Fabulous experience with Birch & Bee from start to finish. I contacted Matt to refinish my parents dining room table as a gift. They offered pick up and delivery and also kept me informed with their progress along the way. The end result was a beautiful finish that looks better-than-new. My mother is thrilled with the result and has said multiple times she wishes she had it done earlier. Highly recommend!

Birch and Bee did a great job on two projects for me - a large gate on the side of my house, and repairing and refinishing an old family table. Both came out beautifully. Matt, Alex, and Samantha communicated well about the projects, had a high attention to detail, and were responsive to requests. I have already referred two friends to them for other projects. I would be happy to work with them again.

I got an old piano for free from a friend but the front legs broke in the move. We were super pleased to be able to have the guys come to our home to check out the work within two days of calling them. Then they were able to match the wood and stain beautifully making lovely new legs for this old piano. They also replaced the brass knobs. I really love the hardware they chose. I am so pleased with the work and they were warm and friendly throughout the whole process. What a great addition to Downtown Albany. I can’t wait to work with them again soon to refinish my grandfathers old end tables. They have a repeat customer in me for sure!

Birch and Bee did a superior job. Excellent craftsmanship. I had them build me a cedar lamppost top to replace my worn out one that I could no longer find anywhere. It is octagonal and had to fit precisely onto the existing post. It did. Matt, Samantha, Alex, the whole gang were wonderful to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Custom made bookcase. Made exactly to specs to fit an odd dimension space. Superior product, one of a kind. Owner works easily with you to develop design. Be prepared to wait a few months, but it is totally worth it!!
