    I couldn’t be happier with my new roof! Ryland Benally worked with my insurance company, and finally got it covered. I had filed two claims prior to this one, which were denied. I would have given up, but he didn’t! He works hard for his customers, and so does his crew! They were all courteous, respectful of me, and my home, and got the job done beautifully, in one day! I can’t imagine there is a better bunch of people to work with in all of New Mexico!

    I had an excellent experience with Nico and Custom Construction Solutions when they replaced my roof. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire insurance process, explaining everything in detail and ensuring I felt at ease. Impressively, they managed to get the insurance to cover the disconnect and reconnection of my solar panels, and they performed the detach and reset themselves, which made everything much easier for my family and me.The crew was professional and efficient, tearing off the old roof, installing the new one, and cleaning up so thoroughly that it was like they were never there.     Franklin and the Custom Construction Solutions team did an amazing job replacing our roof! They were quick to provide us with a competitive quote, did the install of a new TPO roof with lots of skylights, drains and canales on schedule, and left everything clean and tidy. Plus, the communications throughout the project were excellent. Lastly, even though a supplier caused minor damage to one of the parapets, Custom Construction Solutions fixed the issue in no time!

    SeveraI homes in & around my neighborhood had roofs repaired. Failing miserably in initiating a claim, I contacted Orlando Montañez @ Custom Construction. He responded immediately, came by the next day, explained the process, assured me hed help facilitate communication with insurance and inspected/documented the condition of my roof. When I was ready to file a claim, he was there to provide technical information and was also present when the inspector was sent to assess damage. True to his word, Orlando was there from start to finish. Thx to his expertise, patience, diligence, and assistance, my home has a beautiful new roof!

    The company recently did my neighbors roof. Unfortunately they didnt do the best job cleaning up after as I later found tons of nails and lots of tar on our property. It ended up getting on my dogs fur, my son stepped on a nail, and got tar all over his shoes resulting in getting tossed. After I scooped it up, I also had to toss the work gloves. After calling the company, and speaking to the manager, they quickly sent someone over to pick up the rest of the nails and what was left behind. They reimbursed me the cost of the shoes and the gloves. They were extremely professional and fast moving in making things right. I cannot express enough how amazing they were throughout everything. Their communication was excellent!

    From the start of my mother filing an insurance claim to have her roof looked at, we’ve had nothing but problems with the original insurance hired third party inspector who brought along his own contractor. When we were unpleasantly told that we could hire our own contractor, we contacted Custom Construction Solutions. From the beginning, Franklin has been honest with us about the entire process, provided us with estimates, and helped us fight the insurance company all the way to the state level. While this has been a year long, drawn-out process on the insurance side, Franklin has helped us fight it every step of the way to ensure that my mother was fully reimbursed. The crew who installed the roof was also great and came inside to clean anything that fell through while installing the skylights. I would happily use Franklin and Custom Construction Solutions again for any roofing issues.

    I had the amazing experience of working with Franklin, Nicholas, Miranda, and their team for my roof replacement. my insurance company thought they could just pay for damages caused on one side of the house by hail and wind, but Franklin was thorough and explained to the adjuster why the whole roof was needed. Miranda was on top of all documents and very quick with her responses to my questions. I thought the project might take 2 days, but only took 1.     We recently filed a wind/hail damage claim for our roof. From the very first interaction, Franklin was very knowledgeable and professional. He assisted me with filing the claim with my insurance company, sent someone from the company when the insurance adjustor came for the inspection, and completely explained the entire process.When his crew showed up (on time) they started working right away and did not stop until the job was completed (except for their lunch break) They were very careful about keeping the jobsite clean and in its original condition. They completely cleaned up everything, including all the roofing nails from the demo of the original roof.They removed the existing shingles and replaced them with new, higher quality shingles, in 5 hours.I am thoroughly impressed with Franklin and the company as a whole. I would recommend them without hesitation.

    Custom construction solutions is Amazing !!!!! Brian Vigil and team helped me through the insurance claims process to get my roof replaced. I had noticed Custom working with all my neighbors in the area after the bad hail storm last summer. All of my neighbors were talking about how easy and content they were with the overall process. I called the number I had seen on my he sign in my neighbors yard I quickly received a return call almost immediately the representative was prompt to his appointment I signed his agreement and he went to work he had the adjuster on my roof in days it was approved!!! Brian came by and went over all the insurance documents and answered all my questions, and there were a lot! The install happened and when they were done they yard was cleaner then when they arrived!     First review: We asked for a quote for a TPO roof and someone said they could swing by later that evening after another appointment. They texted that they were still tied up with appointments, but after that, they completely ghosted us. No call back, no nothing. Pretty disappointing considering they’re blasting their marketing all over social media, and they won’t even call you back. Well be on the lookout for another company.My first experience with this company was less than satisfactory; however, I must commend Franklin & Rob for their swift response in rectifying the situation. Following my initial disappointment, they took immediate action to apologize and address the issues at hand. Their proactive approach has certainly left a positive impression on me.However, in the midst of my disappointment, Franklin & Rob reached out to me personally. Their sincere apologies and commitment to making things right have truly impressed me. They demonstrated a genuine understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction and have taken decisive steps to rebuild my trust in their services.     Scott and Franklin were awesome; the insurance company not so much. The insurance company was trying to hose me out of getting the roof replaced, even though there was obvious damage. Scott handled most of it, which I was truly grateful for. All I had to do was wait, it took some time, but that was the insurance companys fault. I had to get two inspections, but it was worth it.     Our project manager Scott Platero had fought for us with our insurance company to get a full roof replacement. Our insurance company at first just wanted to give us the amount to do repairs to our roof and not replace the whole roof. Scott made time to come to see us numerous times to give us updates from the insurance company. He also explained everything in detail about the difference between shingles that we had to pick from and the warranty on them. Scott also had set up a A/C contractor do the required repairs to the air conditioner per our insurance company and also the window screens. I highly recommend Custom Construction for your roofing repairs or replacement.

The project manager did a good job coordinating with our insurance company and adjuster and explaining everything to us as the job went on.The crew took off two old roofs and replaced with Owens Corning 30 year shingles.     Custom Construction did a good job with replacing my roof. I did not realize how much damage hail had done in the past few years. They installed shingles that are sturdy with a 30 year warranty. My skylight needed to be replaced in the process of putting in a new roof and during that some damage was done to the drywall up to the skylight. The person overseeing the re-roofing did not really address my concern so I was able to speak with Franklin, someone at a management level, and he personally followed up with my concerns and had specialists with drywall come and repair the damage. I really appreciate the attention to detail and taking responsibility for damage that inadvertently occurred.

Scott at Custom Construction Solutions was informative, understanding, courteous and efficient from start to finish. This is my first home and first experience so I was definitely uneducated and overwhelmed. However, Scott took on the project and I was not alone. Scott managed my insurance company, the adjustors and hazardous claim. I do not know about others during this economy. It has been hard for myself as a single parent but during this project there was no worries. I recieved only resolutions. The insurance claim done less than a day. The roofers came the day before and dropped of the dump trailer and the morning of they came on time as promised at 7:00 a.m. and was completed by 3:00 p.m. The roof turned out great and looks really nice.Michael Shrader was the guy who took care of everything we needed.

    When I discovered I needed a new roof I became worried how I would pay for it and how do I find a company that will do a great job. It took me about a week to chose, I came across Custom Construction and decided to hire them. I didn’t know if my insurance would cover it but I opened a file with them in case I decided to file a claim. Custom Construction came and looked at the roof and said I should file a claim and then they took care of everything. They took all the worry from me and handled things for me. They started early in the morning and were done by late afternoon. My roof looks wonderful and they did a good job cleaning up and they did not rush me to pay them when done they made payment very easy. I am very pleased I chose Custom Construction for this job.

    I had 2 other roofers come out , 1 roofer came out 5 times and inspect my roof. It was damaged due to wind. The insurance would not repair it. Finally I got a hold of Franklin with custom, he walked us through everything. He stayed in touch and within a week he got the approval to not only repair what the wind did but to repair the whole roof due to other circumstances, wind, 2 layers, etc. He did in 1 week what 2 others could not do in 2 months. Not only did they get the job done, but all of his workers were polite and did it in 1 day. Pulling off 2 layers, cleaned all their mess . I will never use any one else when it comes to repairing my house! They do everything!!! I’m excited to work with them again!!!! If I could have given 100 stars I would have!!!!

I have neighbors with the same insurance who were denied because their roofing contractors were not as knowledgeable or attentive to getting their claim approved.The materials are premium, the workers who specifically did the roof were courteous and very professional, and follow-up inspections have all confirmed the roof was done perfectly.     Mike Shrader was attentive throughout the process for inspection, install, and final paperwork. Custom Construction is a local ABQ company and they did a great job on my roof, skylight, and gutters/downspouts. I will use them again in the future (hopefully not for another 20-30 years).

    I called to get an estimate on some roof work that I needed done quick and in a matter of like the nest 3 days due to me selling my home. As soon as I called and setup an appointment Franklin then called me to confirm and that he will be there. The day of he text me hours before to confirm and showed up 10 minutes early. He responded with an estimate that night and I told him I needed it done this weekend and they were able to accommodate my schedule to get the work done. They did an amazing job on such short notice. I highly recommend them and am actually going to hire them to do some flooring on my new home and possibly a solar system. Don’t sleep on these guys because I called 9 other contractors before them that made appointments for an estimate and never showed up. They were professional, prideful, and respectable pricing I might add.
