    Rodney did a fantastic job putting in my new water heater. I had corrosion on both pipes attached to the old tank. He showed me how close it was to catching fire! He showed me how to perform maint/flush the tank to help it last longer. I have no complaints. Rodney was knowledgeable and a very personable guy!

    I recently had to get a plumber out to deal with a leaky faucet at a job site asap - I called Plumb Crazy and they were onsite within 3 hours. Benny and his trainee Stan were amazing - super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes for us.     Rodney was amazing! We had a bad smell coming from the pipes in our restroom (commercial space). We actually had a plumber come out yesterday from a different company who was terrible. Showed up 2.5 hours late, took a look for 3 seconds and gave me a half assed answer and didn’t help in the slightest.Rodney took a thorough look and was able to identify the problem and in about 2 hours had everything fixed! Super knowledgeable, very thorough, and very effective. I would highly recommend!

    We had a catastrophic plumbing problem late one evening. A large national company came out and did very little. They failed to resolve the problem and charged a very large sum.PlumbCrazy was called and Rodney and John came out very quickly. They were very professional and competent. It was an extensive repair but they were very thorough and communicated throughout the entire process. We were also very pleased with the cost of the repair, which was less than 1/2 of the first companies quote.

    Ive used Bogans Plumb Crazy for many years for my business and commercial property and they are excellent. This week, we had a sewage back up and Rodney came out and not only FIXED a very difficult sewage issue but was extremely professional.     We had an issue with the plumbing from our hose pouring into the house. We managed to shut off the water, then called Plumb Crazy. They were at our house in about two hours. They diagnosed and fixed the issue on the spot. They had the parts we needed on the truck.You wont find better, faster service around here. And such nice people! I would recommend them to anyone.

    Perry was very methodical in his search for the leak. He told me what he was doing at each step of the investigation. He found the pin hole leak in the supply line to the second floor bathrooms and was able to fix the leak with only cutting a small hole in the living room ceiling. This will be easily patched. The charge was very resonable. No more drips!

    UPDATE 2022: Another great experience with PlumbCrazy. Benny was out to fix our garbage disposal and a widespread sink handle that got turned out of whack. Always a fantastic experience--to the point, knowledgeable, friendly. Would definitely use Bogans PlumbCrazy again. Positive experience.Chris from PlumbCrazy was everything you’d hope for in a plumbing technician when your getting water in your basement and you don’t know why. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a quote that was fair and affordable. He didn’t try to up-sell me or overwhelm me with estimates for other projects that weren’t a priority (which a previous technician from another company did). He wrote me out a quote and scheduled a time to be at my house the NEXT day. He called me 30 minutes before his arrival on the day of the repair, and he had everything he needed to complete the job in a quick and efficient manner so that I could get back to my job on time. Chris had good advice about next steps for preventing further leaks in my basement, and he also showed me how to winterize our hose bib for the future. I would absolutely recommend Chris and Plumbcrazy to friends and family. I’m happy with the work that was completed and I’m confident it will help solve our basement moisture issues. Chris covered the area before he began working and he cleaned up on his way out. He left so quickly and professionally I couldn’t even give him a tip as a token of our gratitude (although his work was worthy of one).

    This company is the best, Parry came in on a weekend after my condo flooded, he diagnosed and solved the problem in no time. I highly recommend them!Now, one year later, Parry replaced my hot water heater and did a fantastic job. He also installed a little alarm that will go off if any water is in the drain pan.     Great Service! Fair Price!My home had a leak in the kitchen under the sink. I knew our garbage disposal was part of the problem. So I called around 8:30am.     I had an issue with my hot water heater and they did a great job in taking care of me. I am a service manager and truly appreciate especially these days getting high level service. Two and a half hours total from diagnosing, picking up new water heater and installing. Not only quick but but did not leave mess behind him.     We are very happy with PlumbCrazy. We had a drainage problem outdoors. Dennis evaluated everything, told us our options, and then sent us an estimate to dig up the broken pipes and replace them with new pipes. Then we wanted to get approval from the owner of the house on our property line, while PlumbCrazy patiently waited for us. When we got back to them, they got us set up with an appointment for the work, and two men came out and did the work efficiently and cheerfully. We were happy with the process from start to finish, and we are especially happy to be rid of the drainage problem we were having.

    PlumbCrazy bailed me out on the morning of a coming hurricane with high winds and tons of rain. I checked my sump pump to make sure that all was well and the water was inches from the top and the pump was not working. I called PlumbCrazy, a driver, Rodney, called me back in 5 minutes and said that he would be at my house within the hour. About 30 minutes later, Rodney arrived with a new pump, installed it, cleaned up the mess and was done in about a 1/2 hour. He was prompt and did his job very professionally and I was back in great shape without worrying about a flood in my basement. I have used PlumbCrazy several times and they always are prompt and do the job timely. I would recommend them to everyone!

    Ive had these guys come out two separate times. Once to replace the main water line in the front yard, and today to install my dishwasher and properly install my water heater expansion tank. Today I felt compelled to express the quality of the gentlemen who worked here, but more importantly the professional who came to our home today during this pandemic.     Chris was professional, called ahead to say he was coming and came exactly in the time frame window. After inspection he explained to me the issue with my drain, gave options, prices ahead of time and was able to fix the blocked drain (the clog was all the way in the wall) for thankfully, the cheapest option. He even brought in tarps and shoe covers to prevent from messing up my carpet. Five stars, I recommend and would use again.

    Big Thank You to Dave and George for their expert work, knowledge, and kind professional manner. They replaced our sewer line, got it open and flushing despite the freezing cold weather and difficult pipe locations and angles at significant cost savings! They even managed to keep bushes intact when having to remove them. I didnt know you could be that gentle with a mechanized shovel.We couldnt believe the size of the root clogs they got out.     I am an extremely satisfied and now LOYAL customer. After 2 episodes with PlumbCrazy, I will NOT be using anyone else! Very professional, kind and moral company. My first encounter was a big emergency leak, after hours, during the coldest snap this winter. It was fixed quickly and efficiently. My second encounter was just now. Perry quickly diagnosed the problem and in no time fixed my hot water heater. After showing him 2 other problems, Perry proceeded to take the time to diagnose the problems, fix one, and were set up for him to do the third! These 2 problems had previously been passed over or misdiagnosed by 3 other plumbers. I truly appreciate Perry.     Ryan Kolb was so professional and helped us with another problem wed been having also with sediment builf-up because of a filter system removed not that long ago that helped keep sediment from getting to the faucets.     My house is on a slab, and a pipe burst under the concrete. My usual plumber wasnt able to do the job due to the scale, and recommended Bogans/Plumb Crazy. Im so glad I called! The other estimate I got to run a new pipe from the street to the house included digging up my new driveway and trenching through my garage and 3 rooms of the house for $13,200. Dennis from Plumb Crazy recommended trying a different method which involved cutting a small hole in the laundry room and front yard, and pushing the broken pipe out while feeding the new pipe in. If it didnt work, he would still need to trench through some of the house, but not my driveway or garage. The estimate ranged from $4,800-$5,600. The pull method worked! It caused minimal damage to the house and yard, and cost less than $5,000!!!! No other company I spoke to offered this option. Dennis was prompt, professional and very clear with his proposals including costs and potential outcomes. His crew was on time, efficient, and did a wonderful job with the work and the clean up. I couldnt be happier and would highly recommend their service.

    Benny is exactly the kind of worker I hope for when I need something done. He was punctual, polite, and informative. Every time something came up that would affect the cost of the visit, he stopped and made sure I was okay with it first, which not nearly enough people do. He let me see what behaviors in my system were leading his decisions. Within two hours he found both sources of my systems problem behavior and resolved them, and gave me advice on preventing it in the future. Though the floor had been flooded with nasty water the night prior and was a bit gross anyway, he still rolled out a sheet over it as a courtesy as he walked in and out the home.     With the exception of one specific disgruntled worker who can go auger himself, PlumbCrazy gets a 10/10 for us. They helped restabalize my home after a flooding event. They installed 3 bathroom vanities, 2 toilets, and 2 tub/showers among our two bathrooms. One tub installation required demolition, reworking the basement concrete, and restructuring a few walls. When I say they went above and beyond I mean they did a PHENOMENAL job. When a scratch was found on one tub their response was fast and professional.     I called on Sunday evening, explained my Hot Water Heater problem and the very respectful guy I spoke with commented on my trouble shooting knowledge and told me to call the manufacturer and they would help me diagnose the problem based off of the lights that were lit on the control panel. He told me that if he came to my house he would probably spend the 1st hour doing exactly that. I followed his suggestion, spoke to technical support 1st thing Monday morning and I was told to get some fine steel wool and clean up the igniter & temp. sensor.     Oleg called and said he could come early if that would be convenient and we said yes. He did the originally requested work and asked if there was anything else we would like him to look at since we still had time left on the clock. We said we couldnt think of anything, but he suggested checking out the sump pump which, ironically, turned out to be frozen. He replaced it for us on the spot at a reasonable cost. Serendipity at work. We were totally satisfied with the encounter. Been using PC for over 30 years and have never been disappointed.

    My sub pump was leaking all over my basement this morning during the tropical storm. I call them up after calling several plumbing companiers that estimated times between today 3-pm and tomorrow. PlumbCrazy said 20 minutes and we will be there and plumber was parking in my driveway in that time frame. 40 minutes later he was done and i was happy. Enough said, with wife happy. LOL

    I had a leaky water supply line that was corroding a pressure regulating valve on my water line coming in from the street The plumber removed and replaced the valve in a very fast and efficient manner. Cleaned up the work area. Would use again!

    Within the last two months Ive used PlumCrazy plumbers to install a new water treatment system and do an emergency well water maintenance repair.     Dude, I am so plum crazy about PumbCrazy. First of all, its because of their response to covid-19. The technicians are professional and prepared to not only look out for their safety, but for yours even moreso. That means alot, particularly now. Bravo guys!The problem that I thought I had wasnt the problem at all. I saw water all over my kitchen floor and I thought it was the hot water heater that was broken. Its probably as old as dirt anyway. And thats another thing to their credit- they know their stuff... doesnt matter how old the system is-theyre knowledgeable.When the technician came in and did his evaluation, he discovered that it was actually a clogged pipe in the air conditioning unit that was full of ice. It was all due to condensation and this was something that never even once occurred to me.The most amazing part of the service provided was that if it had been a different company, with different types of values (or w/o any), they could possibly have said to me, yes, its your hot water heater and you have to replace it. And then they couldve gone over to the air-conditioning unit and tried to charge for that as well. But this outfit is 💯 percent HONEST& LEGITIMATE! They steal your heart, not your money!!I think Im so lucky to have had the professional team from PlumbCrazy to come and solve the problem that was driving me plum crazy. Im recommending them to everyone I know.If you need plumbing work of any kind done by experts who wont rip you off, you would be plum crazy not to call Plumb Crazy.Happy Trails!!

    I placed an emergency call to PlumCrazy on a Sunday; had a pin hole leak in a copper fitting near the hot water heater. Had to turn off the water to the whole house to stop the water. Perry showed up within 2 hours. He suggested that the copper be replaced with CPVC since my water is slightly acidic and the copper will eventually fail. He completed the work within 2 hours with no subsequent problems.

    I have been a loyal customer of Bogans Pumbing for over 20 years. When I built my house in Fallston they installed all the plumbing including my water treatment system to protect my copper pipes. They provided outstanding service during the entire time period we lived in Fallston Having moved to Monkton I was concerned Bogans might not service northern Baltimore County but was relieved to find out that they do. Chris came today to service the water treatment system on our new property and repair a toilet that was wobbly. He was very thorough and patient in answering my many questions.
