    2 Jobs in July and August 2024July 15, 2024These two gentlemen showed up on time were so polite looked at the job accessed it quickly gave a Super Awesome Estimate and I OK’d the job on the spot! They completed it in a timely manner which was awesome and were on their way! What a super company did as they said and will defiantly call back again with any Electrical work needed!They did mention that their company does Plumbing too! 👍🏼👍🏼Aug 22, 2024Had to call them back for another Electrical Issue! This time on my RV Electric Box…. This tech (Brady) was super nice explained things as he went along checked two areas I was concerned about at the breaker and my Wall plug for the RV.. I as well as he thought it was the breaker but upon further investigation he determined it was the junction box in my RV Bay and cut all the old burnt out and made new connections for me. He even waited for me to turn things on and make sure nothing tripped!Love this electric service company all the techs whom have come out know their stuff!!!!A+++++

    Got me on schedule quick and was able to fix my dryer same day as well as found another problem or two that was an easy fix. Always make sure you have your matching socks 😂. Reasonably priced too. Recommend for sure.

    I had bought this dryer from Lowes and the timer messed up. I called Lowes and they told me I had to go through the warranty company. I made a claim and a technician was dispatched. He came by and said I needed a new timer. A week or so passed and I called to check on my claim and the company said the tech found no defects and closed the claim and they stated I had to start another. I proceeded with the second claim and they called the next day and scheduled an appointment for after I got off work. I waited and waited and nobody ever showed then I got ghosted by the company and to say the least I was frustrated. Called Jenkins Electric and they had a tech to my house at the agreed upon date and time, communicated very effectively, and were very professional. The tech was in and out of my house within an hour and had fixed my dryer with a simple reconnection of a wire. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Thank you so very much!!!

    The professional customer service from our two techs was simply amazing. The communication from initial visit, appointment date, the tech that was scheduled, them being en route, and final billing was top tier service.     This was my second time using Jenkins Electric and I definitely recommend their company. Joe (Gator) and his helper installed some new outdoor lighting and outlets, replaced some switches and were professional and clearly experienced. I felt like the price was reasonable and the guys cleaned up everything when they were done. Another good job 👍

    Adam came to my house to repair my refrigerator. Unfortunately, we had to order parts. The parts came in when he said they would, he came out fixed my fridge, and I am back to normal now. I would recommend Jenkins Electric every time.

    We had some confusion after our first service in May this year, but when I had an issue getting Choice Warranty to take care of the problem when it did the same thing again and they said it was over 30 days I would have to pay again! Needless to say I was so mad ! But Jenkins was very great about everything! Dakota and w talked and what they did was wonderful! I will tell you more when it’s all complete!!

    First and foremost 5 stars are not enough. Now for the review. We called 15 different electricians in and around Jackson, everything was fine till we told them the address then all of a sudden they ghosted us or made up some sort of reason why they could not assist us. Jenkins however was the last one we called and not only did they show up but they were polite, professional and very down to earth. They were the ones who we should have called first. Amazing workers with super professional skills. Big shout out to Noah and Jimmy for being prompt, professional and honest people! Thanks again for removing the old knob and tube.

    So grateful!! I had messaged Jenkins Electric about my hall light that had quit working. He responded quickly and said he could get me on the schedule in a couple of weeks. I told him I was needing someone much sooner than that, but thanks. Just a couple of hours later I received a call from one of his guys that said he could come out right now and check it out for me. Within 15 minutes a nice young man showed up and was fixing my light! He was extremely polite and took care of everything. He didnt even mind when my dogs barked nonstop the whole time he was here.I definitely recommend Jenkins Electric to anyone looking!     They replaced a ceiling fan hanging from the top of our vaulted ceiling. Probably 30 ft to the top. They brought and built scaffolding and still had to stand on a 6 ft ladder at the top of the scaffolding to replace the fan! They did everything needed and assembled everything so everything works as expected. Before leaving they swept the area. A very nice touch!I called and scheduled a second service call for this morning. They met me at the scheduled time this morning and quickly checked and addressed my concern in just a few minutes.I recommend them highly for your electrical needs.Craig

    We had a pipe burst in our home Thursday, January 18th due to the freezing temperatures in our area. We called several plumbers, but due to the amount of frozen pipes in the area, many were not available. We contacted Dakota, and he had his crew out within an hour. They were able to located the pipe and had it fixed the following morning. We appreciate he and his crews hard work, and will continue to use them in the future!

    We used them during the Christmas holiday emergency, great prices, professional work, could trust these guys to be alone in my home without someone being present. February 6th, 2023 during the ice storm, we had a tree come down on our power line. The electrical came in, got all the paperwork done with the company. Great prices, great guys and very trusting people to have at our Rottweiler farm. Very reputable people, straight up. Would recommend to anybody that needs their services.

    We called Jenkins Electric to come out and fix some dead sockets and check out a few other things in an older house we recently purchased. The job turned out to be a lot bigger than expected, as they uncovered some major wiring issues, but Brady and Riley took the time to address all of our concerns and fix everything the right way. They were very professional, and they were patient with our nosy and noisy dogs. Im hiring them again to install a few exterior GFCIs and an RV plug in near future, and I recommend them without reservation.

    This company and their technicians have been absolutely wonderful in helping us get a new power pole installed,inspected and up and running after our house fire.They even came up with a payment plan we can afford with our small social security income.Id hate to imagine the state we would be in without their help.The techs were also wonderful and were even kind to our little hen,Belle ,who is certain she is a lap dog who has to be held and hugged by anyone who comes and evidentially isnt above hopping in someones truck to eat their lunch

    These young men were very professional, arrived early and worked a full 8 hours to upgrade our breaker box and install new smoke detectors to bring ours up to code! They also made sure they cleaned up all the debris and put everything back in place when they were finished. They scheduled another day to come back and do another job installing new light fixtures for us, and Im sure they will do as good a job with that project as they did with this one.
