen were in uniform shirts.They installed an under-sink reverse osmosis filter - which included drilling a hole in our granite countertop for the RO faucet - and an exterior spigot for us. They listened carefully to each of our concerns, wore booties over their boots in the house, and were friendly, professional, and pragmatic for the duration of the trip.Jerry and Robert were expedient in their tasks and cleaned up, including sweeping, before they left. Their pricing was very fair, and they made the whole process very simple and straightforward.We were very pleased with the entire experience and have no qualms about recommending Palm Springs Plumbing & Septic. We will definitely be using them again!

    While working at a gas station, Mr.White visited. While he was there I recruited him for advice. There was a horrible smell coming from the vent/drain on the floor. Mr. White was able to tell me exactly the problem. We eventually hired him and the company he works with to come fix the problem. They were very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable.     The guys, David and David, from Palm Springs Plumbing came out to my house assessed my problem, found the issue with our old well pump control board, replaced the part and had our water back on within 4 hours!     They came out over the 4th of July holiday in response to a call from us regarding a water leak. They located the problem quickly and provided us a written estimate for the repairs. The estimate was inclusive of three different options on how the leak could be repaired. They came back the following day and replaced our main water line from the house to the meter. They also pointed out to us that there was not an existing water cut off valve, nor a pressure regulator on the line! This was remedied too. My prior military service was acknowledged as I received a 10% discount for the repairs. They even covered up and smoothed out my lawn and flower planter after they were done. The price was very reasonable and the finished repair was excellent! Thank-you again!

    I had called another company before calling Palm Springs- the other company didn’t really listen to our concerns, did not call ahead before arriving, and ended up causing more problems than they fixed. We had thought our septic tank was full, but the other company hydro jetted our pipes and left. Less than two weeks later, I needed more help as waste was bubbling back into the house, and a puddle was filling our yard. We found a broken pipe leading to our septic, and knew the tank was full or had another issue.I called Palm Springs and they came out for several hours that same day! They not only helped locate and unearthed the entrance to our septic tank, but fixed the broken pipe that was causing the puddling.They explained each problem they encountered before they tried to fix it, with an estimate. After doing all they could, they connected us with Patriot pumpers before leaving. Our plumbing issues were fixed within 4 days of my first call to them.Helpful, communicative, and will be suggesting this business to others!

    As a first time customer I really cant recommend this business enough! Long story short, technicians Myles Duran and Eli Pilgrim came out yesterday afternoon after an emergency call. After quoting me a fair price they got right to work. It was a bit of a trouble shooting job and ended up being a good bit more work than expected. After working from 3pm-8pm and at least getting me back up and running again, even though we still had a few more things to knock out I told them to go home and drink a cold one and that I would reschedule for the other items I needed taken care of. They refused! They had to make a trip back to the shop for another tool and returned later on that night to finish the job wrapping up around 10pm. When I say these guys went above and beyond its an understatement!! Im sure their boss who is extremely lucky to have this kind of work ethic on his team especially in the current times were living in will read this as well as his customers and my only hope is that he does a little something extra for those two guys. As a business owner myself both of these gentlemen would have a job tomorrow if they needed it with commitment and work ethic I witnessed!

    Palm Springs Plumbing did a great job. They started the project on a Saturday am at Kandy Kane Learning Center and completed the project by Sunday afternoon. Palm Springs completely re plumbed our center taking all the water lines overhead and put a new waterline from our meter to the main building. They picked up their mess and swept every room once they were finished. When I came to look at the finished project they were even washing off the driveway from where the mud had came onto the driveway after digging a new trench. They went over and beyond my expectations and made sure we were completely happy with the job. To be honest I was so nervous about this project but Jerry answered every question I asked and made sure I understood exactly what would take place. I’m very happy I chose Palm Springs Plumbing and I definitely will be using them for all our plumbing needs.

    Today is New Years Day and Jerry and David from Palm Springs Plumbing, Alto, GA, just left after spending 4 hours fixing a plugged toilet and installing a new clean valve outside my home. Wow!     Our Church was very pleased with the service provided by Mr. Bryan and his team of skilled, professional, courteous, and on-time installers. They did an excellent job to complete the corner shower installation, including all new piping and drain as well as the tedious task of putting together the shower kit out of a box. They also installed water lines and a drain for a new washing machine hookup. They also provided extra effort to install the sheet rock necessary for the shower install that we did not know we needed and they cleaned up before they left. We highly recommend that anyone, residential or commercial consider them highly.
