I wanted to improve the energy efficiency of my home and Lakeshore Home Diagnostic helped me do this. The home performance package is the way to go. The wasted energy leaks were found and I was able to make many simple upgrades along with replacing key windows for optimal efficiency. The report Steve generated was easy to follow with plenty of illustrations. I now have a house that is at 2018 energy standards. 15 year house going green.

This was the first duct pressure test we have had done. I was not sure what to expect. Lakeshore Home Diagnostics went above and beyond what I thought would be done. Steve spent several hours extra helping us make sure the system was air tight.I thought their pricing was very reasonable and economic. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs the duct tested. We plan on using his services again.

Steve was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful from the beginning. He was able to get me on his schedule in a matter of days, and when he came out and realized there was some minor issues that would negatively impact the results of the Blower Door Test, he gave me advice and time to address them before running the test - and he didnt charge me to come back out a week later to perform the test. He was always prompt, responsive, and professional.
