Had been a Realtor for 30 years. As an out of the area investor I recently learned that after 32 years my tenant was vacating the townhome. My realtor put me in touch with Pedro. I needed to have the ceiling redone in the garage, a lot of wood repair, and the place painted in order to put it on the market. Pedro told me he could get this job done in a week which he did and he did a really great job.The tenant liked him a lot and found him a pleasure while he was working. He communicated with me all the time so the communicating between us was amazing. He is the most conscientious person I have worked with over the years. I highly recommend for any job. In fact my family has a home in the area and I wll definitely call Pedro in the future!
