Very easy transaction from start to finish, Installed Generator and upgraded service to 200 amp cheaper than other estimates for just generator. They took care of everything, they contacted water, gas and power companies to locate lines the city inspectors and all. What can I say, from “Mellsa” the receptionist/dispatch to “Johnson” the Technician they were professional, punctual and straight foward about the estimate and labor rates. My situation was an emergency because I run a local motel in town, and some of my rooms were without heat. They were up, in and out with an hour. I am so thankful for a solid good local electrician that is knowledgeable, fair, reasonable and operating business.Keep it up AAA Electeician

Very nice people. I needed my generator serviced and shown how to use it. They were very busy due to the possibly hurricane Irma coming our way to North Carolina. They squeezed me into there schedule. The technician was very nice. He worked hard to get the generator started and looked for anything that would cause us not to be able to use it if the hurricane did hit us. overall it was a good sevice visit.

Excellent service including the initial consultation with the services available and determining what option best suited my needs. Casual but professional. Unit arrived early and Jonathan told me could be at the house at 9:00. At 9;00 he and the crew were backing trailer in the yard. Removed old generac standby, replaced 200 amp box, ran wire from transfer to 16kw, cleaned up inside and outside house, and was leaving at 12:10. Nothing but good things to say about him and his crew. My wife and I were really PLEASED with this company.
