    I would highly recommend Bartelt Enterprises for all of your paving needs. Tim & Josh went above and beyond in making my parking lot a job well done and done CORRECTLY! When Tim felt the drainage wasnt there he and his crew worked past 9 PM one evening to get it right! With all of the rain we are currently having he knew I really wanted it paved before the next rain. The finished up and cleaned up and then the next rain came. Drained perfectly just because he took the time to do it right - Great work guys!

    The folks at Bartelt were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Josh and Todd kept us in the loop during the entire process. The guys doing the paving work were pros.     Karen was the estimator for a fairly large repair job on a driveway for a rental property that I own. She was prompt and detailed in her estimate and the price was very good. I liked that she thought the driveway could be salvaged versus what another company had said which was that it would have to be totally replaced. The work was done as specified and the overall project is entirely satisfactory. I had good communications with the company representative and all my questions were answered. Because I had such a positive experience with this job, I reached out to Karen again to quote another small job for me. I am very happy with this company and will continue to use them.

    Bartelt redid our church parking lot in 2019, and we have been very pleased with our new lot. We just hired Bartelt to come and do some minor asphalt crack repairs.. They did a very thorough job and the price was reasonable. We highly recommend their work.

    These guys know their stuff very professional and honorable employees. They make what looks like it would take a month happen from beginning to end in just a few days unbelievably good at what they do!! Very easy to get along with them and each person has their own task from start to finish its amazing watching their operations. We had them do a job greater than $100,000 and we had no issues and its been over a year since project completion! Hire the Bartlet crew if you need paving!!Update we had a couple cracking issues in our expansion lot and we know that we are going to have that especially living in wisconsin with the freeze thaw winter and summer we have. The real reason for my update is we have been overly impressed with the Bartelt Enterprises crew coming back and looking at the cracks and even fixing them even after our warranty was up they charged us nothing. We will definitely be hiring them again for our next expansion. What a stand up company we appreciate Bartelt Enterprises standing behind their work 100%!!!

    This is a quality company with good people. I used to go with the absolute cheapest quote, but decided after some sub-par work to try Bartelt this year. There was unexpected rain right after the crack fill and sealcoating and an issue with the sealcoat curing properly developed. When I called about it -- no argument, just great customer service and they were willing to reseal the drive under their warranty (not everyone has that Ive discovered). Thank you!

    Bartelt Enterprises did a fantastic job re-paving our parking lot. After removing old pavement, they identified and fixed areas that had inadequate base gravel. Our new re-paved parking lot looks great! Id highly recommend Bartelt Enterprises!

    I enjoy working with professional companies that work with you on timing and scheduling. They explained what the process was and how they take extra care with filling cracks. My neighbor and I had both of our driveways done at the same time, her comment was this crew was more professional and did a better job than the last crew.I would recommend this company.

    Our 56 home HOA has used Bartelt’s services for more than 20 years. Every interaction in each department, (office staff, Matt in sales, Michael in scheduling and Aaron the crew lead), is consistently positive and professional. Great communication keeping us informed when weather inevitably causes rescheduling of planned services. We’re very happy to have Bartelt Enterprises provide all the maintenance servicing for our neighborhood’s 14 asphalt driveways.

    I have been working with Bartelt, and specifically Red for my two properties. Red has been so informative, helpful and honest - which is very much appreciated as this is the first time Ive worked with pavers and parking lot repairs. We have also been working on an extremely tight deadline for one of the properties due to a government inspection, and not only has Red and the upper management been accommodating - their actual laborers stayed until after 8pm finishing work for us! (I stopped by the property to see what they had been able to finish, and they were still working! It was awesome!) They have also been very flexible with us when it comes to adjusting our quotes based on other work that needs to get done in our time crunch. Will definitely be working with them again and again in the future, and recommend them to every property manager I know!

    Bartelt is great. Ive used them about 5 times for resurfacing our apartment parking lots and self storage driveways. They are professional. Competitively priced. Honest. Its important to me to know that if there is something I need or a problem to be fixed, Bartelt will rise to the occasion.

    I would highly recommend Bartelt Enterprises, Inc. They did our driveway and I couldnt be happier. They were great to work with! I needed to dig up and move some of my hosta plants near my driveway so they didnt get ruined and they dug them up for me. They went above and beyond!!

    I had them do a small job--resealing a residential driveway. The job was very well performed; Im totally satisfied. The thing is, they could have tried to sell me a total driveway replacement, like the other few contractors I had come by and take a look did. But based on the high quality of material in my old driveway, something about which I didnt have a clue, they recommended I get as much use out of the existing pavement as I could. They offered to reseal the driveway with their emulsion coating as the most cost effective step to take. Im very pleased with their customer focus and taking the time to share their knowledge.

    I cannot say enough great things about this company. Karen went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the product and service we were looking for and put together many bids for us until we were ready to commit (very large multi-family property). The Project Manager Bryan kept everything on schedule despite some serious weather issues, and all staff on-site were professional and courteous. I never even saw them take a break. They get the job done! They even agreed to work through the weekend to make up for lost time due to rain. We are so thankful to have worked with them and look forward to working with them again in 2024.

    I believe this is the third time I have had Bartelt seal the drive in 19 years. John Bartelts crew does excellent work, and they pay attention to detail.Also great Customer Service AFTER the sale and job is done. I asked him about the pre-existing alligatoring areas and some of the surface gouging the driveway has been subjected over the years. Drive is 1/10th of a mile long, up a hill. John stopped out, gave me some ideas (in lieu of tearing those areas out) and even left me with a bit of supply.Got nothing but good things to say about Bartelt Enterprises, and wont hesitate to have them seal my drive again, 5 or 6 years from now.
