Our heat went out, and Eberhardt was the company our home warranty gave to us. They said someone would call me within 24 hours. I ended up getting a call within the first hour. He scheduled something for me earlier the next morning. The technician came early! He had to get a specific part, and then came back later to fix it. It wasnt even 24 hours from the time of my initial call and my furnace was totally fixed. Amazing!!!

My experience with Eberhardt Plumbing and Heating was smooth and fast. We noticed liquid around our septic tank and figured that this was going on for some time when we found the pumps alarm was on silence. I did a quick read on several companies, finding good reviews for Eberhardt. Jim took over finding a company to pump our septic, then two service persons from Eberhardt arrived replacing and and repairing what was needed. I was kept in the know, so no surprises. I felt Eberhardt did go out of their way to fix our septic. Not sure of how their prices compare with others, so I can not comment on costs.

Dan arrived within an hour of the call to my home warranty company. He diagnosed the problem, replaced a part and quickly got my furnace working again (on one of the coldest days this month!). Fast, friendly and fair pricing (warranty covered the expense, but he gave me an estimate, which was very reasonable). Thanks Dan!
