    My call was an emergency call, he came out as quickly as he could. He worked hard and tried to fix the issue and stayed as long as he could to do so! Their whole crew is very nice and professional.

    Crimson was very professional and polite. He explained each portion of the problem and did all he could to have positive outcome. Scheduling would be a three just because they didnt understand I was in emergency mode. My toilet was leaking but the turn off was broken so the water was turned off at the main valve whoch meant the whole proprrty was without water... which I explained to the scheduler. They pushed my appt back but when I called to explain the situation they made sure he got here ASAP. This was after they sent msge letting me know yhey were pushing my aapt back

    We had a back up on Friday at 6:00 PM - of course these things never happen when it is convenient! Kyle Lambert was awesome! He talked us through what we could do to get by through the night and then came in person to check in on the situation in the morning. We are so appreciative of Kyle!

    Pete K. from Roto Rooter just finished up repairing an underground water leak on my property and I’m very impressed with his work and professionalism. Due to needing heavy equipment, the job took an extra day over what was expected but Pete did an excellent job of explaining the whole process including cost estimates and ensuring that I was happy with the plan to repair the leak. Pete returned on time the next day with the excavator and operator and had the repairs completed within just a few hours and under the estimated budget.If I need plumbing services in the future, I will certainly be calling Pete and Roto Rooter.

    Alex did an excellent job! He was very professional and polite. Even as he answered all of the numerous questions Ive had about my septic tank. He was also very patient finding my septic tank, since I did not know where it was located. He alsoade sure my pipes are clean and waste water actually flows to the septic tank. I am very satisfied and hope well get the same tech when we need their service again.

    Absolutely perfect. Been trying for days for service and technician did not return to complete job and next refused my calls.Contacted Roto-Rooter responded immediately and completed job performance with integrity and excellent job skill.     Izac was AWESOME I had called 6 other plumbing companies and nobody could come out today to blue heron in Guntersville, got in touch with Roto-Rooter and they gave me a timeframe between 1-5 pm and wasn’t even 25 minutes later, Izac was calling to let me know he was on his way. He explained what he was going to do step-by-step and what he would try if the first step didn’t work out !!! Would definitely recommend them and especially the technician Izac Harrell!!!!.

    Dan and Tiffany are great! They found the problems and repaired them just like the pros that we needed! Dan replaced old valves that had been leaking and had to dig to find a leaking pipe. He fixed it and saved us alot of money on our water bill. They were very friendly and went over everything with us! Absolutely 5 star service! We will be using them from now on!

    Pete Kritner from Mazama Services showed up at the scheduled time. Very professional. First I discussed with him the current problem with the Navien water heater system, that is, the waiting time for hot water availability. Pete examined the unit and quickly determined the internal setting was for intelligent operation rather than always available. Once the setting was changed, the furthest supply point, master bath shower, was tested and released hot water in about 15 seconds. Very acceptable result. Thank you Pete and Mazama Services.

    Izac Harrel from the Albertville/Guntersville, Alabama office was great! A very true professional, he listened to our concern and made a visual inspection of the areas before giving the estimate. I knew what the job was going to cost before he began the work instead of getting hit with the cost after the work was done. He made sure I was aware of what he was doing in order to clear a washcloth from our drain line. He checked for any leaks before presenting me with the bill. He cleaned up the areas he worked in before he left our house. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter from Albertville/Guntersville for any plumbing needs we have in the future!

    Our service man was Ian Harrell. Totally impressed with his knowledge of the problem as he explained and showed me what he was having to do. Also very impressed with the way Ian went about repairing the plumbing leak. A trip had to be made to Lowe’s to acquire parts for the repair and Ian did that in a very timely manner. He has set us up for further repairs with Royo Rooter , whom I trust to do the job now because of the work Ian did. Could not recommend Roto Rooter and Ian enough!

    The technicians were very respectful and stayed until the job was completed. One technician was new to the job and took directions well from the more experienced technician. Both were friendly and I never felt nervous around them. The more experienced technician even explained in detail what he was doing to repair the problem and what had caused the problem. He even discussed what steps would need to be taken if the drain could not be fixed but he was able to fix it even though it had been semi-clogged for over two years (😳). I wish we had called them sooner but a plumber we had called two years ago convinced my husband it couldn’t be fixed so it took water coming through the ceiling into his downstairs office to finally call Roto Rooter.

    The tech arrived 30 minutes before his scheduled time. He went to the source of a broken pipe, assessed the damage and promptly went to his truck and got his needed items and repaired the broken pipe in less than 30 minutes.The price was on the high side but when you have an emergency water pipe break the cost for prompt services cost more.I would recommend Roto Rooter to my friends.

    Technician, Travis, was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He went right to work after talking with me about the problem. He located and repaired the leak. It has been about 3 days, and as far as I can tell, there hasnt been any more problems with that water leak.

    While I was told that someone was on their way from about 15-20 miles, Mont the tech didn’t show until an hour later, but with it being after hours it’s understandable. Aside from waiting too long, Mont arrived with a great attitude and was very helpful with explaining things. He found the issue and fixed it. I wasn’t too sure about calling Roto- Rooter, but now I have all the reason to.

    It was after normal hours and both of the local plumbers we use were at church so we didnt want to ask them to leave. We googled and got the number to Roto Rooter. They came from 60 miles from us on another job. It was about 9 pm he came. The young man that came was very professional but very funny!!     They do really good work... I think they overcharge their hours based on the amount of time they are actually onsite performing the job. I didn’t notice until I was actually reviewing the bill, but noticed I was billed for almost 3hrs and the guy was here MAYBE 1.5hrs at most.Update- Yup, you are 100% correct and I totally forgot about that. I was strictly looking at the bill versus remembering what had transpired. No problem admitting I was wrong and revising the rating. Sorry for the misunderstanding on my part, but appreciate the correction and offer to explain further.

    Roto-Rooter knew I needed them before I did. I never called, but due to a set of coincidences, Chris came over to check out the leak in my shower. He was very kind and knowledgeable and showed me what he was doing to fix my shower.Turns out, I unknowingly hijacked my neighbors appointment. Our addresses are very similar and we both had a leak. It bothered me after Chris left that I hadnt yet gotten around to calling a plumber. I asked my boyfriend and immediate family if they booked the appointment for me, but they did not.I called Roto-Rooter to clear up the confusion so my neighbor could keep his appointment.Im sorry I messed up Chris schedule today, but thanks to his professionalism, kindness, and work he did on my shower, I know who I will be calling next time I have a plumbing issue.
