    It was a privilege to work with Stuart, Chad, and Coleen at Amira builders. They are extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Having zero knowledge of construction or contracting I put my trust in them and they delivered 1000%. Their subcontractors are also extremely professional and competent. There is nothing like a family business where the owners take pride in their work. God bless these people!

    We just finished our home with Amira Builders. Stuart, Colleen, and Chad are wonderful people that treat you like family. If you are looking to build, then your search can stop here. These are the folks you want. They were fantastic from the first consultation with Colleen all the way to closing. They perform amazing work and aren’t satisfied until you are. Even the subcontractors that they have working on a project are wonderful people that put you first. The quality of house they build is impressive. The Amira’s exceeded their already outstanding reputation!

    If I could give a 10 star review I would. Stuart, Colleen Chad, and the entire crew at Amira Builders there really made our dream come true. We are very happy and satisfied that we went with them. We did look at several other builders, but they were far above the others, as far as very organization, attention to detail, it was very clear process from beginning to end, total transparency, they responded to our every little question, possible change order. They really helped us design the most amazing home inside out, front to back. We couldn’t be happier and we highly recommend Amira Builders to anyone that wants to build. This is the group to use. I have built several homes in time, and this Was the best experience I’ve ever had building a home. They made it essentially painless thank you again Stuart and your whole team.

    If you wish to have your dream home come to life, Amira Builders is the perfect place to be. Colleen, Stuart, Chad and Brittany go above and beyond to make the building process as stress free as possible. The time they took to listen to what we wanted and offer suggestions to make what we had in our minds even better was more than we expected. They were always available for any questions we had and helpful when planning the finishing touches of our home. They treat you like family and even 6 months after our move in, still care about our home like we do. The attention to detail and custom work provided makes a world of difference in making a house a HOME. Our experience with the Amiras and the building process was just amazing. We quite literally can say, they made our dreams come true. We are now living in our forever home and could not be happier with it. If we had to build again, it would only be with Amira.

    We are so happy with our new home. Its exactly what we wanted and its completely wheelchair accessible. Stuart is beyond knowledgeable and thought of details we would have missed. Colleen and Chad were so kind and kept us up to date on progress as we were living 4 hours away. An extremely well built home. I cant say enough about them and I am so glad we were directed to Amira.

    We began our journey in our builder selection with three goals: 1) A builder we could easily communicate with (good or bad), 2) A company that would build a quality product 3) build our home at a competitive and affordable price.We met with 5 different builders, and went back to several of them multiple times to ask additional questions and view their work. I can’t stress enough the importance of a good builder, especially if you’re custom building.We ultimately chose Amira because we left every meeting feeling like we were valued, regardless of how much time we had taken (or how many crazy questions I had) and that we could meet all 3 of our goals with them as our builder.We recently finished our construction with them and we have not regretted our decision at all. We loved the fact that they were out every day that something was going on at the house to be sure the work was done correctly, and that they were super easy to communicate with. They were always available to answer our questions (again, I had a lot of them). They definitely take pride in the product they are putting out, and they dont cut corners on the quality of work. The coordination they have in scheduling and planning ahead kept us on track with no delays in product delivery (and we were building during COVID closures!).If I started building again tomorrow, I wouldnt need to interview any other builders - Id go straight to Amira and say lets go again!.If you’re considering building a custom home in the Alachua County and surrounding areas, you should definitely contact them. They made the whole process enjoyable.
