    We at Inspire Church had the privilege of partnering with Menehune Water for a recent volunteer appreciation event, and we couldnt be more pleased with the experience. Thanks to their exceptional service, all of our water needs were seamlessly met, ensuring our volunteers were well taken care of throughout the night.Jamie and the team at Menehune Water went above and beyond, generously donating 25 of their 5-gallon water bottles and providing us with four water dispensers to use for the event.     I have recently needed to contact my water delivery company. I have the extreme pleasure to have a customer service rep named SHY helping me, she was a bright spot in my experiences with ANY customer service providers in many years. Shy went above and way beyond my expectations. I was honest bummed when she had finished helping me, because I was treated with kindness and respect.     I was looking for bottled water in 8 oz rather than 20 oz size. I called several different grocery stores and one store had it, but they didnt have a whole case.for purchase, and I went there on 3 separate occasions. My Mom is 86 years young and 8oz size is perfect for carrying and just enough to drink while we are out running errands or even just at home. I called Menehune water and the sales rep said that they sell to the public. She gave me directions to their warehouse I went to Halawa and purchased a case. She gave me my receipt and an invoice, told me to give the invoice to the worker in the warehouse and they will carry it to my car which was on street parking. She even offered me a complimentary bottle on my way out. All the workers are super professional and super friendly! Definitely 5 stars! Definitely will be a returning customer!

    Our foundation Kaylan Strongs Fight Like A Warrior Foundation was planning our annual Kaylans Warrior Fun Run and needed to get water for our event. So I reached out to them to see about getting water dispensers for our event. They were so very kind and supportive and donated two dispensers to use at event and 4 5 gallon jugs of water. I was so blessed and thankful for their donation. It helped the foundation keep more of our money for the kids of Hawaii fighting Childhood Brain Cancer.     The HURT 100 mile trail run will be celebrating our 25th anniversary in January 2025. Menehune Water has partnered with us for 24 of the 25 years. The only time runners complained about the water was the time we didnt utilize Menehune Water. We learned our lesson. Since then all our water needs are met by Menehune Water and the runners couldnt be happier. Throughout the years, the company has continued to impress with their exceptional customer service from the ordering process through the pickup and return process.     Amended review: Thank you Mel, for rectifying the situation, ensuring we got our delivery today, and for giving us the assurance we needed. Its greatly appreciated!Original: We were supposed to have a delivery on 8/12 for 6 bottles; however, no one showed. We called on 8/14 and were told someone would be out on 8/15. However, no one came on 8/15, so we called again on 8/16. We were promised that someone would be out on 8/16 AND we would receive a call if someone was coming; if not, someone would come on 8/17. Still, no one came.Our staff has been completely out of water since last week. This is unacceptable as this isnt the first or second or even the third time this has happened. If youre unable to make good on delivery, please do not make promises that someone will be coming out. Please give us a realistic delivery date instead of telling us today or tomorrow.

    We’ve been using Menehune Water service for years, and they have been nothing less than satisfactory. When we moved to the Halawa/salt lake area, we would go to sack n save to refill our bottles which was a pain to do. Then we decided to start using their service which has been so convenient having your water delivered to your front door. I’m so grateful for their service and especially now that we don’t have a grocery store near. We got water!

    We have been drinking Menehunes alkaline water for several years now. We are very satisfied with the service we receive (consistent and reliable), we have peace of mind knowing we always have access to this water, we love supporting a local company, and we just love the clean taste (We literally crave and chug Menehune water!). The hot/cold water dispenser is very convenient, especially in the mornings when we need hot water to make coffee. Dispensing the water, already hot, speeds up this process. It also doesnt take up much space in our kitchen. We highly recommend Menehune Water!

    Excellent service with set up and delivery. They are able to access military bases. The lady with customer service is friendly, helpful, and delivered my water the same day! My neighbors use Menehune and we all refer others to them. Drivers are considerate and friendly. The water is the best as well.

    First experienced Menehune Water service from where I worked with the federal government at Camp Smith. Everyone loved the clean & pure taste of the water, and we had gotten spoiled drinking what we considered water at its finest. Since retirement, we used to purchase whatever bottled water was sold by the case at Costco & Longs but found that they didn’t compare to the quality and taste of what Menehune offered. It didn’t taken long for us to sign up for Menehune water delivery and they’ve been delivering to our home for at least 10 years now - love their service & convenience! Water is always delivered on time and the delivery guy is always friendly, courteous & professional. If we need more water than is normally delivered, all it takes is a phone call to their customer service dept and they adjust our delivery request for us. No complaints whatsoever. I would recommend it to anyone!

    Chad from Menehune provided wonderful customer service to me! I submitted a request for new service, and their representative, Chad, got back to me within 12 hours! He let me know he would contact me the following day to set up my service, even though it was Easter Sunday he took the time to let me know he’d received my request. The next day he was extremely polite, professional and efficient as he clearly explained the service, options and set up. Fastest account setup I’ve had because he did all the work for me! Two days later he delivered my first order personally! He was extremely nice, professional and understanding even though I made him wait while I went downstairs to let him into the building. After such a positive experience dealing with Chad, I am looking forward to a long relationship of great service from Menehune Water Company!

    Just WOW! I made an online request to be contacted and within 30 minutes, I got a call going over the options and answered every question I had. I believe it was Geri who helped and within 24 hours, I had the water dispenser in my home! I was spending 30 dollars a week on bottled water. Then my friend mentioned Menehune Water Company. I could have been saving more than half of what I was spending on bottled water. The other great perk was my husbands favorite water to drink was already Menehune so it’s a win win for all of us! Thank you to this local business. It’s not easy to drag hundreds of bottles to homes in this Hawaii weather. My family appreciates all the hard work.

    Updated:Got an early morning call today from the company which I really appreciate. I fully understand why you guys cannot do the delivery right on time because of short staff issues but I wish next time just let us know atleast so we know our options. Mahalo🤙🏽P. S. Water just delivered right on our front door.I don’t really know what exactly happened to this company. I’ve been your customer for over a year now. I usually order 5 cases of 500ml bottles every month because I don’t want too much of a hassle buying from the store every now and then. I love Menehune water but these past few months the service was not really good. Delivery was late and this month nothing. Tried calling but no one answered. I sent email but no reply. What happened? I bough water from costco and almost runs out. It’s been 4 days from our scheduled delivery . Please give me some answers!. I always pay on time and you know that.

    Great water. Horrible Auto Pay service. A couple months back their auto pay system screwed up and deleted my payment card. Deliveries continued until about a few months later and when I called I had to pay hundreds up front minus the late fee since they found out their system had screwed up. Today I get another call after 3 weeks of not having a delivery (I had been deployed for a week) and low and behold I get another call saying my card was removed again and had to pay 200+ dollars up front AGAIN. This time with the late fees and was told my card had been declined back in November. I was told I had gotten a letter stating this back in November but I am sitting here wondering why I just didn’t get a call about it back in November.Update: Situation was resolved same day and the late fee was refunded. Recommend paying manually for the monthly service. Best tasting water i’ve ever had nonetheless.

    Our agency has been getting their service for years! The water shows 0 level on my water tester which tickles me to no end. My tap water shows 190 level on my tester and that scares me. I think their service is great, the delivery guy is always friendly and the water is the best.

    I believe Menehune Water may be the first and only EXCELLENT customer service weve received since being on island! Luke was very helpful, answered all my questions and he genuinely seems to believes in the services he provides (healthy and safe drinking water!) We have an at-home water tester that measures TDS (total dissolved solids) - the filtered water from our fridge measured high around 150, in the hard water category. The Menehune water measured at 3, in the ideal drinking water range... It tastes better and I feel better knowing my child is getting safe water. Great military discount too; 10 free 5-gallon bottles!

    Great tasting water and great service! Just moved from San Diego to Kailua and got set up by Bert. It was super easy. Started with 3, 5 Gallons but just kicked it up to 6 per delivery. Actually had to refill one from the local Safeway Purified Water Stand while we wait our next delivery, and you could taste just how much better the water is. Would highly recommend if you want the best water in Hawaii.

    Customer service is VERY important to me. The business i work at (bayview auto sales) uses menehune water and i must say MAILE is the best!     Worst customer service ever. Do not do business with them. They don’t answer the phone and take forever to email back. I feel like I’m being scammed. I set out one water jug and they will put two so I get charger more. I set out none this time knowing that they will deliver your previous amount (two) but they put FOUR!!!! Thats around $80 because of the water refill and extra bottle deposits!!! Why would they do this? They keep finding ways to scam me. My husband is deployed and I’m just a mon with my 2 babies right now so I can’t go to the place to return these. Stop doing this to me!Edit: Customer service called me almost immediately after my review and helped fixed the problem. She was really nice and understanding of my frustrations so I appreciate that. I just wish there would have never been an issue to begin with!

    Back in the early 2000s I had a home delivery account with Menehune Water. Customer service was away reliable, courteous, and dependable. More than a decade later I learned that hasnt changed. I had three old water bottles that I kept using to refill for hurricanes and decided to return them. Charlene took my name and old addresses and dug through old, hard copy files to find my account number. This information was so old it was no longer in the computer system. She called me back with the account number within an hour. Why? Because after all these years, Menehune Water is refunding the deposit on these old water bottles. Im just glad they can reuse them. I returned them today!

    Weve been with Menehune for over 3 years and we love the water, but it is the supportive customer service that makes it easier to maintain our loyalty. Customer Service Representative Jaide refused to lose me as a customer this past weekend during a situation which the company is in the process of resolving. Jaide has exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with amazing critical thinking aptitude and because of her my family will maintain loyalty to Menehune.
