    Another great experience with Northern Air and technician Lee. Its been about three years that Northern Air has been servicing our furnace, AC, and plumbing. In 2023 we had a new hot water tank put in and at my request some new copper pipes and fittings, the technician listened. Any good technician can service appliances. What makes Northern Air technicians, and today Lee, stand out is their friendly, caring customer service. I highly recommend Northern Air for your air, plumbing and heating needs.     Hey all!! I just wanted to take a moment to let you all know whatcacfantastic experience it was working with Travis and hus assistant Eli. Both of them were very friendly and instantly put my mind at ease. They listened to what I had to say and dove right into the project. Travis discovered the problem right away and 25 minutes later the furnace had been repaired and serviced. Amazing.     I filled out the online form requesting someone look at the air ducts under my house because the exterminator said they were loose. A kind woman called me back and made the appt. I explained I just needed them checked, nothing repaired at this time. They were booked a week out which was fine. The technician was very nice. He took pics of the crawl space and showed me where he thought the mice might be getting in. Even though he fix didnt fix anything, the information and pictures were so helpful to understand what he was seeing. There was a misunderstanding about the cost but the owner was exceptionally fast at reaching out to resolve the situation. I found this company, the owner and technician to be very customer oriented and willing to work with their customers on resolution, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely have them back.

    Northern Air Plumbing and Heating has been our go-to ever since moving to Isle. Joe and his team of experts have been great to work with, whether it was adding a 3/4 bathroom that includes digging up the concrete floor to install the piping for a grinder pump, or a 1/2 bathroom in the primary bedroom and now a new heat pump when our old AC died. I always know that I can count on Northern Air and trust Joe’s advice. He takes the time to educate us so that we understand our options and are able to make the best decisions for our needs. Along with the team’s excellent service, they’re all also very prompt with communication. I’d give 6 out of 5 stars if I could! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Brian was great! We found out our water pressure tank as failed and was able to replace it within 3 days. He is very professional, he made sure I understood everything throughout the process and answered all my questions. He did a full plumbing inspection on our house and was very thorough. We have had a lot of plumbing issues with our house and I feel much better and relieved having the maintenance program with Northern Air because they do make sure issues are prevented by doing annual inspections and telling you what condition everything is in and what recommendations they have.

    From beginning to end, the folks at Northern Air were awesome and we would highly recommend them. We had arrived home late in the evening to an extremely cold house. We started a fire in the fireplace and were going to deal with it in the morning with better lighting. Our first task in the morning was a call to the folks at Northern. Heres where our story begins.From the initial evaluation from the service tech, the acquisition of a new furnace, to the series of installers, these folks were machines, and had this process down pat. One guy showed up in the morning to unhook the old and get ready for the new. Just as he finished, the new furnace showed up with two more guys, the first tech leaves. These next two guys fully installed the new furnace, and then another one leaves. The last person stayed until the furnace was fully functioning, even going so far as melting an ice plug that had formed in the exhaust pipe leaving the house. When they had called him to check on his progress with the ice, another guy was on his way out to help.In spite of a broken furnace, the cold winter temps we experienced through the night, Northern Air made us feel like we were their only customers that day. Kudos to you folks!

    This was an awesome experience. When my furnace stopped working, Joe promptly returned my call and came to my house. Joe was able to get my furnace working until I could get it replaced.     Lee came over when our furnace stopped working correctly. He explained to us how the furnace worked and showed us the problem that was causing it to not work. He was very honest about the cost of how to fix the problem. He ran to grab the sensor he needed from the parts place and had it fixed right quickly after he returned. When he was done ex showed us how it was supposed to work- and even cleaned out an area that collects condensation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! We will definitely be using NAPH again!

    I had Northern Air estimate installing a new furnace, a/c, and heater in the garage. Kevin and Chris came out and completed all operations as per the agreed estimate. I demand high quality work of myself and others doing work for me. Kevin and Chris did absolutely the high quality of work that I demand and they were great to work with. Very professional with some good humor mixed in. All work was completed as per the agreed amount with no surprise cost at the end. I would give kevin and Chris 10- stars but they only allow you to give 5- stars. So Im going to give them 5 - stars +. I can highly recommend to anyone to use Northern Air. We have always been extremely satisfied with their services when needed.

    They diagnosed problems with old furnace and we needed a new furnace and they came out this morning very promptly and put in a new furnace! For the first call we called at 11:00 PM Friday and Joe came out at 8:00 am in the morning to try and fix problem. We were very impressed with this company and Joe is the owner and he was great! We would definitely give them 5 stars for everything and especially when your furnace goes out up North at our cabin in the winter it was extremely important to have a service call as soon as possible and Joe did that!

    We were very impressed with our technician, Christian. We had a new well put in and needed the plumbing moved to a new location and pipes installed. Christian called each morning to let us know he was on his way and came each morning at the time we expected him. He gave us choices on the work when he could, was efficient and responded to our requests for placement of pipes and equipment. Christian was always professional, answered our questions and checked in with us to make sure he was completing the work we were expecting. He cleaned up each day before leaving and checked in with us when the whole job was completed. We would be happy to have Christian do work for us again.

    I had all mechanicals updated and installed in a 1940s home. This involved replacement of an 80 year old cast iron gas furnace with only one in floor vent and no ductwork. Joe and his crew literally started from scratch, checked with the city to bring it up to code and ran the three required air returns in the dirt basement crawlspace. They installed new a/c, thermostat, new on demand water heater replacing an old unit that was no longer up to code. Finally, they put in connections for a washer and dryer. And came back to complete the gas dryer hookup once the units were delivered. The team did a absolutely wonderful job. They talked me right through the process and met all of the multiple layers of requirements to get the job done right. The fact that they could do everything from gas lines to plumbing and did bring in an affiliated electrician meant the job was well coordinated. This was a big project. It took time. But I expected that. The prices were fair for a job well done. I highly recommend their work. I am a very satisfied customer.

    We lost the furnace in the empty rental house late at night just before new years eve. They were there the next morning with a new furnace and it was installed quickly. One water pipe had cracked, they came back right away on Monday morning and repaired that also. They are returning to do more work this week!     Joe was ABSOLUTELY wonderful to work with! We had a last minute, urgent need for a whole home system to remove nitrates before we could buy our house. Joe found the proper system, went and picked it up himself instead of waiting for it to be shipped and even had it installed on Christmas Eve to ensure we could close on our house on time just a few days later!     I called Northern Air plumbing after read online reviews. David did very good job for fixing broken pips, installing a new faucet and two water purifiers in my cabin. I noticed some minor issues the day after and called him, even though I told him it was not emergency, he still came and fixed the problem on Saturday without any charge. He finished work fast and very affordable. I highly recommend this company.

    Like others have said this is the BEST plumbing company in the area. We just moved into the area at end of July. We received this contact from previous owners. I can see why they have used them. It starts with Karen setting up the account and telling me about the services to be provide. It ends with Dave doing those services n a efficient and quick manner. We are new to having to winterize a home and Dave explain everything as he did it. You would miss having an expert company if you do not chose them.

    We had a water leak spring from an old shut off valve and I called around to see if someone could come out that evening to repair. I received a call at 9 pm from Dave indicating he could come out that evening! I said it was ok to come out the next morning. He fixed three corroded pipes and even replaced a flange for our toilet and installed the toilet for us! I didnt ask him to do that!     Joe and Brian at Northern Aire are awesome to work with. Our water heater died and Joe was out within 24 hours to replace it. I live in Rochester, MN, over 200 miles from my seasonal lakeshore cabin in the Garrison, MN, area. On several occasions I have had expedient plumbing issues at my cabin site that required a professional plumber. Dave has gone out of his way to modernize and repair our plumbing system, at one time even providing service on a Memorial Day Holiday Weekend!
