    This review is posted on behalf of my mom: Charlie’s Plumbing is a pleasure to do business with. He was extremely responsive and efficient, and went above and beyond throughout the process. He provided a free estimate, as I live in his service area, and was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issues. He kept in constant communication to provide the updates I needed, and even made an extra visit free of charge when there was one issue that wasn’t completely resolved on the first try. Look no further if you are searching for a reliable and skilled service provider.

    Charlie did work for us on a sink, toilet and bathtub. He impressed us with his skills and the care he took in making the repairs. In addition, he was a pleasant person with an enjoyable sense of humor. It was a pleasure having him in our home. We can recommend him wholeheartedly.

    We are fortunate to have found Charlie! He is very kind and personable. He also has very reasonable prices! He was able to fit us in to his schedule the day after we called when hours of us trying to snake the shower drain didnt pan out. I ended up sprayed by a skunk this morning and am thankful he came out and got our drain cleared promptly. I am sooo looking forward to showering after my peroxide bath LOL but I just had to recommend him to everyone else first!

    Where can I start, Charlie saved us during this holiday weekend. He is professional, informative, intelligent and very fair priced. If you want a honest, knowledgeable plumber that actually cares give him a try. We were stood up by another company and couldn’t use our kitchen during this holiday weekend. Charlie answered, gave me options and kept me informed through the entire process and saved me money when he didn’t have to. He took a lot of stress off my family and couldn’t thank this guy enough.     Charlie installed a replacement electric hot water tank for me. The job was done perfectly . He has an attention to detail and would not leave until hot water was flowing from the faucet.     I called Charlie first thing in the morning when I realized my sink was not draining after having attempted to snake it myself. Charlie came over within a few hours to diagnose the problem and was very friendly and professional. After coming back with his equipment he was able to clear the blockage and at a MUCH more affordable price than what Roto Rooter quoted. He also gave a lot of helpful tips on plumbing maintenance to help us prevent future issues. I highly recommend Charlie and his quick service.

    Charlie came out on a Saturday, no questions asked, and fixed a plugged line in my kitchen sink. He was quick in repairing it, thourough in making sure there were no other problems anywhere else, and incredibly reasonable with his price. Will absolutely use him again.

    5pm while doing wash our guest bathroom tub and toilet suddenly started backing up with waste - it was awful and unexpected - our lovely bathroom flooded with ick! Charlie called us back promptly. He determined that our cesspool was full and overflowing when a large amount of wastewater was drained from the washing machine. We didnt even know where our septic tank was and he located it, dug it open, and called someone to come pump it out for us the next day. Fast, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly - he will be our go-to plumber from now on. Thanks for fixing our nightmare!

    I had called and didn’t even leave a message but he called me back at 5pm and he was at my house 45 minutes later. He was honest and upfront with everything that he could or couldn’t do. I couldn’t get the pilot light on my hot water tank lit and he was able to fix the issue in a timely manner and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again. Great service and very responsive!

    We woke up to a break in a water pipe in our basement on a Saturday morning. A quick google search for plumbing repair lead us to contact Charlie. He was able to come the same day to repair the pipe. He is efficient, professional and has reasonable rates. Definitely recommend for plumbing needs!

    I googled a plumber in my area and Charlie came up being in Afton. He had good reviews and was local so I called. He came out (which is half the battle), took a look at all the problems and had me estimates within a few days. He was very thorough, fairly priced and just a nice man. I was happy with his services and would definately use him again if the need arose

    I had a leak in my toilet and wasnt sure how to fix it or who to call. My mother reccomended him to me, and when I called I was shocked! He came to my house the same day to take a look, then went to get a couple of parts, and fixed it before the night was up! Prices were great and cheap for such an amazing service. Hopefully I dont have anymore issues with anything else, but if I ever do I know who Im calling.
