    Just wonderful. I had a shoot I shouldnt have done that moment and needed same day service. From the gal on the phone to the technician, Derek, I was so impressed and grateful. It felt like the old days my parents speak of where people wanted to help you and not upsell you. Derek was so respectful and detailed explaining his suggestions and worse case scenario, keeping me informed all along the service. I wish I asked the name of the other technician who did the power wash service, as he was equally wonderful.     Had a situation at a townhouse I manage that required a main line flush and water cleanup. Roto-Rooter took care of me when I could not find another plumber on a Sunday morning. Richard and Fabian with the water cleanup team were great. Even when other problems came up, they handled them quickly and professionally. Will use and recommend their services in the future.

    I requested Roto Rooter to come work on a clogged sink. Oscar was very prompt and came at the beginning of the time frame. He was knowledgeable and friendly. William jetted our line and was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The service was very quick and they didnā€™t keep me waiting. They fixed the issue with no problem; happy with the service!

    We had a bit of an emergency when we sprung a leak. Water was all over the floor and we were worried about it sinking in to the walls. I called Roto-Rooter because they have a good reputation and they did not disappoint me. They were at our house in a little over one hour and two different gentlemen were they are working on different aspects and they were terrific. Friendly, professional and diligent.

    I recently had rhe greatest experience with technician Richard from Roto Rooter. Richard came out to my property last Thursday in Santa Monica and was an absolute plumbing prince šŸ¤“. He arrived on time, pleasant attitude (even after he saw the toilet and tub šŸ¤¢) and worked wonders. Knowledgeable, hard working and polite. I couldnt have hoped for a better experience. Needless to say, he was successful in unclogging the drain and removed about a wigs worth of hair šŸ¤® all while being the consummate professional. Roto Rooter is fortunate to have him on their team and I am even luckier he was assigned to my property!

    I had a well known drain service company to to unclog my toilets slow draining problem. After the standard short rootering failed, the technician removed the toilet and found roots clogging. He hand removed some roots and said that it would require water jet cleaning for $776. After jetting he failed to remove the roots clump. The next day the company dispatched his supervisor to scope the drain pipe and told me the drain pipe has been damaged requiring to cut the slap and dig into the ground in my bathroom to repair or replace the toilet drain section. The next day I called a second well known drain service company. The tech after listening to my description of the problem quoted a estimate to replace the section at the cost of $8.2K. Rotor Rooter was the third party I called to do estimate. The supevisor insisted on to lift the toilet to do inspection himself before estimating the required work. After scoping he diagnosed that the drain pipe section

    We had corroded kitchen sink pipes that were leaking. I called for a same day appointment and they sent someone with the hours, which is amazing. Noah was great! He came and changed out our pipes. Work time took about an hour or so. He was very quick and maintained a clean work space. Hey had another technician (Carlos) come and assess for any moisture damage, which is part of the service. Both were extremely nice and provided a lot of helpful information. This is our third time using Rotor-Rooter.

I was not informed about the need to empty a basket underneath the drainage cover on a weekly basis. Christian was also able to give me advice about high pressure build up in a water tank.     Our Roto Rooter tech, Giuliano, was outstanding! I got home from a trip on a Sunday evening to find that our entire bathroom was stopped up from toilet to sink to bathtub. We called around and no plumbing services were available but Roto Rooter had a tech they were able to send out. They called back to let us know the tech was available even earlier. He arrived and figured out what he needed to do. The clean out that he needed was located in our side yard which is filled with junk but he was able to get his tools where they needed to be, even though it seemed impossible to get to. He had our drain unclogged quickly and stayed long enough for us to run the water for several minutes to make sure full flow was restored. Definitely a huge help with the availability and the excellent service!

    Lyndon Lim arrived on a Sunday morning as the best kind of professional - pleasant, helpful, asking questions politely, assessing and explaining things to me patiently. He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade.Once Lyndon made a diagnosis, he explained all the steps he was about to take and then immediately set to work. I had a flooded toilet, bathtub, and shower. It was as unpleasant and as stressful as you can possibly imagine. (I should mention that earlier in the week we had two different plumbers attempts to fix the situation with no avail and I might add with infinitely less attention to detail and communication).From time to time, Lyndon would update me on his progress or ask me questions about the house. Iā€™ve honestly never experienced such a positive, polite, and patient professional working on my house in any capacity.Lyndon solved the problem in a few hours. He cleaned up after himself, which is very important as some plumbers traipse through the muck and then walk through your house on carpets without thought. Miles was done quicker and got two taken care of. Also tightened up a loose bolt on my faucet.     First time using this company and you really never know what youā€™re going to get. Very happy to say the entire experience was great. Fast response after making my call in the morning and I was informed of how the process works in regards to the estimate and the start of work if I accepted the job estimate. Price was fair, and the 2 guys were great. Clean, polite, and professional. Job was done quickly and professionally with everything being cleaned before they left. I was advised that they even offered a 6 month guarantee! I have never even heard of that before. Made sure to keep the receipt so I have their phone number in case I have more jobs for them. At 5:30 p.m., I was called and told the earliest someone was going to arrive was 9 p.m. So, i said what about the next day. I was told they were wide open. Id be marked urgent and would be top of the list. I could pick any one hour window and a plumber would arrive. So, i said okay between 1 and 2. Well, at 1:45 having heard nothing i called and was told the earliest someone would arrive would be 4 p.m. at 5 p.m. 24 hours after my initial appointment a plumber showed up. The plumber was great 5 stars! The dispatch and appointment system gets 1 star!

    I previously used another plumbing company that was unable to alleviate my piping issue: water backing up from all bathroom drains and toilets. Horacio, the plumber, a nice and friendly person cleared my sewage line and answered all of my million questions while doing so. He even scheduled me for a free pipeline camera inspection for the next day to identify if there are any other existing problems in the pipes. Im glad I called this company.

    Our very professional plumber, Bi, showed up quickly and cleared our drain quickly and left the area cleaner than when he showed up. Even though it was extremely late at night he worked tirelessly until the drain was clear and we were ready for business.

    I had some questions about how the service guys determine the actual clog in the drain pipes. Every question was answered to my satisfaction and a full explanation was given for our homs plumbing. I was hoping for a loger warranty than 4 months which is the reason for the 4 star rating. Other companies advertise 1-2 year warranties.
