Robert Rentschler was prompt and friendly! Had a commercial power outage issue last minute. Robert came right away the very next morning. Turned out to be a simple issue. I offered repeatedly for the time/service, but he wouldnt accept payment. Hard to come by men like that these days. Highly recommend Rentschler & crew to everyone!

Matthew and Gilbert were professional, polite, respectful, listened intently on what I was asking for, very patient with me concerning any questions, and cleaned up after themselves leaving the work area better than they found it. When I called back with a question, the office staff were very polite and within ten minutes the lead had called me back directly with my answer. I’ll be using them going forward! If there is a negative, their office lead is a Packers fan. God bless her! 😜👍

Had a short that I just couldn’t figure out. Took about twenty minutes for them to figure out. While he was here we planned for what’s needed to replace two bathroom heaters and install a new bathroom vent/light. Professional and as always reliable. Thanks again!

Well this was my second time using Rentschler Electric and again, I have nothing but positive comments about the service, the value, the professional/friendly electricians, and the ease of payment. From the owner, business team, to their electricians, I cant imagine where a home owner might find a better group of folks that work with the home owner on the scheduling of the work and being on time, i.e. being there when they say they will. They take the time at the beginning of the service to clearly identify what needs to be done and gets down to it without any goofing around. Now to be clear, I obtained nearly everything needed in the way of material, however what I did not have, they worked in obtaining on the spot through their reach back team. Once complete, they took the time to clean everywhere they were, leaving no trace of their presence and the best of all personally, I was able to get the billing completed without any issue within a few days. Id love to steal their employees for my permanent work as they represent Rentschler Electric very well. I have some more work to do in the back, so theyll be the ones I call on again.

While pruning shrubs my electrical outlets quit working in the garage, so I quickly flipped all the breakers which didn’t work. Rentschler Electric was recommended to me by Zuni Electric because they don’t work residential anymore. I called the number they gave me and Robert answered right away. He asked if he could advise me on what might be the problem and could rectify it over the phone to save me $$$s. By simply resetting the GFCI outlet in the garage, the outlets started working. I can’t begin to tell you how much his kindness meant to me in that moment. His number is now saved in my contacts and I will forever highly recommend him for electrical work!
