    What a great experience. Mikah was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very polite and arrived at the designated time, completed all work in a timely manner including checking a few other things since the work he was doing was to replace shoddy workmanship done by our builder’s electrician. He made sure that everything was clean and back in order prior to leaving! We are very pleased with the entire experience

    Great experience working with C&T Electric! They always answer their phone, come exactly when scheduled, and do high quality work. It was very hard finding someone to come out to Lake Martin for electric work, but C&T came out when scheduled and did a great job upgrading the sub panel at a clients home.     Tim was assisted by Brent Smith. They repaired a cable I had drilled into trying to install a grab bar in a bathroom, without having to damage my wallboard. I was very pleased. They even vacuumed when done.

    Tim texted me to let me know he was on the way. I had two different issues and he was able to figure them out. Two circuit breakers needed to be replaced and he was very knowledgeable and fixed my problems with an hour. He also is giving me estimates to do some low voltage lighting outside and I have full confidence in his work.

    They came out today and not only did they find a wire that was damaged and fixed it, they also found a live wire that was cut and was never disconnected from the box. They also disconnected that as well. I would definitely recommend them. They came out a second time because of the breaker tripping again but it was another issue. He was great and fixed it too.

    Matthew Dunn and the rest of C&T Electric did an incredibly fantastic job!! The guys had a lot on them with all the work our Lakehouse needed. Matthew came and gave the initial inspection and went over everything we needed fixed in great detail. An old stove, an incorrectly wired water heater, dock lights, 2 panels, a dryer, and even an attic fan that hasn’t run in over 25 years. Matthew and the guys knocked out the job before I even got to the Lakehouse to check everything out. He went over every task we had previously discussed and even gave recommendations on other things he found while working on them. My family is looking forward to using our Lakehouse again and catching up on all the time we missed by trying other “highly recommended” electricians that wouldn’t even show. C&T had us scheduled within 5 minutes of my initial phone call. I ***HIGHLY*** recommend using Matthew and the crew at C&T Electric and look forward to having the guys come back to fix the various other electrical improvements we discussed. 5 STARS!!!

    Mikah their tech was great to work with! Good to have it done right the 1st, in this case melted lighting pnl struck by lightning along with service disconnect & manual transfer sw for my small generator (gotta have coffee, internet & frig running 24/7. They kept us informed even when post office lost parts and gave real time updates to help us plan our day. Highly recommend C&T for your electrical work, keep up the good work.

    Matthew Dunn answered the call for C and T Electric for a breaker that was either defective or shorting out somewhere along the way. Matthew went to work and very quickly found the problem. He disconnected the wire that lead to an old circuit of lightning in our yard that was tripping the breaker. The problem was quickly taken care of in a very professional manner at a very reasonable charge.     Lightning struck our house so we called to see if they could come and check things out for us. They were booked up until October, but they called a day later and said they had a cancellation and asked if it was ok to send someone out. They were at our house in minutes. The technician was professional, friendly and explained things well. He was also upfront and transparent about the cost of repairs. I also really like that they send you a picture and information about the technician that will be coming to your house. This was our first time using C&T, but if we ever need anything electrical again they have earned our business!

    C&T Electric absolutely exceeded our expectations in every way. Their electrician Tyler B. Was on time as promised, showed up ready to work, and did an excellent job on over 12 punch list items for us. He was very thorough and wanted things to be done right which I appreciate. We have two young boys and I had some concerns about some electrical wiring that was stating to go bad. He made some good suggestions on how to make it kid safe and even went above what most electricians would do. I also appreciate someone who will give you honest feedback and not try to sell you something you don’t need and Tyler was absolutely honest in suggesting only what we needed in order to accomplish our goals.     Mikah came out initially and diagnosed our problem with insufficient power supply to our lakeside dock. He gave me multiple options and empowered me to participate in the decisions of what was needed to upgrade our service. At the time of the appointment, I knew what to expect and how long it would take. Mikah kept me informed of any obstacles or issues and recapped each day of this project. When they were done, he walked me through the work that had been completed, and made sure everything was cleaned and left better than they found it. He and AJ were very helpful, informative, professional and knowledgeable. It took a while for me to get this done because I tried to hire multiple companies, but I wont call anyone but C and T for electrical work ever again.

    I manage a business in Alexander City and I called C&T Electric and told them the problem I had. They understood exactly what I was talking about. Within minutes I received a text message with a time frame that they would come out. Before the technician arrived, I received another text message saying that tech was on his way and also a picture of him so that we would know who to expect. He addressed the problem immediately and explained what he would do to fix the issue. This business is very professional and efficient. A very peasant experience from beginning to end.     Matthew replaced a boat lift motor and controller as well as attempted to repair a poorly installed ( by another company) series of exterior deck lighting that had been installed under our dock. This entailed using a boat ( that he supplied) to access the system, which had malfunctioned. Despite hours working, rain and a difficult job, he and his partner were professional, hard working and extremely thorough. Customer service has been exceptional throughout this experience. They were able to get us up and running, even though more extensive work would be needed at a later date.At the later date, C&T scheduled Alabama Power to disrupt service to our property while a complete overhaul was performed. The project site was left cleaner than they found it, and we experienced no inconveniences.The communication before and after our service needs were prompt and professional. We love the dimmable LED 5000K gimbal lights that leave every nook and cranny lightened for cooking and cleaning! They also installed our new outdoor LED motion light! All lights were installed to our personal preferences as to lighting brightness and also to the timing of the exterior light.
