    We had an across the board positive experience with Alex City plumbing. I discovered a significant leak in the copper piping underneath the house and despite being heavily booked on the day before Thanksgiving they made time to come out and address the issue promptly, professionally and with courtesy. Master plumber Emory and his apprentice diagnosed the problem, quoted a fair price, and made a quality repair in under an hour. This high standard of service is hard to find nowadays and Alex City Plumbing will be my first call in the future when we have any plumbing needs on the property.

    Both Emory and Lindsey were great through the entire process of getting a mainline leak repaired. The water company came to our door to tell us that according to their records we had a leak. Our bill was up to around $400 for the month. We couldn’t get anyone to come for close to a week and Emory, who normally doesn’t book appointments on Saturday, made an exception for us a we greatly appreciate him for doing that. He arrived on time, gave us an extremely fair price for the repair, and got the work done quickly. We highly recommend Emory and Lindsey to anyone who needed good, honest, and fair people to deal with providing plumbing services

    I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Alex City Plumbing! Lindsey promptly responded to my request for service--even while on jury duty!     I needed a leaking toilet replaced somewhat urgently due to a death in the family. With lots of family members coming into town and staying at the house, Emory fit me into his already booked schedule. He ended up fixing the leak (shower) and replacing all 3 toilets in the house, all before family arrived. Highly recommend!!

    This company does amazing work, efficient & very competent! Emory was here about an hour to reset an upstairs toilet. The flange was completely broken on both sides & he replaced it with a steel flange & seal. His charge was very reasonable and I will definitely use him in the future for any issues we may have. I’m grateful that their are individuals like him in the plumbing business!!!I appreciate his work.

    Emory is always professional. He not only got my dishwasher installed but also alerted me that I had fungus under my house. He had to move a water line and change change the drain. He stayed until the job was done. I would recommend Emory for any job.

    We had about 3 inches of water on the floor downstairs. Alexander City Plumbing came to our home around 9:30 pm Thanksgiving night and found the problem. They are are wonderful. When they arrived we were so upset and they not only helped us with the problem but calmed us down and explained why and what to do about the situation. We would definitely recommend Alexander City Plumbing to our friends or anyone in need of a plumber.
