So they were not the first ones I called but the competion made an appointment and was a no show and I dont call back to chase them down. I called eazy and they jumped right on it. They had to schedule two days to get all the work done but let me tell ya. Tommy did an outstanding job. From covering his shoes EVERYTIME he came in or out to heading back out to make sure he could get everything to match and really really personable. They will be from now on, my first call.

Eddies crew installed a new backup generator and upgraded my electrical panel. This included a new concrete pad, generator and transfer switch, and a new electrical panel and with whole house surge protection and breakers. The whole job from start to finish was handled by a great group of guys who were not only professional but very polite as well and it was all completed at a great price. Thanks Eddie (the boss man lol). Jose (concrete), Tommy (plumbing the gas meter to the generator), Steven and Tyler (electricians), you guys did a fantastic job and I appreciate it!

Recently had EZ facilitate the plumbing on a bathroom remodel. I use these guys pretty religiously as they are on target on time and their guys are the best. Remodels are a pain as they have to work in phases rather than just knock the complete job out. This remodel took three trips and Tommy had incredible patience and planned his next visits to be as efficient as possible. Eddie always works hard to be competitive, and his staff communication is key when working on tight deadlines. Really appreciate the support I get from EZ.

GREAT JOB!! I wanted 6 recess lights installed in my den. Called Eazy Electric and was told they would have someone out that night to look at the job. Jerry showed up that night and I explained what I wanted and was told that it would be no problem at all. Jerry said they could have someone come the next morning to do the job. He gave me the quote for the job and it was very reasonable. Steven showed up the next morning to do the job and took the time to cover everything up before he started. When I got home from work he was putting the final switches in. There was no mess to be cleaned up and the job was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a quality job done.8/6/2024I also had a plumbing problem and called EaZy and they had someone out that night to check the problem. Tommy gave me some options to think about and when I decided he said he would have to go get the necessary items to fix my problem. It was about 6:30 at night and I told him it could wait until tomorrow. He said he would call the office and check his schedule for the next day. He informed me that he had a light day and could fix it between 12-4. He arrived, fixed the problem and did a great job. Highly recommend this company for any electrical or plumbing problems.

UPDATE: Mr Rodriguez completed the work and did a really nice job. See the before and after pics. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and with Mr Rodriguezs professionalism. We will definitely call them for future repairs. FIRST VISIT: Mr Rodriguez diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate for replacing the undersized pex supply line plus installation of a bypass for the whole house filter. He was very professional polite and knowledgeable. He covered his muddy boots with booties and wore a mask, which I appreciated. We will be setting up an appointment for him to do the job.

Jerry and another young man did the work that had been requested as a result of a pre-sell home inspection. I have never in my life been as pleased with and thankful for a service provider, bar none, as I am with EaZy! We have been going through of warranty company trying to get plumbing issues handled since May, almost on a weekly basis. Using three different companies, and up to 8 different technicians, repairs would last 9 days at the most. Final straw came when buckets had to be used in place of toilets. I demanded that a new company be sent out. Thank God Josh showed up. A thorough inspection revealed the exact issue! One visit, one inspection, and FINALLY addressing the correct issue! Josh did that. That young man was so cautious, so personable, and so caring…he refused to not get to the bottom of our mess! Literally! A complete overhaul of our piping was required. Again, JOSH DID THAT!!! Five stars is not enough. Josh is ours forever! Thank you, Josh, for exceeding expectations! We are grateful!!! Highly recommended!!! And I mean, don’t y’all go anywhere else!!! Not if you want it done right!

Where others had to go back to the office and write up an estimate I couldn’t understand, Steve took the time on-site to let me know what he could do, what the time frame and work would be and give me an immediate estimate he explained. Kevin went to work promptly and started his obligation. He did offer the fact that we could get a second or third opinion.But for us we had no choice. With the threat of no service at all.A text was sent promptly on the morning that Kevin was in route.He unloaded his equipment and was fast at work. After working 4 hrs I offered him a drink. He declined and kept on working.When his was about to wrap up his job. His boss came to inspect his work and helped him get to a stopping point. He finally stopped to go have lunch. When he return he finished up and made sure that Ga power would get our power on today. This took a while. Because of that, and because of the quickness we needed the repare work completed, we were only able to get 2 quotes. They are supper attentive to needs and communicated with us until work was completed. They were able to fit us in within a day of calling. That’s valuable compared to others in the area. My only ding that I’m giving them in price. Almost $500 to install 2 outdoor GFCI recpeticals and to put a cover plate on a electrical cover box. I know electrical work can be expensive but this was a bit over he top in my opinion.

...Ed at Eazy was truly a godsend...not one person in the area could help us with our water heater, everyone was booked out for 3 weeks, Ed made time and was at my house first thing the next day..Our water heater stopped working. The plumber who looked at it told us we needed to get a whole new heater...and we were looking at 1500 ...we decided that we would look into an electric water heater, hoping it would be a better investment. So we called to get an estimate.When Ed arrived he was professional and on time. .. he quickly gave us a quote for the installation of a electric heater but asked to look at our current heater to see if there was anything he could do.Ed took time without charging us and explained and showed my husband how he could fix it himself if he bought a specific part.This was amazing news as the plumber told us that their was nothing he could do, they didnt make that part and a new water heater was our only option.How refreshing is it to have a contactor be honest. He wasnt out to make money off a young family...He saved us 1400 dollars.We are so grateful for his service, and honesty and will only work with him going forward.

Everyone was very friendly and careful not to damage the plants and fixtures of my historical home while we figured out a plumbing puzzle. We had a couple very frustrating days together trying to understand what had gone wrong but they finally found a septic tank we were not informed of when we purchased our home. I cant recommend them highly enough. We were all very confused and frustrated at times but they never let it get the best of them. They found the problem and made sure it was fixed, and if I ever have another plumbing problem Id call them again. I cant stress how impressed I was that they were so careful with my yard.
