    Great company, have been using them for over 8 years. Every member from staff to service techs are always extremely polite, friendly, and informative. We had some issues arise from our last service that turned out to be due to a faulty system; Highlands Air rushed right back to inspect and fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company.

    Great company! Has helped me with creative solutions to HVAC equipment without having to replace the entire system but replacing only the component that had failed. That, after another companys only answer, even when prompted for alternate solutions, was almost $10K. Sean from Highlands found a new component and had it replaced in a couple days!!     My Dad lost heat in 0° weather. Highlands Air Conditioning scheduled an appointment for the following day! The technician, Canan Large, was extremely friendly and was able to identify and fix the problem within only a few minutes and at a very reasonable cost. My Dad cant say enough good things! We appreciate the quick scheduling and repair and definitely recommend them!

    Highly recommend this group.Very quick response to are home. Very knowledgeable and pleasant workers. The only recommendation to add would be house shoe covers do to yard has a lot of black dirt that likes to stick to shoes.Over all I will use this company in the future.

    These men were competent and helpful. They saw I was preparing to take out my recycling- a wagon load. I started pulling my wagon down to a friend’s home who shared my recycling commitment every two weeks. There was a lot. These two men who were just leaving, offered to take the wagon up the small rise to the side of the street which was the pickup site. I said “we can do it,” but they could see that it would be difficult and offered again. We really appreciated these two kind workers!

    Nate was courteous and helped return the pull down stairs in the workshop. He said he checked the coolant gas pressure for the two units at the gouse, but I did not think he had time to do that, but I will take him at his word. He was 25 min late but it was ok.
