Easiest experience having work done to my house. Josh got back to me promptly when I reached out about having my house power washed. Showed up when he said he would, explained everything, I always knew what was going on with the job, great price, great work. House looks a million times better and he did some gutter repairs for me too.

Happy we went with Josh and the Pine Property Management team for our residential pressure washing job. Professional, prompt, and completely transparent about all aspects of the job from start to finish. House came out great and the soft wash looks so much better than what we’ve had in the past. I can’t say enough good things about Josh and the work he does. Quality work, thoughtful craftsmanship, communicative, thorough, punctual & prompt, and all around a pleasure to work with! We recently purchased a rental property that ended up needing new french doors, a new microwave, new closet door… the list keeps on going. But Josh has kept me sane by handling all of the jobs I throw at him, big or small, with the same care and attention to detail for all of them. Thanks Josh!

We were a little apprehensive at first,but Josh’s careful and detailed explanations to our questions greatly encouraged our decision.
