Not only did he have the expertise when I told him we needed power outside for a electric shutoff valve. He also came back around a couple weeks later when some outlets near by went out. Nikolay came out to re-route an outlet and add some additional outlets in our kitchen. We are remodeling and require some re-work of the current electrical. He did an excellent job, was quick, very courteous and knowledgeable. He also didn’t need to cut much drywall, which was great, and he worked well with my contractor who is doing the cabinet work. Once our new cabinets and island are installed, he will come back to install another outlet in the island and re-route a junction box in the ceiling. We’re looking forward to working with him again and highly recommend DNZ. Fair pricing and quick response. We will definitely use DNZ again, and will refer anyone we know of who needs electrical work done.

I don’t even know where or how to begin this review. I have been without an AC for the past week. Having young children in the home and dealing with high desert heat it’s been unbearable. Having fans throughout the house it’s been fraught. I had an AC repair company come out and not even spending five minutes here and charging me a service call fee just to only say “he doesn’t know what the problem is” and that I call an electrician.I did do just that and DNZ property services came out right away. He was able to find the problem immediately it was something minor like an on switch, which he was able to fix instantly bless his heart, and God bless him. For being so kind and taking the time to quickly determine what the issue was. He didn’t even charge me. I recommend DNZ property services 1000% and would use them 1000 times over if needed.The previous guys should have been able to at the very least. Tell me what the problem was but all he could say was “call an electrician I don’t know what the problem is”.
