Mr. Lambright has done work for me twice and I have been very happy with the results and his demeanor and professionalism. This trip he put in new bathroom lights and took down an old outdoor patio fan and installed a new one with a switch for it inside. I will recommend him to my family and friends because I was very impressed by his work in this world of hurry, hurry on to the next job. He was efficient because he is a very experienced electrician.

Phillip was responsive through text and was able to give me a quote with just a description and some photos of the problem. When you call you may need to text right after to get a response, if he doesnt respond immediately give it a little bit of time you wont be dissappointed.My main meter box needed to be replaced and I was without power for a day. He came out promptly the next morning and fixed the issue. He also gave me his expert knowledge on some other electrical issues he noticed in my panel which was appreciated.The previous night I was quoted 3x more for the same repair with an upsell of a component that wasnt necessary from a large electric company. Phillip was responsive even though it was after 5pm, didnt bs me or pressure me into other work. He did a fine job and worked with the city about my permit/ inspection and continued to follow up even after he was gone to make sure we were going to get power back on from Oncor.Stop paying 2 or 3 times much for the same work with these big companies who have to charge that much because of all their overhead. Give back to these smaller companies who will give you a better value for your money. I wont call anyone else when I need electrical repair, he was honest, more than reasonable and his work is professional. Thank you Phillip!

Phillip was great in every way! Professional, quality work, cleaned up as he worked in each room, and was always on time and respectful while I worked from home. Hes a very nice guy and very skilled at his job. He installed 14 lights total - in my office, bedroom, living room with a dimmer, and kitchen! Quote was very reasonable. Its clear that the knowledge and skill is high. The work was clearly scoped and no price surprises or shady stuff (been burned by others before). Phillip has done several jobs for us over the past few months following the remodel of our home and the construction of our home theater. The work includes running new electrical, installing light fixtures, running dedicated circuits, adding inside and outside outlets, and troubleshooting GCFI issues. I would strongly recommend Lambright over more commercial electricians. His pricing is reasonable, he keeps to the schedule, and works well when other contractors are involved. He has been great to work with and has done quality work. He communicates clearly and is honest about any complexities or difficulties that arise during the course of the work. We will be using him again for any future electrical work, which is the strongest recommendation I can provide.

Not only did we have a fuse go out that wouldnt go back on when we flipped the switch at the fuse box, but he rewired the faulty end of the electric cord that caused the short. Amazing work ethics..Installed 15 LED can lights in the kitchen, living room, hallway hallway to the bathroom and then hallway to a closet. He installed two fans he moved one fan into the master bedroom. He installed three dimmer switches. He cleaned up after every part of the project. We cannot even tell that he was even here after he left the day always on time super super nice very professional. He told us that he had over 35 years of experience being electrician so I Felt very comfortable with him doing the project…And very reasonable..came in under our other 2 bids on the project.

I have used Phillip for several jobs in 2022. He installed a transfer switch for a generator, set up some new outdoor outlets and ran the necessary new wiring along with installation of 2 outdoor ceiling fans. Phillip is very professional and great to work with - he communicates very well via text and lets you know when he will arrive (and lets you know if he will be late). His work is reasonably priced and the quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend Phillip.

Phillip is awesome! I called him because of his reviews and was not disappointed. He prefers text messages so I sent over a description of what we were experiencing and he responded right away. I have used Phillips services twice and both times he has done a great job. He is a sweet guy who is very professional, a hard worker, flexible, and has a great price point. The first time I contacted him I was looking to have a new outlet installed and I got 3 quotes and by far his was the most reasonably priced. The second time we used his services he replaced my homes electrical panel and again he provided the best quote on price. I had to leave to go work during the electrical panel replacement and I did not worry that I was leaving him in my home unattended. I will be using Phillip for all my future electrician needs.

I highly recommend Phillip Lambright of Lambright Electric in Allen. He is a small business that responded like a neighborhood friend would. Our Power failed in August on Saturday morning very early. Oncor found burned up lizards in the outside meter box which had shorted, melted, and burned up the meter clip blocks. Since Oncor personnel can only work on the line from the power pole to the meter, we would need an electrician to come and replace the clip blocks before a second Oncor crew could replace their wires and hook up the power. Most electricians showed closed on Saturday but Lambright Electric showed open at 10 am. We tried his phone at 8 am and luckily he picked up the phone. Since Phillip knew we were going to be totally dead without the block replacements he agreed to come to us before his first scheduled job. Our failure is a fairly rare circumstance and he was not sure if he had the right blocks on hand for the repair. Phillip gave me the price for him to come and fix it, and he said if he could not fix it, there would be no charge. I was shocked as I expected at least a minimum travel charge, and said yes please come. Phillip arrived in less than an hour with his box of parts. He did have the correct pieces for my blocks and proceeded with the repair. Phillip was very clear in his explanations of why and how, as I watched him rework the meter box parts. He had completed the meter box block replacement within 30 minutes. He then spent about 30 minutes cleaning up the burn marks inside the box for the professional look. He also gave me tips to help eliminate future failures. He charged me exactly what we had agreed upon on the phone. Because of Phillips quick response to my needs on a Saturday morning, I was able to have power restored by mid afternoon. It took 3 different Oncor crews, with the 1-2 hour delays for each of them to arrive, to get the rest of the hook up completed. Without Lambright Electric we would have been without power until Monday at least. Thanks Phillip.

I called to get a quote to fix 2 outlets (one indoor and 1 outside). I talked to Phillip the owner and after giving him the details, he suggested I try turning the breaker switch on and off and then testing the outlets. I had already tried this before and the outlets did not work so I was not expecting this to solve my problem. I was surpised when the inside outlet worked after doing what Phillip suggested. I think the outside outlet is still not working because the moisture from the rain has not completely dried out but I will not hesitate to give Lambright Electric (Phillip) a call if the outside outlet is still not working after giving it time to dry out. Instead of coming out and charging a service call, Phillip gave me helpful advice that saved me money. Thats integrity and I will not hesitate to give him business for any electrical in the future. Want to give a shout out to Lambright electric! This is the second time weve used Phillip. The first time, he changed out a faulty fuse in our electrical box. Very reasonable and professional. Today, we had him come out to check out ceiling fan/light kit, as the switch wasnt working. Long story short, the pull switch on the light had been pulled to off. Yes we felt silly. He said happens a lot :).Did not charge us for his visit, even though he could have, since his time is valuable. His prices are reasonable and he is honest. Give him a call for your electrical needs.
